Beautiful hotel with a moor onsen spa and sauna. However it is a 15-min walk from the station and shuttle service is limited. Lots of weddings and royal visit at this resort. Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to M fast food chain next door and Aeon shopping nearby. I would highly recommend it.

Love this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Onsen is superb, nice view. The varieties of food for dinner and breakfast are good too

Excellent location with quiet atmosphere of Nakajima Koen. Very close to Nakajima Koen subway station to connect anywhere in Sapporo. Free car parking with lots of space in front of the hotel (good option if you choose to travel around Hokkaido and make a stop at Sapporo by car.

El hotel y sus habitaciones parecen bastante anticuados, sobre todo la zona de la piscina, que podría mejorarse con algunas reformas. Además, el personal de recepción me pareció poco amable. Quizás debido a la barrera del idioma, parecían impacientes, a menudo entregando folletos a los huéspedes y esperando que leyeran la información ellos mismos, en lugar de ofrecerles ayuda. Esta experiencia fue decepcionante y no cumplió con mis expectativas del hotel.

Being a luxury transit hotel, Portom really nailed it. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with such attentive service. Special shout-out to a young lady named Miss 吳, who helped us with check-in and gave us a quick room tour. She was so observant and attentive—even without us asking. You can really feel her sense of ownership and professionalism in the way she handles her job. Soft-spoken, gentle, yet clear and firm in her role. She was so good that I felt I had to write this review for her! Other than that, the hotel impressed me in so many ways. It’s beautifully designed, with lots of thoughtful details everywhere. I really enjoyed both the software and hardware. I’d definitely come back again, and I’d happily recommend it to others. This hotel is truly a piece of art. every detail feels so well-thought-out!

Hotel is conveniently located just across Hakodate JR Station and nearby the bus terminal and local tram stop. Downstairs had a convenience (drug) store which has all sorts of meds that you may need; nearby are quite a number of eateries to choose from including a Lucky Pierrot outlet as well - this one seems to be larger so we didn’t need to queue. The hotel had a Cafe - complimentary access for Premier guests - at the top floor. View of Hakodate from room was amazing. Breakfast had a decent selection of eastern and Japanese style cuisines. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when back in Hakodate!

Three single beds in a room, with a small seating area in front of the tv, and a desk with drawers. The room was clean, nicely lit, well thought of space lay out. It didn’t feel cramped. There were electrical outlets on the bed headboard, and can also switch lights from the headboard, and headboard also lit up. Independent switches for each bed. I liked that so you don’t need to light up the entire room if it’s just you who needs to be still awake while others are sleeping… The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Japan. So many choices of food and the quality of the food was superb. Served many local Hokkaido specialties, and locally grown produce. A good spread of western, Asian, Japanese food, with dessert, salads, sushi, egg station and pastries, bread. We always looked forward to the breakfast. Served the Hokkaido specialties like curry, ramen, white omelette (special egg where the egg yolk is not very yellow)…, scallops, seafood, fruits…. It was such a delight to have breakfast! The staff are quite helpful too.

El hotel es magnífico y elegante. La ubicación era buena, ya que está a poca distancia a pie del parque Nakajima y Susukino. Sin embargo, es un hotel antiguo, aunque bien mantenido. La primera noche tuve una chinche, pero respondieron rápidamente y me cambiaron a otra habitación. Después de eso, todo estuvo bien. Este hotel sería mejor si ofreciera más servicios como un onsen por el precio. Además, no permiten registrarse en el sistema ni dejar mi equipaje antes de las 15:00. Solo puedo dejar mi equipaje allí antes de las 15:00. En cualquier caso, es un hotel decente.

Excellent Stay - Super Convenient Location and Services! This was our second time staying at ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo, and it was just as great as before. The airport bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes travel super easy, and there’s also a car rental counter on the B1 floor — very convenient for road trips. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Sapporo Station and close to restaurants and convenience stores. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely stay here again!
