Maritimo Hotel’de konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Otel dört yıldızlı, ana yol üzerinde yer alıyor ve havaalanına oldukça yakın olması sayesinde ulaşımı çok kolay. Alt katta açık restoranının bulunması büyük bir avantaj. Odalar temiz, düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Kahvaltı salonu ferah, kahvaltı çeşitleri ise oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi. Tüm bu güzel özelliklerin yanında, resepsiyonda görevli Sina Bey’in ilgisi ve güler yüzü konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Kendisi son derece kibar, yardımsever ve misafirlerle yakından ilgilenen bir personel. Genel olarak temizlik, konfor, konum ve hizmet kalitesi açısından gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Tekrar tercih edeceğimiz yerlerden biri oldu.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich herzlich willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Das gesamte Team war stets hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und professionell – man merkt wirklich, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Solch ein Service ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich und hat meinen Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder! :)

位置好，就在步行街附近，而且步行街上的餐廳價格也合理，前台兩個帥哥熱情周到，停車庫比較小，帥哥帶我們泊車，早晨出發前，發現車子已經給我們開出來在門口了，酒店門口車水馬龍，開車需謹慎。餐廳在樓頂，邊吃早餐邊看風景，早餐味道一般。這裡有四個宣禮塔的大清真寺。房間也乾淨，美中不足的是房間門口放四個大垃圾桶，讓人匪夷所思。

Гостиница расположена в красивом месте, с потрясающими видами. Мы бронировали номер люкс с видом на горы. А по факту нас заселили в номер где был вид из гостиной на море, а две спальни утыкались видом в бетонную стену до которой было около метра. Диван и кресло грязные, прожженные сигаретами.

Номера в отеле супер. У нас почти целая квартира была ) по местоположению не очень - до воды не дойти, Migros далеко. На своем транспорте доехать до пляжа можно ) ценники в ресторане гостиницы дороже чем везде, ну это само собой. Мы брали тут одну ночь чтобы поваляться в красивом номере - это получилось. Бассейн кстати не работал(

Trabzon obviamente se siente como una ciudad de nivel nacional, en este lugar, el hotel tiene este tipo de salud y servicio ya es muy satisfactorio. En todos los aspectos, el único defecto es que cuando la temperatura exterior es baja, el hotel se unirá a cerrar el aire frío, aunque en realidad es más caliente en el interior.

What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

JJihad HashimThe stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.
