El hotel está situado en una ladera/pendiente. La recepción está en la parte superior donde te dejan. Si tiene problemas de movilidad, es fundamental solicitar habitación en el nivel del vestíbulo. Nos asignaron una habitación que daba al lago, en la sección más baja. Su hermosa vista del amanecer y el agua están a pocos pasos debajo de nuestra habitación. El problema es que cuando necesitábamos algo (estaba muy enfermo), no hay teléfono ni intercomunicador en la habitación (o en el nivel del piso, no vimos nada). Así que uno de nosotros tuvo que caminar bajo la lluvia para ir a la recepción. El personal era amable y servicial. La habitación es sencilla pero con aire acondicionado y ducha de agua caliente. Quizás la gerencia considere quitar la lámpara colgante blanca y reemplazarla con algo más suave para los ojos cuando uno está en la cama. Por lo demás, la habitación es cómoda.

It was as fantastic as my trip before in May. Nice room and clean, Nice view, nice breakfast and lot of varities.

Buen hotel y buena ubicación. Disfrute de muchas instalaciones y habitaciones limpias. Buen servicio también. Regresaremos si va a Medan.

Un hotel muy recomendable para familias, estratégicamente ubicado, cerca de Deli Park Mall, Medan Fair Mall, personal del hotel muy amable, al lado del hotel hay KFC, Garuda Restaurant, para encontrar comida solo camine, el acceso a la piscina es muy fácil, la habitación fue mejorada a deluxe sin costos adicionales, es super en resumen

Acompañé a un cliente a alojarse en el mismo lugar. En general, está bien, aunque un poco deteriorado. Podría mejorar si renovaran sus artículos de aseo, pero solo me quedo una noche. Seguiré optando por este alojamiento en Medan.

I recently stayed at the Samosir Cottage on Samosir Island from November 29 to December 1, 2024. The room was spacious, a significant plus. However, the toilet area required attention, with ants present, as mentioned in previous reviews. While this was acceptable for me, it's an area for improvement. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service from the receptionist. They clearly explained options and kindly upgraded us to a bigger room. Their helpfulness and professionalism made a significant difference in our stay. We booked two deluxe rooms, but the first room had a smoke smell, prompting us to request a change or upgrade. Overall, while there's room for improvement in bathroom maintenance and mattress covers, the Samosir Cottage's spacious rooms and excellent service make it a solid choice for those visiting Samosir Island. Un hotel de 4 estrellas del que se podría decir que es bastante satisfactorio. Es solo que no puedes conseguir una habitación según tu solicitud. Por un gran servicio El desayuno es delicioso y variado pero suele acab**** y las colas son largas por lo que el dim sum es el más solicitado

It’s a decent place with comfy beds and cooling air conditioning. But the problem is that the blower wasn’t mounted properly and is shaking like a sugar cane juice machine. Other than that no issue with the room. There is a welcome drink, to claim it you should go to a lounge on the second floor. When you get there they present you a menu and ask you to select a drink, only after you order the drink off their menu do they actually bring the welcome drink telling you that the drink you ordered is also on its way. I honestly believe it’s a gimmick or a scam. Very disappointed.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean, though a bit small for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, and the rooftop café was a nice place to relax, although the food and drinks were a bit overpriced. The resort layout feels a bit compact since it’s built on terraced land. One thing we missed was the cozy, local village vibe that Tuk Tuk is known for—the atmosphere here felt a bit more generic. Still, considering the limited similar-level options in Tuk Tuk, this resort is a decent choice and I’d consider staying here again.

La ubicación es excelente n es justo en el centro de la ciudad medan. Hay un gran centro comercial: el centro de delipark justo frente al hotel w Sogo como la tienda de ancla. Hay muchas comerías n cine disponible en el piso superior. La seguridad del hotel es muy estrecha que me hace sentir seguro ... El personal allí r allí para darnos la bienvenida al hotel
