📍 ¡La ubicación es inmejorable! Justo en la entrada de West Street, llegas en dos o tres minutos andando desde donde te deja el coche, sin necesidad de arrastrar maletas por calles empedradas. Viajar con niños o con muchas bolsas no es ningún problema. 🏠 ¡A los niños les encantó la habitación familiar! Zapatillas de dibujos animados, vasos infantiles, ropa de cama con avioncitos, un puff y una zona de juegos exclusiva. Los niños estaban encantados desde que entraron. El hotel también tiene un área de juegos para niños y a veces organizan actividades familiares, lo que permite a los padres descansar un poco. 📸 ¡El hotel en sí es muy fotogénico! Escaleras de caracol, terraza panorámica, habitaciones de estilo retro con luz suave... cualquier foto que hagas sale bien. 💁♀️ El servicio es excepcional. La recepción puede comunicarse fluidamente en inglés con huéspedes extranjeros, así que no hay problema si vienes con amigos de fuera. El personal también es muy paciente con los niños y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar con direcciones o recomendaciones de comida. 🍳 El desayuno es sencillo pero sabroso, con maíz, huevos y fideos. Los niños lo disfrutaron mucho. 🌙 Justo debajo está la animada West Street, puedes pasear hasta las 12 de la noche y estar en tu habitación en cuestión de minutos; y el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones es excelente, muy tranquilo. También tienen lavandería y salón de té. En resumen: Si viajas con niños, con amigos extranjeros, o simplemente quieres una estancia cómoda y conveniente, ¡este es tu hotel!

Como era de esperar de un hotel tan recomendado, estaba bastante concurrido incluso entre semana y en temporada baja. El ambiente del hotel era impecable y la comida, especialmente buena; ¡el té de la tarde y el desayuno superaron todas las expectativas! El vestíbulo funciona como cafetería y restaurante, con vistas a la piscina y al río Yulong. Con esas vistas a la montaña, ¿para qué ir a una cafetería? En este hotel se puede encontrar todo lo necesario. Al registrarse, se puede tomar una balsa de bambú desde la zona panorámica del río Yulong directamente hasta la entrada del hotel. Hay muchos restaurantes cerca, incluyendo uno donde sirven pescado a la cerveza especialmente delicioso. La habitación era excelente, con dos grandes ventanales que iban del suelo al techo con vistas a la montaña y a la piscina: una vista fantástica. Se puede acceder fácilmente a la piscina, que está justo afuera, lo cual es muy relajante. Aunque el tiempo no acompañó, la atmósfera brumosa y nublada tenía un encanto único. Los artículos de tocador de la habitación eran de Acqua di Parma, con una fragancia exquisita, lo que demuestra la atención al detalle del hotel. También había agua caliente disponible en todo momento. ¡Sin duda, un hotel al que vale la pena volver!

Este hotel es simplemente estupendo. La habitación es espectacular, la ubicación en plena naturaleza es perfecta para una estancia relajada, y las vistas son impresionantes. Aún así, lo mejor del hotel es el personal: amables, muy atentos y siempre pendiente de nosotros y dispuestos a ayudarnos. Las chicas de la recepción son un auténtico amor. Ha sido un placer alojarnos aquí, lo recomendamos a todo el mundo. Además, el café es excelente, el mejor que hemos bebido en China.

La habitación era bastante espaciosa, con un balcón desde el que se podía ver un poco del río Li, lo cual fue una grata sorpresa. Las instalaciones de la habitación estaban bien diseñadas y eran funcionales. La posada tiene una decoración con mucho estilo, con un aire chino que es perfecto para hacer fotos; ideal para chicas que quieran vestirse con ropa tradicional y posar. El servicio de recepción es muy amable y hablan inglés con fluidez, por lo que hay muchos huéspedes extranjeros y el ambiente es excelente. Su restaurante de la planta baja ha estado en la lista de restaurantes imprescindibles durante varios años consecutivos, es muy famoso y popular en la zona, siempre hay largas colas, así que hay que probarlo sí o sí. Los huéspedes del hotel tienen un 10% de descuento y, para comer, recuerden pedir en recepción que les reserven una mesa para evitar la cola, de lo contrario, la espera puede ser desesperante.

Desde el vestíbulo se puede contemplar la vista al río. ¡Este B&B fue la mejor sorpresa de todo mi viaje a Guilin, la atmósfera de montañas y ríos es simplemente increíble! La ubicación es inmejorable, tanto para visitar los Dos Ríos y Cuatro Lagos o la Colina de la Trompa de Elefante, como para ir al río Yulong o al casco antiguo de Xingping, es súper conveniente y te ahorra tiempo y esfuerzo. La habitación estaba impecable, la ropa de cama era suave y agradable al tacto, me tumbé y se me quitó todo el cansancio del viaje; el enorme ventanal daba directamente a las montañas kársticas y al agua cristalina, por la mañana se podía ver la neblina de la montaña y por la tarde disfrutar del atardecer, como si estuviera viviendo dentro de una pintura de tinta. Los dueños y el personal son súper amables, nada más llegar se ofrecieron a ayudarme con el equipaje, me recomendaron cuidadosamente joyas gastronómicas locales y rutas para evitar aglomeraciones, y por la mañana incluso pude disfrutar de fideos de arroz Guilin recién cocinados y auténticos. El patio común es elegante y bonito, cualquier foto sale preciosa, es un oasis de tranquilidad en medio del bullicio. El equipamiento y las instalaciones son completos, los artículos de tocador y las instalaciones del baño son de calidad, y hay muchos detalles. La relación calidad-precio superó con creces mis expectativas, es definitivamente un tesoro de B&B que hay que probar en Guilin, la próxima vez que viaje con mi familia volveré a elegirlo, ¡lo recomiendo encarecidamente a todos los amigos que visiten Guilin!

