Amazing hotel,great location for shopping and eating /drinking.great public transport.super clean lovely comfy beds happy and helpfull staff,I would highly recommend.

El aire acondicionado en nuestro piso se rompió y se fijó el segundo día pero una mala noche debido a golpear 26 grados en la habitación y una cama extremadamente dura y incómoda El nuevo topo está equipado y una hoja y un ventilador dejados por el mantenimiento de la casa para un mejor sueño de la segunda noche. La nueva habitación tenía un piso de ahorro en el baño debido a la rotura de la rotura y la falta de agua de lanzamiento. Clean hotel with cheerful staff and a comfortable large bed. Lovely Dove soap, shampoo and shower gel provided. Hairdryer, tea and coffee supplies, decent size TV with good signal and plenty of electrical sockets each with 2 usb ports. Roomy powerful shower and 2 bath and 2 hand towels (some hotels only provide one hand towel for 2 occupants). Aircon which was nice in the warm weather. Lifts to all floors. Bar in reception area. Lots of choice at breakfast: 4 fruit juices, multiple tea and coffee varieties, croissants, rolls, white and brown breads (toaster too), croissants, pastries, yoghurt, compote, cereals, sausages, bacon, hash browns, tomatoes, beans and scrambled eggs. They are also happy to store luggage before check-in time and after checkout. A couple of minutes walk from the train station. Car park (payable - although you get first 20 mins without charge if for example you're being dropped off). What's not to love!

Achterstallig onderhoud en zeer plakkerige lift. We kregen een kamer mat twee ramen waar je niet door naar buiten kon kijken (matglas) Het ontbijt was redelijk ondanks dat veel eten er niet was (niet geleverd) of je kon wel iets extras (worstjes, ei ect) bestellen met bijbetaling.

Me and my partner book the Huckleberry bar and grill last minute. I rung them the day before to see if they had an iron which they did and the lady I spoke to was very kind and put it in our room ready for when we arrived . we arrived a little earlier than check in time , there were clear instructions on how to get into the room . We had room 1 , it was a lovely room , very spacious and very clean , good size bathroom . The bed was very comfy , there was a little noise when we went to bed but we was out till late our selves so didnt both us . We had a drink in the bar that evening, staff were very friendly , food looked lovely , and was very busy . We said next time we go over to Lincoln we will definitely stay here again as the place is in a good location to shops and bars . Thank you for having us .

We had a wonderful stay here previously and so returned for a night. This time it wasn't quite as pleasant. The toilet seat in the bathroom had a big crack in the lid and was more than just loose in the sense that it almost came off when sat on. The shower curtain was mouldy and uncleaned mirrors and cobwebs. The staff were all very pleasant and the bar and restaurant area were lovely. I did use the toilets at the bar. One was taken and the other 2 cubicles were soiled so maybe not checked as often as required. Overall the room was warm and there was lots of storage space and a nice big bed. It wasn't unpleasant although I'd not be as keen to return again as I was last time.

All the staff were friendly efficient and very helpful. The room was very clean spacious and beautifully decorated in keeping with the age of building yet and uncluttered contemporary feel. Room temperature was controllable and the provisions, TV etc. of excellent quality. Next time we would look to have dinner there as the breakfast restaurant was of the same excellent standard with everything beautifully cooked fresh, hot and well presented. We were able to park and this plus the location in Stamford made the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. A big thank you to Toni on reception who was very helpful and friendly.
