El hotel está ubicado en la estación JR, lo que facilita mucho ir a cualquier parte, incluso para hacer compras y comer desde la salida sin salir. La habitación es amplia y el servicio es excelente. Merece la pena alojarse en este hotel.

Este hotel es muy popular, con una decoración e instalaciones agradables, ideal para viajes familiares. Es una buena opción para alojarse durante su visita a Pekín. El servicio también es muy bueno y atento.

Este fue uno de nuestros hoteles favoritos en Japón. La habitación era cómoda y las instalaciones eran estupendas. El personal fue amable y servicial. Estaba cerca de la estación y de restaurantes locales. El desayuno en la planta superior fue fantástico: vistas impresionantes y suelo giratorio. ¡Nos encantó!

Hotel is quite new and tastefully decorated. Room spacious and layout is functional. Dressing/ basin area rather dim, need to have brighter ( whiter ) light for make up etc. Location is very good, few minutes away from metro and walkable to the Hankyu train station, short distance away from the main shopping areas and plenty of good restaurants around. Breakfast area is quite cramped, food variety and taste are good, worth a try.

A huge thank you to Cecilia and Vinnie from the Guest Experience team, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and comfortable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and thoughtful gestures made us feel incredibly welcomed. A very special shout-out to Cecilia, who noticed my daughter’s love for Winnie the Pooh after our visit to Disneyland Resort. She prepared a beautiful card, a sweet message, and even a handmade Pooh origami and placed it in our room. It absolutely made our daughter’s day — such a thoughtful touch we will never forget. We also want to commend Yuki from the restaurant team for his warm and wonderful breakfast service each morning. His kindness and attention to detail set the perfect tone to start our day. The Ritz Kids adventure passport was a delightful surprise — engaging not only for our daughter but also enjoyable for us as parents. And of course, we loved the festive Christmas atmosphere, especially the beautiful Christmas tree and the amazing gingerbread house with the incredible aroma that filled the lobby. The Ritz-Carlton Kyoto truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt cared for, welcomed, and genuinely appreciated. We can’t wait to return again. Highly recommended for families and anyone seeking an unforgettable Kyoto stay.

La ubicación está al otro lado de las dos ciudades, el camino es hacia ella, muy conveniente. Kyoto no es grande, muy guapo, el hotel va a las atracciones en general es bueno. La recepción, el gestor de salones están en buenas condiciones, el inglés está muy en línea, muy internacionalizado, especialmente contratado por un hermano pequeño europeo y estadounidense, y la comunicación es muy comunicativa. Las instalaciones de la habitación son buenas, y el desayuno es bueno, especialmente la máquina fresca y interesante.

Pasamos una auténtica noche japonesa, aunque estaría bien explicarnos como armar las camas si te lo tomas como parte de la aventura y buscas por internet, terminas aprendiendo mas. El usar el spa por la mañana, es un lujo. Recomendamos el hotel como parte de un viaje original.

Hace poco estuve en el hotel Rhino en Kioto y, en general, fue una experiencia agradable. El hotel está muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación de Saiin, lo que facilita la exploración de la ciudad. La habitación estaba limpia, era espaciosa y estaba bien equipada con comodidades modernas. Aprecié especialmente la cama cómoda y el ambiente tranquilo, que contribuyeron a una estadía relajante. El personal fue amable y servicial, y me brindaron un servicio excelente durante toda mi visita. También disfruté del acceso gratuito al gimnasio y a la piscina, lo que fue una ventaja agradable. Sin embargo, la decoración parecía un poco anticuada y las opciones de desayuno podrían haber sido más variadas. A pesar de estos pequeños puntos, recomendaría encarecidamente el hotel Rhino a cualquiera que busque una estadía cómoda y a un precio razonable en Kioto.

Beautiful hotel at the foot of the mountains. Surrounded by many many cherry blossom trees (must be breathtakingly beautiful during that season). The hotel staff are extremely polite, professional and helpful! The room is very spacious, bed is super comfy and bathroom is my favourite. Other facilities such as the spa is awesome too! Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely want to revise again during blossom season too. Last but not least, the breakfast is great too!

Everything was just perfect the Westin Myako Kyoto is just everything we expect from a 5 stars hotel. Would definitely come back and miss it already!
