Habitación limpia y bonita. Pero no había hervidor de agua ni tabla de planchar en mi habitación; por el precio, esperaría que estuvieran disponibles. Envié un correo electrónico al hotel por un artículo que faltaba en la habitación y han pasado tres semanas sin respuesta. Hubo muchos intercambios de mensajes y fue complicado enviar el formulario de limpieza, pero después de dos semanas no he recibido respuesta. Bastante decepcionante en ese sentido.

Ubicado en la isla, en el casco antiguo de Estocolmo. Cerca de la estación de tren de cercanías que me llevó a Uppsala. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca. No pasé mucho tiempo en las tiendas. Por lo demás, es un hotel limpio y agradable en la calle principal.

Great location, just a few minutes walking from bus or train station to the hotel. Room a little bit smaller than we expected but it is clean and nice. You can walk to the city centre or Royal palace or anywhere Staff are good and helpful

We had an excellent one night stay before our early flight home. Great experience all round, check-in and check-out via the app certainly made life easier and much quicker at Reception. The bed was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the tea and coffee facilities. We had food at the restaurant which was delicious and hot. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The free shuttle service to the airport run smoothly and on time. My only negative thought was that the swimming pool was cold but still refreshing. We highly recommend and will 100% be back. This was our second visit and we weren't disappointed A*****

las instalaciones en sí son buenas y está muy bien ubicado. el pero que le pongo, y me parece muy raro, es que las literas no tienen ningún tipo de cortina o sistema de privacidad, por lo que resulta muy incómodo tanto para ti o los otros huéspedes el hacer cualquier cosa temprano en la mañana y tarde en la noche. considero que deberían instalar cortinas en cada cama de modo que haya un poco de privacidad, sin importar que haya más gente en el cuarto. Además, es un poco raro que no venga incluido ni toallas o gel en las duchas o un secador de cabello. creo que es el mismo caso aqui. si arreglaran estos destellos, sobre todo el tema cortinas, sería una experiencia fenomenal.

The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with modern design details that gave it a chic, Scandinavian vibe. While European city hotels sometimes have smaller rooms, everything felt well‑organized and cozy, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet — it offered a variety of tasty choices and was a great way to start each morning before heading out to explore. The hotel also has a lively bar and restaurant downstairs, perfect for grabbing a drink or dinner without going far. The overall vibe of the property was modern and fun, making the stay feel more like a memorable experience than just another hotel visit. Good location if you want quick access to / from Arlanda or city centre and is right next to Ulriksdals station. However, limited things in the immediate surroundings, but Westfields at Solna is walkable. Room fine, breakfast enjoyable, but not quite as good as other hotels in the same area, despite the fact this hotel can be on occasions a lot more expensive.
