Lovely small hotel. In a great location. 10 mins walk to Old Town. 25 mins to beach. Bus stops directly outside the hotel which is very useful. There are some lovely restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk. I can strongly recommend The Magnolia restaurant 10/10. Some of the best food I've ever had in Spain and a beautiful setting. Book in advance and ask for top terrace. Superb. The hotel pool is small but big enough to cool down in. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but breakfast and drinks are provided in your room. A nice touch. You also get a glass of cava while you get booked in. Miroslava ( Mexican) was great. She couldn't be more helpful. The only down side was the room design. The reading lights are too low. If you want to read in bed the only place for the pillows is over the lights. Totally impracticable and very uncomfortable 😕 A small gripe. Would recommend.

The hotel is very basic and functional but feels tired overall. The room was clean on the surface, but the floor was dusty; I knelt down to unpack on arrival and my trousers picked up a lot of visible dirt, which suggests the cleaning could be more thorough. The lighting throughout the room is very bright white, which makes it hard to relax in the evenings. There are no softer or warmer lighting options. Amenities are minimal. There was no kettle, cups or basic hospitality tray, which would normally be expected by international travellers. The furniture and fittings feel dated, and while everything worked, the room lacked comfort. The bathroom was clean but very utilitarian, and the overall impression is of an older hotel that hasn’t been fully refreshed. Acceptable for a short stay if you just need a place to sleep, but not somewhere I’d choose for comfort or relaxation.

The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes. The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

¡Este fue un hotel maravilloso! Estaba muy limpio y la ubicación era increíble. Está literalmente en la playa y es una playa muy limpia y popular. El restaurante servía comida limitada pero lo que pedimos estaba delicioso. El desayuno era bueno, pero la señora que trabajaba en el desayuno era muy brusca y te hacía sentir incómodo. También preferiría una tetera en mi habitación, pero por supuesto entiendo que te lleva al restaurante. La ducha era extraña ya que no tenía puerta ni cortina y no había opción de tener la ducha conectada, así que tenías que sostenerla. . El clima era fresco y no superó los 24 grados, pero a veces hacía calor cuando estaba de noche, así que supongo que podría resultar incómodo en pleno verano.

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de la costa de la península y a poca distancia a pie. El hotel está lujosamente decorado, el ambiente es cómodo, el servicio de recepción es amable, la habitación está limpia y ordenada, el baño es grande y fácil de usar, el desayuno del hotel es excelente, rico en contenido y sabe bien. En el hotel también se sirven cenas francesas de tres platos y con un sabor delicioso. Hay plazas de aparcamiento delimitadas en blanco al borde de la carretera, en la puerta, que son gratuitas y muy seguras. Las playas de la península son hermosas. Es un hotel resort muy bonito.

Era nuestra primera vez en un parador y ha sido una gran experiencia en cuanto servicio, amabilidad e instalaciones al pie de la montaña. El desayuno me pareció increíble, el parking cómodo al lado y con terraza para tomarte un cafe o lo que quieras. También habia varios salones con sofas y chimenea muy buenos para relajarte. Cerca hay una tolva de la antigua mina que habia en la zona y se puede ir a ver caminando 5 minutos desde el parador. La unica pega que pondría es si eres de los que te gusta ir a cenar fuera y no en el propio hotel, tienes que desplazarte a Potes que es donde hay mas variedad.

El hotel está situado cerca del centro de la ciudad y se tarda unos 13 minutos en llegar a la playa, lo cual es muy conveniente. El hotel tiene un diseño único y una apariencia novedosa. Está situado en una zona residencial y el entorno que lo rodea no es impresionante. Está lejos de la zona de la playa, pero hay autobús público para llegar, pero el billete es más caro, un viaje ya cuesta 1,3 euros, el taxi Santander es aún más caro, mínimo 25 euros desde el hotel al aeropuerto. . La comida del desayuno en el hotel es de buena calidad y muy recomendable. Me quedé 2 días y fui al centro de la ciudad a la playa todos los días y almorcé y cené mariscos, fue muy cómodo y conveniente.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Not too close to the city centre but only few minutes drive which is fair. Our room was quiet for the days we stayed but no air conditioning for heat waves, so avoid going there during the hottest days and temperatures will be lovely. The only thing we are not too happy is no 24 hours reception, we were not able to checkout in the early morning

Just the most beautiful hotel in the most outstanding location. The views were breathtaking. Alex and Rocio were so welcoming and warm. Rocio made us a vegan cake and Alex went out of his way to buy veggie burgers for us when we found out we were vegetarians. I would 100% recommend this magical place. About a 20 minute drive to Potes, the historical, Muy bonito town.
