The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

La habitación era muy espaciosa y el edificio muy sólido. Durante mi estancia, hubo un terremoto en Hokkaido de unos 5 grados, pero solo sentí cómo se movía la cama. La cerveza en el bar del vestíbulo es excelente. Parece que antes era una oficina de Sapporo Beer, así que si tienen la oportunidad de hospedarse, ¡definitivamente prueben la cerveza! Desde la estación de Sapporo, son solo 6 minutos en taxi, y también hay una parada de autobús justo en la puerta. El outlet de artículos deportivos frente al hotel también vale la pena visitar.

Tuve un vuelo cancelado por la noche, ¡qué suerte haber reservado este hotel! Solo tuve que caminar unos minutos hasta el hotel justo después de devolver el equipaje, ¡incluso con el carrito de maletas hasta la puerta de la habitación! Desayuné buffet en el restaurante del hotel, ¡qué bien! ¡Y el ascensor me llevó directamente a la sala de embarque! Las comodidades de la habitación son adecuadas; mi vuelo de regreso a casa fue cancelado y no tenía ropa de dormir limpia. Por suerte, tenían ropa de onsen cómoda que pude usar por la noche. :) Recomendado

Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

1. Hotel located near Odori Park metro station 2. Surrounded with many eating houses and the famous shopping street Tanukikojo Streets are also just few minutes walk from the hotel. 3. Hotel lobby and hotel restaurant are located in main building, and our room were in 2nd building. 4. There were coin-operated washer+dryer in some of the floors hence which is quite convenience for guests to use. 5. Breakfast were so so. 6. I have stayed in Holiday Inn hotel many times (1st time in Japan) and this is the 1st time i see Dove brand for shower and hair shampoo. Overall the hotel met my expectations.

El servicio de comida y bebidas fue caliente y atento, mejorando la experiencia de comer en general. Además, el departamento de mantenimiento de la casa ha hecho un trabajo fantástico para mantener nuestra habitación limpia y acondicionada. Es evidente que el equipo y el software (el personal) del Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono están perfectamente alineados. ¡Esperamos volver en el futuro!

Es un hotel muy nuevo. Las habitaciones son de colores brillantes. Lo más destacado del hotel es que el baño público cuenta con aguas termales naturales, tanto interiores como exteriores, lo que puede brindar a los huéspedes una experiencia diferente. La zona de descanso fuera del baño es amplia y cómoda, pudiendo incluso comprar cosas por cuenta propia. A la mañana siguiente fuimos al mercado de mariscos y volvimos después de las once, por lo que no recibimos la llamada recordatoria de recepción y llegamos más de media hora tarde para el check-out. La chica taiwanesa de recepción habló por teléfono con el supervisor y finalmente no nos cobró dinero extra, lo cual fue toda una suerte.

I absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world. The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.

Each dish was a delight, and we looked forward to every single meal. Perfect service, perfect stay, perfect food, perfect onsen. I would come back in a heartbeat—and recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly special experience. 💖
