Location of this hotel is very convenient! With great Castle view! Room is spacious and clean! Staff are helpful and nice, even met one speak Cantonese👍 Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and of course will stay here on my next trip!👍👍👍

Excellent stay at one station! First time and with it's perfect location it makes travelling around so convenient. Beside it it's Kumamoto Station and there is AMU Shopping mall just beside it. If you rented a car during your stay in Kumamoto, you may just park at the multi story carpark behind the hotel for just 1000 yen for 24hrs with multiple entries but you would have to head to hotel reception to get the coupon for it. Definitely a recommended stay in Kumamoto

Hotel Nikko Kumamoto maintains very high standard of service. Greeters were always smiling at the hotel lobby and lift area. We were lucky to get a Room with Castle view. Location was perfect, right opposite Tsuruya Departmental Store and beside Shimotori shopping srreet. Breakfast spread was excellent. Highly recommended!

Clean, Convenient, and Family-Friendly Stay I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. If you're planning to drive, please note that the hotel does not have free parking spaces. However, there are nearby paid parking options just a short walk away, so it's still quite convenient. There’s also a convenience store located right across the street, which is a big plus. Check-in and check-out are both quick and hassle-free, thanks to the hotel's automated machines. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the room was spacious enough for my child to run around comfortably. One feature I especially appreciated was the in-room washing machine along with a heated drying rack and rail in the bathroom—super handy when traveling with kids and needing to wash their clothes. Nightgowns are also provided, just like at another Fav Lux hotel I stayed at in Nagasaki. The room is equipped with a full set of kitchen appliances, perfect for light cooking or preparing fruits and snacks.

Tuvimos una estancia estupenda en el Hotel Kamenoi Aso Park. Reservamos una habitación en el Edificio Sur, que era espaciosa, limpia y tenía una cama grande y cómoda. El hotel ofrece yukatas de varios colores, un detalle encantador para que los huéspedes disfruten de la experiencia del onsen. ♨️ El onsen era grande y relajante, perfecto después de un día explorando Aso. 🚗 El aparcamiento era muy cómodo, situado justo al lado del hotel. Al otro lado del aparcamiento hay una tienda de conveniencia abierta las 24 horas llamada Obentou Hirai, que ofrece bentos preparados, comidas calientes, ramen y udon, ideal para picar algo por la noche o para una comida rápida. 🍱 Elegimos un paquete solo alojamiento sin comidas y, por la mañana, visitamos el centro de souvenirs y comida local en la estación de Aso. Tenía una gran selección de comida local y opciones para desayunar, además de muchos regalos y souvenirs para llevar a casa. En resumen, una estancia cómoda con todo lo que necesitábamos cerca. ¡Muy recomendable si estás explorando la zona de Aso!

I had an enchanting two-night stay at this hotel, where the picturesque view of the river from my room added a serene touch to the experience. The onsen was a highlight, boasting a spacious interior and a tranquil outdoor area. U can choose the Hotel rooms concept and guests won’t find it boring to stay in. Overall is good and strongly recommend

Hotel is old styled and not as fancy as those new tiny hotels. Large room comparatively. Great service which we left our bags early in the morning before checking in the room and the bags were delivered to our room after we returned. Good view of river. Nearest convenience store about 150m away. Need to travel by tram to the heart of the city. Quite a quiet place to stay.

นอน4คน ได้ห้องที่เป็นฟูก 1 คืน 2หมื่นบาท รู้สึกว่าแพงเกิน วิวสวยจริง แต่ตอนไปห้องโบวลิ่งปิด ไม่ได้เล่น และไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า อาหารไม่ได้หรูหรา ออนเซ็นรวมธรรมดามาก ไม่มีopen air ถ้าจะไปแช่ต้องนั่งบัสจากโรงแรมไปแช่ที่อื่น ส่วนเครื่องดื่มในห้องไม่มีเบียร์ให้ฟรี ถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรมที่ราคาถูกกว่านี้ยังมีเบียร์ฟรีให้ ถ้าถามความคุ้มค่าเทียบกับราคา คิดว่าไม่เหมาะสม อุส่าขับรถมาตามเขา คิดว่าจะดีกว่านี้ คงไม่มาพักที่นี่อีก ไปหาที่พักอื่นที่ราคาถูกระแวกนี้คุ้มกว่า

Our stay at the ryokan was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a beautiful blend of traditional charm and modern comforts. The tatami rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, with a calming ambiance that made it easy to unwind. We also loved the small touches, like the yukata robes provided for guests and the attentive staff who made sure we were comfortable at all times. The whole experience felt like a perfect balance of tradition and luxury.
