This is my 4th or 5th stays when coming to Medan. We stayed for 3 or more nights normally on every trip. The services and everythings are perfect and no fault. Breakfast are always meet our expectations. Bed is good and so comfort. I ll come back again in May 2026.

We had such a lovely stay at Samosir villa resort that we extended with 2 more days. The place has a amazing location. Great staff and a very good restaurant. I would definatly recommend staying Here.

The jacuzzi, steam room and pool are a little worn down but the gym is huge and the spa is nice. The room itself was really comfortable and well-kept. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from DeliPark Mall Medan, which is a huge mall. All in all, I would stay here again if I visit Medan again in the future.

La primera vez quedó aquí, todo estaba fuera de límite. El servicio era muy agradable especialmente Deya, ella está siendo tan profesional me maneja mientras se echa un vistazo. Y todo el resto del personal es increíble. El desayuno también es bueno aunque era bastante ocupado. A pesar de eso, realmente tuve una agradable estancia.

El servicio del hotel es excelente y su ubicación, en pleno centro, es muy conveniente para viajar. El desayuno estaba muy completo y me alojaría aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en Medan. El agua de la piscina estaba un poco turbia.

Recientemente me quedé en el Cottage de Samosir en la isla de Samosir del 29 de noviembre al 1 de diciembre de 2024. La habitación era espaciosa, un importante plus. Sin embargo, la zona de baño necesitaba atención, con los anillos presentes, como se mencionó en las revisiones anteriores. Aunque esto era aceptable para mí, es un área para mejoras. El servicio de la recepción me impresionó mucho, explicando claramente las opciones y mejorandonos a una habitación más grande. Reservamos dos habitaciones deluxe, pero la primera tenía un olor a humo, lo que nos incitó a pedir un cambio o una actualización. En general, mientras que hay espacio para mejorar la mantenimiento del baño y la cubierta de la matrícula, los espaciosos habitaciones y un excelente servicio de Samosir Cottage le dan una buena elección a los visitantes de la isla Samosir. I recently had the pleasure of staying and overall it left a very positive impression. 🛏️ Room Comfort & Cleanliness • The room was comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. • It was immaculately clean, with fresh linens, spotless floors, and well-maintained furnishings. 🌅 Scenic Views • The views from the room were stunning—whether it was city lights at night or a sweeping horizon during the day, the scenery was truly enjoyable.

Nice hotel with goid location but little bit traffict. Staff very friendly and also have entertaiment place at hotel

Wonderful stay – peaceful and comfortable We had a very pleasant stay at Emerald Garden Stay. The place is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. The room was comfortable, with good air-conditioning and strong Wi-Fi. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very smooth. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend Emerald Garden Stay to friends and family, and would be happy to stay here again.

Acompañé a un cliente a alojarse en el mismo lugar. En general, está bien, aunque un poco deteriorado. Podría mejorar si renovaran sus artículos de aseo, pero solo me quedo una noche. Seguiré optando por este alojamiento en Medan.
