La primera sorpresa fue que el barco nos dejó en el mismísimo hotel por lo que solo tuvimos que subir y hacer el check in por la noche. Las vistas del bufet eran maravillosas aunque la calidad de la comida no era la mejor está en un sitio perfecto para salir a disfrutar de los hoteles cercanos. El personal no pudo ser más agradable, nos sentimos clientes vip en todo momento y por lo que pagamos por la habitación diría que todo el personal es de sobresaliente. The location is perfect, just across to shopping mall, room clean and big, breakfast also nice food

El servicio del hotel es excelente y su ubicación, en pleno centro, es muy conveniente para viajar. El desayuno estaba muy completo y me alojaría aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que esté en Medan. El agua de la piscina estaba un poco turbia.

I booked Hotel Aryaduta Medan through Trip.com and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. The booking was easy, the price offered was more competitive compared to other platforms, and the confirmation was instant. During check-in, there were no issues at all. Hotel Aryaduta Medan is conveniently located in the city center, very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options. The swimming pool and other facilities were also great for families. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Trip.com and my stay at Hotel Aryaduta Medan. I would definitely use Trip.com again for future bookings.

Location is good, surrounding with local restaurants and mini mart for basic necessity. Swimming pools located at the back, facing the lake. Depends on the room located, mostly needs to go down or up, therefore it's not suitable for people has limitation to climb the stairs. Rooms is also basic, Breakfast is basic local food.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas del que se podría decir que es bastante satisfactorio. Es solo que no puedes conseguir una habitación según tu solicitud. Por un gran servicio El desayuno es delicioso y variado pero suele acab**** y las colas son largas por lo que el dim sum es el más solicitado

La ubicación es excelente n es justo en el centro de la ciudad medan. Hay un gran centro comercial: el centro de delipark justo frente al hotel w Sogo como la tienda de ancla. Hay muchas comerías n cine disponible en el piso superior. La seguridad del hotel es muy estrecha que me hace sentir seguro ... El personal allí r allí para darnos la bienvenida al hotel
