Hoteles con Bares en Estado de Lagos, Nigeria

The hotel is located in a serene area of Ikeja Lagos and is very accessible to public transport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well cleaned and tidied. The food is a Chinese buffet type which is good. We paid for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only slight downside is that there aren't many food options to choose from especially at the breakfast, there wasn't coffee nor tea except green tea. There was neither a complementary tea or coffee in the room until we requested for it but came without any milk which is another downside. Amongst other positives, the hotel arranged for and paid for our transport back to the airport. The driver came early and waited for us as well so that we were not late for our flight. This is a 5 Star gesture especially for customers who are not living locally. Overall, I'll rate the hotel service 4.5 ⭐ out of 5. We'll definitely use their services again when next we're visiting Lagos.

Tenemos que decir que es difícil encontrar un hotel tan bueno en el entorno nigeriano, que también tiene instalaciones más completas, el jardín tras la piscina grande, y la sala de canciones k, y la sala de atención médica, el entorno de alojamiento también es más limpio, el sabor de la comida también es bueno, especialmente el servicio de este lado es muy bueno, la recepción es muy bien gestionada, El pequeño servicio negro también es muy bueno, muy detallado y pequeño, el aspecto más importante de la seguridad es bueno, la puerta de la comunidad tiene varios soldados de valor, la puerta del hotel también tiene un coeficiente de seguridad interno muy alto!

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

Great customer service. Loved our stay which had the best breakfast which had a variety of options. Only issue was the dirty water in the swimming pool that caused a harsh skin reaction. But overall, would highly recommend.

No hay manera de utilizar la tarjeta de crédito de Visa o Master de China, hay diferentes tipos de habitaciones que pueden elegir, hay restaurantes que pueden comer, pero es poco selectivo. El desayuno es relativamente único. El precio es muy barato. Sinal Wi-Fi inestable, básicamente estoy en la oficina del restaurante, donde el mejor señal.

The hotel is fantastic, clean and in a good safe location. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable and safe place to stay alone or with others. They offer a buffet meal three times a day and an airport pick up and drop included. Probably the best hotel experience I have had in 10 years of travelling to Nigeria. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay, will definitely be returning. See you in March.

El hotel estaba limpio. El desayuno se sirvió a tiempo y las habitaciones estaban muy cómodas. No quería salir del hotel. Dice. Estaba muy contenta con la rapidez y conveniencia del libro y el servicio era excelente. Gracias Trip.com por proporcionar un servicio excelente.
