Si, pude comprobar en el temprano, que era muy útil. La habitación era sin escena, y había té, café, e incluso una galleta muy impresionada. Fui al gimnasio, que estaba bien equipado, incluso con tobillos de hasta 20 kg y un sofá. La piscina y la sauna fueron perfectas después de mi sesión, y las duchas fueron de gran calidad y muy limpias.
I went for a meal in the restaurant 10 out of 10. Amazing selection and served right away. I will definitely be back; for the price, it's hard to beat. Incredible location as well.

We experienced car breakdown on our way to the hotel and missed the check-in time, but the staff allowed us to amend our check-in date. We appreciated their sympathy and help. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good. The bus stop is just a minute away from the hotel entrance, providing convenient access to Aviemore.

非常驚喜的酒店，在英國十幾天感覺最舒服的酒店！酒店在河邊，有自己獨立的花園和停車場，很安全便利，環境安靜、優美宜人！房間設施齊全，乾濕分離兩用非常方便合理，床品及毛巾都幹整潔舒適，提供一次性的拖鞋、牙刷、棉簽、剔須刀、梳子和針線包，這在英國的酒店是非常罕見的！每一位服務員都彬彬有禮，主動幫忙把行李送到房間，耐心帶我們去挑選喜歡的房間，餐食可口！各服務細節都非常細緻周到！感覺非常棒，又讓酒店安排了一晚在一樓可以走出陽台的房間，享受着綠草如茵，參天大樹，小鳥鳴叫的大自然的味道，還在草地上發現了野生大靈芝，非常愝意！以後來蘇格蘭高地肯定會再次入住！

We missed the furry that we have to ship. Then we have arrived at the hotel past midnight the hotel accommodated us by dropping the key in front of the reservation there for us thank you so much.

This is a genuinely nice hotel sat right on the banks of the River Ness and a few minutes walk from the center of Inverness. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had a good range of choices and was delicious. The staff were polite and friendly and were very happy to fuss over my small child!

UUsuario invitadoHay mucho que mejorar, pero se podrían hacer algunas mejoras.
Lo más importante son las puertas de las habitaciones. Son de madera pesada y se cierran de golpe muy fuerte. Como te puedes imaginar, es bastante molesto cuando la gente entra y sale, despertando a la gente.
La puerta del baño está podrida por abajo por la humedad; necesita ser reemplazada; se ve horrible.
Limpiar debajo de los lavabos y grifos de los baños, ¡lo que se ve al sentarse en la bañera!
La pintura de la habitación podría estar un poco más ordenada; hay pintura blanca sobre las tuberías grises del radiador.
Los limpiadores podrían ser un poco más cuidadosos al aspirar; golpean las tuberías del radiador de las habitaciones y la vibración se transmite a la habitación de al lado.
Se han agotado algunos sabores de cócteles; se ha visto al personal joven con el móvil de forma muy casual. ¡Escóndanse! El cliente y el servicio son importantes.
La comida es cara para la calidad que ofrece.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is looking and feeling very tired and dated and in serious need of upgrading. They’re charging 2025 prices for 1980 standard services. They clearly cater for bus tours and large parties which are not there to appreciate where they are and their surroundings. There was serious problem with running hot water in the room as well as in the showers in the spa. I overheard many guests complaining about no hot water in their rooms at reception.
Breakfast was very disappointing, they offer a continental selection of one type of cold meat and one type of sliced cheese with pan loaf bread! Fort William boasts artisan bakery’s so no excuse there. During breakfast very loud 80s movie themed music is blaring, the dining room is so big there’s practically a speaker above every second table. When asked to turn it down we were met with a standard reply, “I was just asked to turn it up”. Totally unbelievable. Due to the large parties tables are not cleared fast enough nor cleaned, we had to clean and set our own table before we could eat and this is where we were directed to sit. Waiting staff are clearly not trained nor directed appropriately for a hotel boasting a high standard. We were not encouraged to dine in the hotel at all.
The exterior of the building is not only showing signs of disrepair but is also very dirty. They are missing the B in the main signage and is the first thing you see on arrival.
Positives: the room was clean although all views from most rooms do not look out onto anything nice. Temperature of the pool, steam room and jacuzzi excellent. The lounge bar appeared to have the best atmosphere and felt like a highland hotel.
Would I recommend this hotel? Definitely not!
Would I stay there again? Definitely not!

