Buena estancia. Inundación de agua cuando te duchas :( te vas a mojar en la ducha

La habitación no se parecía a ninguna fotografía al reservar. La cama es pequeña para dos personas y el colchón está gastado. El baño está reformado pero hay muchos insectos/bichos en el baño. La habitación no tiene ventanas y siempre hace calor aunque el termostato esté en el nivel más bajo.

Ubicación muy conveniente cerca de la estación central y a pocos minutos del Arlanda Express. Las atracciones también se encuentran a poca distancia. La habitación era cómoda y acogedora. También muy limpio.

One of the hotels but likely the cheapest around the railway station. Allows me to travel on very early morning (5+am) trains or getting to and fro airport. Also near many eateries nearby or at the railway station. Room is clean, small but okay for a quick stay. Service is friendly and this is one of the several hotels in the Comfort chain I had stayed. Would consider them again.

Affordable hotel that is located in the city center. Hotel is close to Arlanda express and T-Centralan metro station. Receptions are not responsive and check-in takes very long. Suits for you if you are just looking for affordable place to sleep and not expecting hotel service.

After coming from a closely-priced hotel in Oslo, this was like a slap in the face. At first we had the smallest room, then asked to upgrade to the biggest they had because it was a depressingly small bunker. We knowingly booked the smallest room, but we didn’t realize how bad it was actually going to be. The bigger “best” room was awful. The heating wasn’t working, the room was very old with carpet floor, not super clean, and just gross. They switched us to another room and it was much better, but still not great. It’s like the Ryanair of hotels. You have the basics and nothing more. No kettle or handy things to use besides a hair dyer and a few hangers, no hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels (which you can’t get more of unless you pay), and bad lighting. The beds were comfortable, but squeaky. This room was cleaner, though still a little dusty and had a wooden floor, but the heating still wasn’t working. We had to ask the front desk for a heating fan. They did try their best to help and they gave us complimentary snacks as an apology, but I do not understand why this place has such a high rating.

very near the airport train! rooms were spacious and clean. it was not very central and we had to buy tickets to visit the attractions around the city

Very satisfied with the stay. Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. The room could be better lit and the mattress should be changed as it has lost its elasticity.

directly above the central station! very near and the room is quite clean. i will book agaiN if i’m back in stockholm !
