We had such a lovely stay at Samosir villa resort that we extended with 2 more days. The place has a amazing location. Great staff and a very good restaurant. I would definatly recommend staying Here.

Buen hotel, ubicación estratégica.  El aire acondicionado y el refrigerador son un poco ruidoso. La habitación y el baño están limpios, la toalla necesita cambiar para el nuevo.

My recent stay at the Grand Cityhall Hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately greeted by a warm, welcoming, and elegant atmosphere. This was evident in every corner of the hotel, from the exquisite interior design, a blend of classic and modern touches, to the thoughtful details within the rooms. However, what truly made this experience unforgettable was the quality of service. The team at Grand Cityhall exemplified 5-Star hospitality standards. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt truly valued as a guest.

Un hotel muy recomendable para familias, estratégicamente ubicado, cerca de Deli Park Mall, Medan Fair Mall, personal del hotel muy amable, al lado del hotel hay KFC, Garuda Restaurant, para encontrar comida solo camine, el acceso a la piscina es muy fácil, la habitación fue mejorada a deluxe sin costos adicionales, es super en resumen

I booked Hotel Aryaduta Medan through Trip.com and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. The booking was easy, the price offered was more competitive compared to other platforms, and the confirmation was instant. During check-in, there were no issues at all. Hotel Aryaduta Medan is conveniently located in the city center, very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options. The swimming pool and other facilities were also great for families. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Trip.com and my stay at Hotel Aryaduta Medan. I would definitely use Trip.com again for future bookings.

Recientemente me quedé en el Cottage de Samosir en la isla de Samosir del 29 de noviembre al 1 de diciembre de 2024. La habitación era espaciosa, un importante plus. Sin embargo, la zona de baño necesitaba atención, con los anillos presentes, como se mencionó en las revisiones anteriores. Aunque esto era aceptable para mí, es un área para mejoras. El servicio de la recepción me impresionó mucho, explicando claramente las opciones y mejorandonos a una habitación más grande. Reservamos dos habitaciones deluxe, pero la primera tenía un olor a humo, lo que nos incitó a pedir un cambio o una actualización. En general, mientras que hay espacio para mejorar la mantenimiento del baño y la cubierta de la matrícula, los espaciosos habitaciones y un excelente servicio de Samosir Cottage le dan una buena elección a los visitantes de la isla Samosir. Un hotel de 4 estrellas del que se podría decir que es bastante satisfactorio. Es solo que no puedes conseguir una habitación según tu solicitud. Por un gran servicio El desayuno es delicioso y variado pero suele acab**** y las colas son largas por lo que el dim sum es el más solicitado

Grande ubicación, ya que está cerca de lapangan merdeka y a pie distancia a la estación de tren. La habitación es enorme y muy moderna. La mayoría de las etnias chinas (no chinas) se quedan en este hotel. Se quedará aquí de nuevo en el futuro

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean, though a bit small for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, and the rooftop café was a nice place to relax, although the food and drinks were a bit overpriced. The resort layout feels a bit compact since it’s built on terraced land. One thing we missed was the cozy, local village vibe that Tuk Tuk is known for—the atmosphere here felt a bit more generic. Still, considering the limited similar-level options in Tuk Tuk, this resort is a decent choice and I’d consider staying here again.

The hotel staff is nice and polite. Check in was fast. Breakfast is normal. The location is near to shopping centre. By grabs, it takes abt 1 hour frm airport. However, the room need to be renovated as quite old. Not the usual jw mariott standard.