UUsuario invitadoRealmente buen hotel. Más barato alrededor también por lo que no se puede llegar cuando la gente reserva hoteles baratos y se queja de que no es 5* 😂. Situación es increíble. El lago es hermoso. El personal es realmente agradable. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo que necesitas y son bastante espaciosas. La comida es realmente buena aunque un poco costosa pero todavía buenas porciones.

KK T Richard TanMe alojé aquí hace poco durante un viaje por Escocia. Un hotel muy agradable. La ubicación es bastante alejada del centro de Inverness. No hay autopista para ir ni volver del hotel al aeropuerto, así que el trayecto puede ser lento debido a las carreteras estrechas.
La proximidad al aeropuerto no supone ningún problema de ruido de aviones. Sin embargo, podía oír el secador de pelo de mi vecino.
Me gusta el tamaño de la habitación y el baño. Es más grande que en la mayoría de los hoteles. Me gusta especialmente la ducha a ras de suelo, ya que mi esposa y yo no podemos entrar ni salir de las bañeras.
El desayuno estuvo genial, aunque la variedad de opciones puede no ser tan amplia como en otros hoteles de la cadena Marriott. Hay que pedir huevos fritos. El desayuno soleado fue el mejor que he comido.
Todo el personal fue maravillosamente amable y servicial.
Es necesario matricular el coche para evitar que te lo cobren. Pero estoy seguro de que, con el gran talento de todo el grupo Marriott, se les ocurrirá una mejor manera de gestionar el sistema de aparcamiento sin que sus clientes se quejen por internet.
En general, mi esposa y yo disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia.

UUsuario invitadoMy Mum and I stayed here for a night, we wanted something special and we had a lovely experience! This hotel may be old but I felt that was part of the charm, especially because you can pick up a paper at the desk which tells you all about the history of it (including how Mae West had a room there!).
The man at reception was lovely, as were the bar staff, and we had a great sleep in a cozy, nicely themed room with a great bathtub. My Mum especially appreciated the Bible being left in the bedside table as well. That may have been done by a guest but it was nice that the staff left it there nonetheless in case somebody wanted to read it. There were a number of little touches like that, and we had a garden view which was lovely.
Also the breakfast was included in our booking, and well worth it! I'd recommend this stay for anyone looking to have a nice night in the Scottish countryside!

The view from the room was very nice with the lake and mountains. Our room was at ground level so we had direct access from our room to outside which is the lakeside and it was very nice. but keep the doors closed all times after used as it is near the lakeside and ground level. we saw a snake (not poisonous) in the grass outside the room in the early morning.
The foods and drinks at the restaurant was nice although abit pricey.
The view from the restaurant during breakfast in the morning was beautiful.
You can bring swimsuits if u want to use the Hot spring in the hotel. We didn’t get to use but it looked nice.
There is a co-op near the hotel.
The only thing I wish they were better during our stay was the attitude of some staffs. The guy with the bald head was kinda rude to us during breakfast.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is definitely not a 4 star. Top range 3 star at best. The room was clean. It was advertised as a king sized bed, however putting 2 single beds together is very misleading.
The Italian restaurant, the staff are nice but the service is very very slow. Took me an hour to get food. The location is ideal. The sports centre is good and spacious. The pool is good fun. The gym needs a complete modernisation program. Not enough equipment and in a very small room. The sports centre could utiltse space more effectively and have a state of the art gym in the other bigger rooms. It would be used well, however this is sadly not the case. I will return and use this hotel in the future. The price is not cheep and if your expecting Hilton quality then this is not the hotel for you.
