We had a pleasant stay at the Skybay Hotel. The ocean view from our corner room was spectacular and well worth it. My girlfriend accidentally left her iPad in the room after we checked out, and the hotel staff were very professional and responsible in helping us coordinate the international shipping back to Malaysia. We appreciate their honesty and efficient assistance. Highly recommended for the service and the location.

We stayed at Mona YongPyong – Bliss Hill Stay 🏔️ The place was very strategic and convenient. Just below our hostel was the YongPyong Bus Station, and right next to it was Mona Park Ski Resort ❄️🎿 We also enjoyed halal food at Efes Kebab, which made our stay even more memorable 🍽️🤍 We will definitely come back again next time!

방뷰는 반합니다 직원의 실수로 스위트주니어로 업글도 받았습니다. .B동코너였는데 와. .바람소리가 건물 무너질까봐 일행과 잠 못 이루는 밤이었어요ㅜㅜ 체크아웃 할 때 코너룸인 이방의 문제인건지 데스크 직원에게 물어보니 바람이 일정한.방향으로만.부는게 아니라 어떤방에서도 일어날 수 있답니다. . 어제 케이블카 운행도 안할 정도로 바람이 불긴 했지만. . 거의 공항에서 뱅기나르는 소음보다도 컸기에. ,

Very new hotel near Gangneung KTX station. Loved 4 pillows on bed, clean room, aircon is cool, window can be opened for ventilation, fast WiFi, strong hot shower pressure and bathtub. Free use of washing machine and hotel basement provides free snacks (bread, kimchi, instant noodles etc). Such great value.

Excellent location (I mean EXCELLENT) as it's 5 min away from the entrance of the park. It is easy to get to by bus no 7/7-1 and by taxi. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but it is tastefully decorated on the inside and they keep very well in line with the English theme. The rooms are clean and spacious, with very nice views. They have a nice space to put things away and a small fridge. Our shower unfortunately wasn't sealed from the shower door so we ended up with water in the whole bathroom (difficult to control with a 6'4 partner). It has in house laundry and a small grocery shop that saved us one day it was raining too much to head back to the restaurant area. Really recommend if you're visiting the park (or Sokcho as it's also 15-20 min away by bus). Very friendly staff.

Excellent stay. Better than expected. I was worried that it would be crowded at the lobby/ common areas due to proximity to casino which was not a preference. The lobby of convention hotel is grand, peaceful and modern. I was also worried that it would be inconvenient to reach the ski slopes however the shuttle buses were frequent and you can get to the slopes quickly. The bus stop drop off point is right outside the ticket office for ski passes Hotel service was welcoming and superb from check in/out to housekeeping. As foreigners we received discount coupons for ski rental and pass. View from room was nice and loved the cream and shower gel etc. Room service was quick and portions are huge. Also how it was delivered was really good too with the robot. Overall very good and comfortable stay.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado cerca de las pistas de esquí y a 5 minutos a pie puedes empezar tu día esquiando. Estamos un poco decepcionados con la gestión de la reserva en Trip.com. Nos asignaron dos suites ejecutivas para dos adultos y un niño de 12 años, cuando una sola habitación habría sido más que suficiente para alojar a tres huéspedes. ¡Qué vergüenza! El servicio de habitaciones termina a las 21:30, lo cual, en mi opinión, es demasiado temprano para un hotel de 5 estrellas como este. ¡También es un poco ridículo pedir una cubitera por 5.000 KRW frente a los 570.000 KRW de una sola habitación! Mi más sincero agradecimiento al Sr. Koh, el conserje, que ha sido extremadamente servicial y amable con nosotros durante toda la estancia. ¡Enhorabuena!

La caminata de la mesa estaba cerrada y no me di cuenta en el momento de la reserva, por lo que fue bastante decepcionante. Aparte de que el alojamiento era bueno.

La vista era bonita, el precio razonable y todo estupendo, pero el colchón de la cama individual era demasiado duro y se hundía por un lado, así que no pude dormir nada. Por suerte, el colchón de la cama doble estaba bien, así que me cambié a esa para dormir. Parece que hay que cambiar el colchón de la cama individual.

At the check-in all are ok, but when we arrive at the door step of our room，realised the door was unlocked,l. Went in and found some chips bit and half consumed bottle unclear I'm the room. What frustratefevwas was we head back ABT 11pm after skiing then realised that they only provided us with 1bath towel , tried calling front desk not one pick , calling house keeping also no one pick up. Only got to kn the next day that hotel front desk is closed at 9pm. And not many can speak English this make it even more challenging.
