The hotel is well located and the room was clean. However, I felt uncomfortable during check-in because I did not receive a welcome/check-in bag while other guests did. There was no explanation given, which made the experience feel unfair. I hope the hotel can improve transparency about guest amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel. The harbor view from our room was beautiful, especially in the morning, and the high-floor arrangement made it even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were professional and attentive, and they kindly prepared baby amenities such as a crib and bathtub, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety and a relaxed atmosphere. The location is excellent for walking around the harbor area and enjoying Kobe’s scenery. Overall, a very pleasant and reliable hotel experience that we would gladly recommend.

Bathrooms are the 90's type but overall rooms are clean. Love the shuttle service to Sannoomiya very frequent and convenient to go into the city instead of taking the trains. Front desk helped us to book for a taxi to the airport limousine area and it was Japanese punctuality. Overall pretty nice and decent place might come here again. Lastly the hotel is located next to the Convention Centre so if you have an event there this place is just perfect.

The high-end hotel that has the longest history in Kobe. It is above a free museum about Kobe. It was very luxurious, and had a wonderful restaurant for Kobe beef, but don't forget to reserve online. All rooms face a certain direction toward the mountains, but not toward the water. During our stay, the gym was not available. And the location is surrounded by luxury brands, not by the station or markets for food.

La habitación era grande! Sentía cómoda y acogedora. Por lo que respecta a la ubicación sabia, la multitud fuera durante la tarde es bastante ronca con clubes a lo largo de la estación al hotel. No es realmente adecuado para familias con niños. No obstante, me disfruté de mi estancia. Gracias.

it was a nice stay but the room was quite old. the reason i stayed in this hotel was because the gym but apparently not everyone can use it and i think this is something that should be told prior of booking.

Excellent location just outside Himeji train station. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds. The room was little on the warm side during my Dec/Jan stays.

Es un buen hotel. La entrada es muy grande con su alto techo y el interior es espacioso. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas aunque se han dado fechas. Las toallas están disponibles y las toallas son suaves y fluffy. La cama es agradable y firme. El servicio de navegación gratuita de la estación de Sannomiya lo hace muy conveniente porque el hotel está situado a distancia del cinturón comercial, lo que dijo, dentro del hotel, hay una mini familia El hotel dispone de una amplia gama de habitaciones, de unas habitaciones de baño y de unas habitaciones de baño.

Para empezar, esta ubicación está un poco apartada; si quieres alojarte cerca del centro, tienes que tomar el ”Portliner” unas cuantas paradas. Para mí no fue un problema, pero no me di cuenta al reservar. Lo elegí por el onsen/sauna y quedé muy satisfecho: fue la mejor sauna/bañera de agua fría que he probado en Japón (hasta ahora). Era más caliente (y más fría) que cualquier otra cosa. El jacuzzi también estaba bien, pero me fijo más en los ciclos de sauna y bañera de agua fría que en cualquier otra cosa. Las habitaciones son nuevas y tienen buen aspecto, aunque un poco pequeñas. Como era de esperar. Si tienes dudas, quédate una noche... usa el onsen y después tómate un café con leche. Te sentirás genial. El bar/restaurante de la azotea también estaba bien y el personal era muy amable.

島花さんに泊まったのは初めてでしたがニューアワジグループのサービスの良さに感動でした。 夢泉景で釣りが出来て鯛を2匹釣ったのですが夜のディナーに調理して出してくださりとても美味しくいただきました。残りはきれいに処理していただき持ち帰ることが出来ました。島花は対岸の少し離れた場所にありますが湯めぐりも送迎していただけるので問題なく楽しめました。 またホカンスしに行きたいです
