Beautiful hotel with a moor onsen spa and sauna. However it is a 15-min walk from the station and shuttle service is limited. Lots of weddings and royal visit at this resort. Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to M fast food chain next door and Aeon shopping nearby. I would highly recommend it.

Located near Nakajima Koen Station (Exit 3). Overall, it’s decent. There’s an escalator from the subway exit, which is convenient. The hotel is right next to Nakajima Park, great for taking walks, and there’s a Family Mart across the street. However, there’s no coin laundry, and no amenities such as facial cleanser provided. The air conditioning system is centralized, so the room temperature cannot be adjusted individually. The only way to make it cooler is to call the staff to open the window — but even when opened slightly, it makes the room too cold.  As for service, staff attitude and hospitality were below average for Japan, both at the front desk and the staff who came to open the window. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a foreigner, but their facial expressions and manner felt less welcoming than usual. I’d rate it 3/5. If you can find another hotel near the station for a similar price, choose somewhere else.

Al llegar al hotel, estaba emocionada. La habitación estaba impecable y elegí una de estilo japonés, lo que me hizo sentir muy cómoda. El hotel está cerca de Noboribetsu Jigokudani y del pueblo de aguas termales, y hay tiendas a solo unos minutos a pie. Si tienes sed de leche después de un baño termal, recuerda comprarla en una tienda al llegar; el hotel no la vende. Compré un poco después de mi baño nocturno y tuve que devolver las últimas cajas. El hotel incluye desayuno y cena buffet, y la comida estaba bastante bien. Había patas de cangrejo y sashimi, pero la selección de carnes era limitada, solo carne de res con grasa. Como fruta, había piñas y frutas variadas enlatadas.

Tuve un vuelo cancelado por la noche, ¡qué suerte haber reservado este hotel! Solo tuve que caminar unos minutos hasta el hotel justo después de devolver el equipaje, ¡incluso con el carrito de maletas hasta la puerta de la habitación! Desayuné buffet en el restaurante del hotel, ¡qué bien! ¡Y el ascensor me llevó directamente a la sala de embarque! Las comodidades de la habitación son adecuadas; mi vuelo de regreso a casa fue cancelado y no tenía ropa de dormir limpia. Por suerte, tenían ropa de onsen cómoda que pude usar por la noche. :) Recomendado

El hotel está justo al lado de la estación JR, muy conveniente. La habitación es limpia y acondicionada, también, hay suficientes amuebles, sin embargo, la falta de pantalones realmente me molesta.

Love the modernistic look of the room. Excellent location because is so near the seafood market. Car park is next to the hotel and it’s free parking. Need to exchange for the exit ticket and it’s open air car parking. We like the microwave, induction cooker, bowls, plates and simple area to warm up food.

Quería alojarme cerca de la estación de Sapporo porque planeaba unirme a la excursión de un día a Biei y también necesitaba tomar el tren a Otaru, así que la ubicación del hotel era bastante buena, aunque había algunos hoteles más cerca de la estación. Aun así, todo el personal fue amable y servicial, y la habitación era lo suficientemente grande como para guardar dos maletas abiertas, lo que personalmente me gustó mucho. Además, este hotel es conocido por su delicioso desayuno, y era aún mejor que se sirviera estilo buffet y japonés, lo cual disfruté mucho durante mi estancia de 4 noches. Por último, aunque se tarda aproximadamente una hora y media en llegar al aeropuerto, se puede tomar el autobús desde el hotel. A menos que planees alojarte cerca de Susukino, este hotel puede ser una excelente opción.

We stayed on the 17th floor and enjoyed an excellent view of Sapporo city, from the clock tower to the ferris wheel. The lights were especially delightful at night. The check in and out service is efficient, albeit impersonal, but we didnt mind that at all. The hotel is beside Nakajima Koen, and its slightly situated further away from the hustle n bustle of Susukino. If u like the relative quiet, that's part of the charm :)

Excellent Stay - Super Convenient Location and Services! This was our second time staying at ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo, and it was just as great as before. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes travel super easy, and there’s also a car rental counter on the B1 floor — very convenient for road trips. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Sapporo Station and close to restaurants and convenience stores. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again!
