Great, near to JR station. For the price we paid ~15k JPY compared to 6k/night hotel, service provided by the 6k hotel better than it. This hotel has no onsen. the bathroom only provided 1 sanitary bag and never replace and clean it after 1st day compared to the cheaper hotel gave 4 bags. bathroom ventilation not so good, almost suffocated with vapours when shower+Dusty ventilation filter film. Complimentary 2bottles of water for each night stay but ended up only replace 1 bottle for us. Breakfast wide selection and high quality but everyday same, so if u stay longer better don’t take their breakfast. 2 out of 4days long waiting to be seated, bcoz no one at the reception. Beyond this, some lobby receptionists were fluent in English and ready to help was a top notch. I have a good sleep in this hotel. For 4 nights stay can pick any day u like to have 1 free cleaning service, this was great. Anyhow, thank you for serving.

The hotel is obe of the biggest in the area. We were fetched by the hotel’s van bexause it was raining. But it is walkable from the bus stop. There is free coffee and snacks in the lobby area. And also free beer in the bar. The onsens are very big and clean. Both public and private ones are super nice and clean. The private onsen did not have towels so make sure to bring your own. Rooms are big and clean with the view of the creek or river. Staffs are nice and approachable

Cuando fui a la renovación hace seis años, tuve una buena impresión y la utilicé en este viaje, pero brilla con un rayo. En primer lugar, cuando el personal del despacho de frente recibió a los huéspedes, el olor a cigarrillos me sorprendió, que era un no fumador porque la persona que había oído el olor no salió. El primer cliente en un lugar que cuesta 400.000 gana una noche es el olor a cigarrillos. Y el pelo cayó en el baño de la habitación, el baño estaba sucio, y había un baño abierto en la habitación, así que no lo usaría, pero de todos modos, había un lugar negro en el baño. When we arrived at the hotel, we couldn't find a parking spot, and then one of the staff members—I think Elly—helped us tremendously to find a parking spot. The staff is very helpful and super friendly. The hotel is centrally located.  It is very quiet in the hotel itself. The surroundings are also extremely quiet, so we were able to sleep well. The beds were very good. One minor downside is that they didn't offer drinking water. So you had to get it yourself, and the 7-Eleven was around the corner, so that wasn't really a huge problem. We enjonyed our stay. Thank you!

It was a wonderful experience. The room was nice and it was a nice size and quite spacious for 2 luggages. Parking is free with lots of parking space . Knowing the hotel is remotely located, we included dinner & breakfast in our itinerary. It’s buffet style and was sumptuous and very well worth the extra paid. We booked the Kumamon themed room and loved our rooms The hot baths was also nice. It’s seperated into male and female baths. Check in and out was seamless. Overall a wonderful experience.

Tuvimos una estancia estupenda en el Hotel Kamenoi Aso Park. Reservamos una habitación en el Edificio Sur, que era espaciosa, limpia y tenía una cama grande y cómoda. El hotel ofrece yukatas de varios colores, un detalle encantador para que los huéspedes disfruten de la experiencia del onsen. ♨️ El onsen era grande y relajante, perfecto después de un día explorando Aso. 🚗 El aparcamiento era muy cómodo, situado justo al lado del hotel. Al otro lado del aparcamiento hay una tienda de conveniencia abierta las 24 horas llamada Obentou Hirai, que ofrece bentos preparados, comidas calientes, ramen y udon, ideal para picar algo por la noche o para una comida rápida. 🍱 Elegimos un paquete solo alojamiento sin comidas y, por la mañana, visitamos el centro de souvenirs y comida local en la estación de Aso. Tenía una gran selección de comida local y opciones para desayunar, además de muchos regalos y souvenirs para llevar a casa. En resumen, una estancia cómoda con todo lo que necesitábamos cerca. ¡Muy recomendable si estás explorando la zona de Aso!

The staffs are very helpful and polite. There is free drinks every night from 7pm to 9 pm. Including sake and wine which is rare. Free hot bath for family but must book . Basically this is a good hotel , worth for the money

The resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno 立野 station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano. Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's.

El desayuno era super bueno, especialmente el servicio, nivel VIP, vivía en el primer piso donde la habitación estaba conectada a las aguas termales al aire libre, realmente no es suficiente.

Room was a little small for the two of us with two large suitcases. Otherwise the location is unbeatable. Service from hotel staff as others have said is impeccable. Five star service in a business hotel. Tip, there is a free art museum which I highly recommend in the same building!
