酒店位置很好，步行就可抵達廣場，還有早飯非常好。整個酒店沒有空調，特別説明一下。我在攜程預訂時，看見付款方式為信用卡付款。到底後前台説衹能現金，我聯繫攜程，攜程客服全程都是説代理商聯繫酒店，酒店前台電話沒人接，我就全程坐在前台，還要了酒店電話給攜程發過去，攜程説代理商説無人接聽，前台服務員就在全程刷Tik Tok。我自己和酒店協商後先入住第二天再付款。期間聯繫攜程依然是代理商無法聯繫酒店，後來我自己溝通酒店小哥騎摩託車帶我去了別家刷了卡交了房費，向攜程反應，攜程説退我150元人民幣，以上情況真實，我衹是陳述事實。酒店不錯，推薦入住。

We really enjoyed our few days at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, cosy, quiet and airconditioned. The food is diverse and nice. Breakfast selection is small, but good. It is located in one of the best locations in town, centrally located between main sites like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the latter. The hotel’s pool, spa and gym are also recommended.

(Kathmandu) After traveling to over 50 countries, I can confidently say that my stay at the Lakhey Hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu, stands out as the absolute best hotel experience I’ve ever had. WThe facilities are excellent: the rooms are large, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. However, the true magic lies in the service and the people. The owner and every staff member are genuinely amazing. They don't just offer friendly service; they treat you like family. This is authentic, personal care, not the ”fake friendly” experience you sometimes get elsewhere. They Solve Everything: All my questions were answered, and every requirement was met. Critically, when I encountered major problems with my jeep transport and my flight to Lukla, the owner personally stepped in and resolved everything efficiently. He is resourceful, incredibly knowledgeable about all the local hikes and travel in Nepal, and his Chinese language skills are remarkable. The location is perfect—it's right in Thamel but located on a very quiet side street, guaranteeing a peaceful night's sleep. The food is also outstanding, with a different, amazing breakfast served every single day. I am now heading off on my hike, but I am already looking forward to my return stay. Thank you for taking such exceptionally good care of me!

Me and my mum recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Boutique Hotel. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It is close to the airport which is quite convenient. The staff was professional,welcoming and attentive. The check in went smoothly. The room was lovely and spacious and clean. Food provided was fantastic. All the services were top notch. Taxi services are also available through hotel if you need to go places during your stay there. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a hassle free stay. Staff members always happy to go an extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable as possible.

La habitación era limpia, cómoda y bien equipada con todo lo que necesito. Aprecié especialmente la tranquila atmósfera y la atención a los detalles en todo el edificio, y la ubicación era muy conveniente, cerca de las tiendas y el transporte. ¡Me quedaría aquí de nuevo y recomendaría que cualquiera que busque una estancia relajada y sin problemas!

We were too early for check in but they went above and beyond just to check us in early. Very grateful for that. Great stay. A slipper and a robe would be preferred for a boutique hotel but very worth the price.

Todo fue perfecto. La ubicación, el tamaño de la habitación, la recepción y el servicio de limpieza. Muy cerca de muchos lugares importantes. Me encantó mi estancia; el personal fue muy amable. Lo mejor fue poder pedir botellas de agua para rellenar en la habitación sin costo adicional. La mayoría de los hoteles cobran extra por pedir más de dos botellas de agua al día. Sin duda, volveré a hospedarme aquí. 🙏

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este hotel en Katmandú. El personal fue increíblemente amable, acogedor y siempre dispuesto a ayudarme con todo lo que necesitaba. Se nota que se preocupan por sus huéspedes. La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una estancia relajante. El servicio de limpieza fue constante y minucioso; siempre volvía a una habitación limpia y ordenada. La ubicación también es perfecta: cerca de todo, pero con la tranquilidad suficiente por la noche para descansar bien. Está a un corto paseo de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y muchos lugares de interés cultural. En general, un servicio increíble, gente encantadora y un lugar al que volvería con gusto. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
