La habitación era sencilla pero limpia. El personal fue amable y eficiente. La ubicación era perfecta para disfrutar de los servicios locales. El precio era razonable, pero la información sobre el desayuno incluido era engañosa, ya que era ”continental” y no ”escocés completo”, como suponía. Sin embargo, la selección ofrecida era variada. Sugiero que, al reservar en línea, se indique que el desayuno es ”continental”.

The hotel has seen better days and could do with attention to details, especially the public areas. The rooms however, were clean and organised. Reception staff was very friendly as was one of the restaurant staff. The hotel looks like 25 years ago and hasn’t been updated since. The outside of the hotel doesn’t look inviting, rather scruffy. It also appears to cater for tour groups.  Breakfast was ok, but again a bit of modernisation wouldn’t go amiss. A 10:00 am check out time is too early and should be considered when booking this hotel.

I found my one night stay at the Highlander Hotel to be very pleasant. My room was a generous double en suite and was spotless. As a solo traveller on a pedal bike I was pleased that there was a secure shed where I could leave my bike in confidence. The staff were very helpful over this and again when I reported that the tv wasn't receiving a signal. This was sorted very quickly with a new aerial cable. Breakfast was good, with plenty of fresh fruit and a choice of hot dishes. Great value and I'd certainly go back.

La ubicación es excelente, el personal es muy amable y servicial, las camas son muy cómodas y limpias y la habitación espaciosa con bonitas vistas. Caídas: el baño, a pesar de estar limpio, estaba en muy malas condiciones con el lavabo y la bañera astillados, necesita atención, el desayuno era de muy mala calidad, el café sabía horrible, el jugo de manzana sabía a agua y el desayuno cocinado era muy pobre, terminé tomando solo mermelada y tostadas

All staff were very nice and friendly. The room was lovely and clean, although the hotel is a bit tired looking. Shower had no hot water, which was a pain! Breakfast was average but buffet style and plenty of it. Breakfast could easily be upgraded with better bread for toasting, not the cheap stuff! Food and drinks were hot and tasty enough. For the price, I expected a more classy breakfast.

El hotel es genial y la estancia fue cómoda. Es bastante cómodo ir andando a la estación de autobuses y a la de trenes. La habitación está limpia, pero la ducha del baño no tiene puerta y el agua se sale por la ducha, lo que hace que todo el inodoro se moje después de la ducha. El hotel ofrece agua embotellada en la habitación y tiene un restaurante en la planta baja. El personal es amable y, en general, la experiencia de la estancia fue increíble.

Booked for the suite as we were a group of 4. The room provided us all the things we needed, microwave, fridge, plates, utensils. The only drawback is that we got the room on 4th floor and there was no elevator!

I’m so happy to have stayed at AC Inverness! My friend and I were very satisfied with our stay—the room was comfortable, and the cost-performance ratio was great. One experience that left a deep impression on me happened when we were about to leave. We were in a rush to catch a bus and very hungry, so we bought some quick meals from a nearby convenience store but had no way to heat. I went to the hotel bar on the first floor for help and met Ismail, a staff member (an elderly gentleman). He was incredibly kind and helped us heat our food. He even worried that we didn’t have utensils and provided them for us. I was truly touched by his kindness. Encounters like this while traveling far from home are incredibly heartwarming. Thank you so much, Ismail! I will definitely stay at AC Inverness again next time and will recommend it to my friends.

The compact room I stayed in was lovely. Comfortable, clean and warm. The staff is attentive and informative. The location is outstanding as everything is within a walking distance. The hotel is surrounded by coffee shops, bars, restaurants and grocery shops. Next year I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were really nice. The room was clean and nicely designed. I especially like the breakfast they offered. Very tasty with great views!
