We had such a lovely stay at Outrigger. It was just the break we needed. The food is good and the drinks are decent. The prices were better than I was expecting. We ended up not doing a package and spent far less than we would have done on a package. Loved the adult pool, the only pain is that it sometimes closes early to set up for weddings.

Das First landing scheint ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen und war früher sicher eines der ersten Hotels am Platz. Jetzt hat es in vielerlei Hinsicht Retrocharme, aber als ich dort war wurde an vielen Ecken gestrichen und gearbeitet. Die Anlage ist super weitläufig und es war sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer sind richtig groß und es gibt vor den Hütten große Veranden, die ähnlich wie in Florida mit Moskitonetzen geschützt sind. Die Preise sind allerdings etwas happig und für eine Flasche stilles Wasser muss man dann auch 10 Fijidollar hinblättern. Auch die Massage gibt es im Ort deutlich günstiger, aber vielleicht nicht so idyllisch im Spahäuschen. Ansonsten liegt es außerhalb von Nadi und man braucht eigentlich ein Auto. Nebenan (fussläufig) ist der Yacht Hafen mit einer netten Kneipe und da ist immer was los und es mischen sich locals und Touristen. Für die Tage bis zum Weiterflug allerdings deutlich schöner und entspannter als am Nadi Beach neben der Landebahn

I arrived at the hotel at 9am, because of the room not yet ready, we wait until at 1pm, the staff said the room is almost check out, will be ready at 2:30pm, we wait for almost 6 hours, until after 3pm, it's the check in time, the staff said the room still not yet ready. OMG... but at last, thank you to Trip.com for resolving the problem; we got a refund for the first night. 2. Room service is really bad; the box of tissues, the shampoo, and the body lotion all need to wait for a day to refill. 3. The lobby is very, very small, does not look like a 5-star hotel, and many people sleep on the sofa; they also wait for a long time to check in. 4. The Fiji Airlines counter is not open all the time, so we had to take the luggage by ourselves and check in at the airport at last. 5. The only good point to stay is that the port is very near, it's convenient for island hopping, and the restaurants are not bad.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful and offers a very pleasant setting. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing. A special mention to the staff, who are always present, smiling, and genuinely willing to help at any time, their service is definitely a strong point of this hotel. However, there was a significant issue regarding the room booking. I had reserved a room with an ocean view, and the photos clearly showed this. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room set far back, with no real ocean view. After speaking with reception, I was told that the photos were inaccurate and that the issue came from Trip. Regardless of whether this is the responsibility of the platform or the hotel, this situation is simply not professional and creates unnecessary disappointment. For those specifically looking for a nice ocean view, this may not be the right place. The water itself is not particularly appealing, as it appears green and not very clear. Access to the hotel is quite unique, as you need to take a small boat (about one minute) to cross from one side to the other, which can be a nice experience but may not suit everyone. Lastly, if your room is located far from the reception area, you will need to rely on golf car to get around the property. Unfortunately, these are not always readily available, which can be inconvenient. In summary, the hotel has great potential thanks to its setting and excellent staff, but some aspects, especially booking accuracy and logistics could be significantly improved.

The hospitality is top notch! All staff were really welcoming and friendly. Plenty of activities to occupy yourselves and very nice property to be in - vibes and views wise. Overall a very pleasant stay and a wonderful memory

La mejor opción fuera de los hoteles baratos en Denarau y Wailoaloa. Cerca de restaurantes, tienda de alquiler y cambios de divisas de precio razonable.

Grande hotel de resort pequeño. Muy familiar orientado especialmente para familias con niños pequeños. Alimentos y restaurantes son excelentes y muy bien precio. Necesito más actividades en la noche para adultos. Entretenimiento musical agradable pero repetitivo.

El camino hacia el complejo turístico es un poco accidentado y no hay nada cerca del complejo turístico (restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia, etc.), por lo que deberá llamar a un taxi cada vez que necesite salir o comprar provisiones. La habitación en sí no es muy luminosa y los muebles estaban un poco desgastados. El complejo turístico está literalmente en una playa, por lo que es de esperar que haya bastantes mosquitos cuando regrese a su habitación, y también es complicado para los viajeros con grandes maletas llevarlas a sus habitaciones, ya que hay pocos escalones hasta la puerta de su habitación y el camino es de arena. Sin embargo, si está aquí para una estadía corta, creo que estaría bien que no lo considere. Si está pensando en quedarse una noche en Nadi y va a las islas durante los próximos días, le sugiero que busque otros alojamientos en el centro de Nadi, como el Nalagi Hotel. Cuando pasamos por otros hoteles como el Mercury Hotel, parece un motel también, por lo que podría ser mejor buscar algo en el centro.

Check in was after 3pm, check out 10:30 , and you have to get the towel from the reception. Too many rules  plastered in the room as if you are going to rob them. A deposit of FJD50 in cash is required (no drinks in the room whatsoever, just instant coffee). I asked if I can check out before 12nn but was allowed only up to 11am. When I went back to get my luggage, the lady told me that I was supposed to have checked out already, without even asking if I already did. Only the cleaning staff were helpful. Would not recommend.
