Staff were nice, a couple of them speaks English well. Our twin room with sofa bed was adequate. Sofa bed has seen better times n can feel the springs, not for someone who is on heavy side. Location of hotel is good. We love the hair dryer, Refa brand, top notch. Parking cost ¥1000 per night. Just behind is the shopping street and ard 15 mins walk is a big shopping mall, Sakura Machi. Kumamoto Castle can be seen opposite the hotel but if walking is still not so near. We decided to check out of hotel and drove to the castle. There are a few parking lots near to the castle but some need to walk longer.

Love this hotel. Location is fantastic. Just next to the Kumamoto train, tram and bus station. Booked the lifestyle room, with 2 double bed and a sofa bed for 3 adults and comes with access to 4th floor for unlimited liquor, soft drinks, juice, tea, nuts and instant noodles. However, orange juice ran out on 3rd day and dispenser dispense super diluted juice. Anyway small matter. Toilet area is big (comparing to Japan standard), with split toilet, bathroom, wash basin, wardrobe and change area. Interestingly with see-through bathroom door. However, you can lock the entire toilet access. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Price is also reasonable.

This is our second time to stay at this hotel. We surely stay here again if I visit Kumamoto again.  Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Nikko Kumamoto for its great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional service. 5 stars!

Clean, Convenient, and Family-Friendly Stay I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. If you're planning to drive, please note that the hotel does not have free parking spaces. However, there are nearby paid parking options just a short walk away, so it's still quite convenient. There’s also a convenience store located right across the street, which is a big plus. Check-in and check-out are both quick and hassle-free, thanks to the hotel's automated machines. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the room was spacious enough for my child to run around comfortably. One feature I especially appreciated was the in-room washing machine along with a heated drying rack and rail in the bathroom—super handy when traveling with kids and needing to wash their clothes. Nightgowns are also provided, just like at another Fav Lux hotel I stayed at in Nagasaki. The room is equipped with a full set of kitchen appliances, perfect for light cooking or preparing fruits and snacks.

There is a strong odor inside the whole room, it smells like moist and very unpleasant. We had to use air freshener to make it more breathable. The room is in old condition and not clean enough. Bathroom is very tiny. Expect a long walk from lobby to the room if you stay in East wing, which is not so convenient for elderly. Upon checking, the air conditioning vent is all clogged with dust. They need to pay more attention in cleaning. The only good thing is the free child playground and the food quality is pretty good.

No hay nada que pueda quejarse por mí. El hotel está muy bien situado. Un pequeño desayuno instagramable. Todas las atracciones están cerca - Castillo Kumamoto, Plaza Kumamon, Departamento y Commodities Stores, calle Walking incluyendo restaurantes. El diseño de la habitación hace que los niños disfruten de diversión y un buen tiempo. Todo en todo lo que vale la pena.

El personal del frente de la oficina se ha encargado de responder rápidamente a las emergencias.

นอน4คน ได้ห้องที่เป็นฟูก 1 คืน 2หมื่นบาท รู้สึกว่าแพงเกิน วิวสวยจริง แต่ตอนไปห้องโบวลิ่งปิด ไม่ได้เล่น และไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า อาหารไม่ได้หรูหรา ออนเซ็นรวมธรรมดามาก ไม่มีopen air ถ้าจะไปแช่ต้องนั่งบัสจากโรงแรมไปแช่ที่อื่น ส่วนเครื่องดื่มในห้องไม่มีเบียร์ให้ฟรี ถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรมที่ราคาถูกกว่านี้ยังมีเบียร์ฟรีให้ ถ้าถามความคุ้มค่าเทียบกับราคา คิดว่าไม่เหมาะสม อุส่าขับรถมาตามเขา คิดว่าจะดีกว่านี้ คงไม่มาพักที่นี่อีก ไปหาที่พักอื่นที่ราคาถูกระแวกนี้คุ้มกว่า

非常喜歡這家旅館，從停車開始就有工作人員幫忙引導跟確認車位住宿名字跟旅客國家，還幫忙拿行李，進去check in 時就有會中文的工作人員幫忙確認（好像也是台灣人），工作人員很多好像也有不同國籍的 ，進去確認訂房時還有給抹茶跟茶點喝，我們是訂紅葉房型在1樓，房間很棒有自己的溫泉可以不用去大眾湯泡，24小時隨時都可以泡，都有熱溫泉水在循環所以隨時睡醒就能泡，旅館有兩個湯屋可以預約，一次40分鐘，每間房間可以預約一次的樣子，大眾浴池就是不用預約隨時都能去，不過自己有溫泉了所以大眾浴池跟湯屋都沒去不知道如何，另外吃飯有自己的包廂還有寫名字整個很尊爵感受（不過好像只有部分房型才有包廂）。 晚餐很棒每一道都很好吃（除了甜點XD)，前菜很精緻每一個都好吃，生魚片也是都很甜，烤魚本來以為會有很多刺，結果沒有很好分離，最後是赤牛涮涮鍋，肉嫩湯清甜。早餐則是一份烤鮭魚大套餐加沙拉還有溫泉豆腐，外面還有飲料自助吧跟納豆海苔甜點可以拿，有阿蘇牛奶喝到飽，記得不用買這邊早餐喝就好XD。 整體很棒，工作人員也親切，強烈建議訂一泊二食有溫泉的房間，沒差很多錢多了溫泉跟晚餐值得，後悔的是因為行程太滿沒有預留更多時間在這旅館好好享受，下次再來阿蘇的話一定會再來跟預留更多時間待在這享受。