Servicio: Este B&B está en la antigua ciudad de Xingping, cerca de la estación de tren de alta velocidad, y ofrece un servicio de recogida gratuito. Muy amable. La furgoneta de recogida es limpia y espaciosa, y el servicio es personalizado para cada huésped, lo que te hace sentir muy VIP. El personal de servicio es extremadamente amable; llegamos al hotel a las 9 de la mañana y, al vernos sin desayunar, nos ofrecieron uno gratis. También pudimos hacer el check-in temprano. ¡Es la primera vez que encuentro un servicio tan atento! Diseño del hotel: El hotel tiene un diseño increíble. Es un siheyuan (patio tradicional chino) restaurado de un edificio antiguo de finales de la dinastía Qing, conservando las huellas del tiempo y la historia, ideal para fotos. Las habitaciones del edificio principal recién construido son muy grandes, con baños amplios y limpios, y vistas espectaculares a la montaña. Instalaciones públicas: Las instalaciones públicas son muy completas: un hermoso patio, un desván, una piscina y muchos árboles frutales en el jardín. No te aburrirás ni un día entero en el hotel.

Viajamos con nuestro bebé durante el Festival del Bote del Dragón, y a pesar de la lluvia constante, todo lo demás fue fantástico. El hotel nos hizo un upgrade de habitación gratuito, y su cerveza artesanal estaba deliciosa. Habíamos reservado una cuna con antelación, y al entrar, vimos la almohada y las mantas cuidadosamente dobladas dentro. Nuestro bebé se divirtió muchísimo. La piscina del hotel es uno de sus puntos fuertes; la temperatura del agua era perfecta y estaba muy limpia, sin ese olor fuerte a desinfectante. Se nota que la cuidan con esmero. Fue la primera vez que nuestro bebé nadaba y lo disfrutó muchísimo. El ambiente y la comida del restaurante también son buenos, aunque los precios son un poco altos. Además, ofrecen servicio de habitaciones. Cuando nos fuimos, nos regalaron un pequeño juguete para el bebé. Si tenemos la oportunidad, sin duda volveremos a traer a nuestro pequeño.

This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

As someone who has travelled all over the world, this has been the best hotel I have ever visited. It feels more like a resort than a hotel. Every aspect was perfect, from the service, to the food, location, room, bed, shower, amenities, and beyond. It was so good I extended my stay. The location is incredible, as it is such a unique picturesque landscape that only a local village in China can provide you. I've explored different areas of this village, and I think this hotel has the best view. It's also a 20-minute hike down to the central village, which was really interesting to explore, especially during festival season. However, I feel like there is no need to explore outside because this place has the best view. The host and staff were all incredible, the warmest and most helpful people. The food was amazing..providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is seriously rich. There was so much variety, and the ingredients were so local and fresh. It tasted like healthy but delicious home cooked meals. The coffee is just as amazing. As I am a foreigner who can't speak Chinese, the host, who speaks English well, was able to help me with every aspect during my stay. Since this area is 2 hours away from the airport, I was worried how to get here, but the host graciously helped arrange a driver, and I was able to arrive safely. The host went above and beyond to help me and to allow me to feel at home. This hotel is very kid-friendly, but it is also amazing for solo travelers and business travelers. It is good for any type of traveler. I came here alone, partly to explore the area, but also to work. Their open lounge by the window with comfy couches allowed me to work while taking in the amazing oxygen and beautiful natural smells. The shower works great, and the washroom is really nice, with the smart toilet and all. In fact, the interior design of this hotel throughout is so thoughtfully well designed. I slept so well here, the bed is perfect and I had peace and quiet during my nights. Literally every aspect of this hotel was perfect and beyond my expectations. It's incredibly high value, and better than any actual resort I've been to. It is just such a unique place overall, but the hotel made me extremely emotional because it was so good, yet so relaxing, making me feel like royalty. Booking this hotel is a serious no-brainer. Do not hesitate and please book this place. It's a once in a lifetime memory to be made.

This hotel is a wonderful place to unwind for anyone looking to escape the stress of city life. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally attentive every member of staff welcomed us warmly and always greeted us with a genuine smile. The rooms are beautifully designed in a timeless style. What stood out to me most was the high level of cleanliness and the excellent amenities. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and you hardly want to leave your balcony. We also had a private whirlpool, which was perfect for this time of year and made our stay even more relaxing. I would especially like to praise the housekeeping staff. The ladies did an outstanding job—everything was spotless, hygienic, and cleaned very thoroughly. Another true highlight was the incredible food experience. Every afternoon we were treated to attentive afternoon service with desserts that were clearly prepared with love and care. The breakfast deserves special mention. I have stayed at some of the best five-star resorts, and I can honestly say that the quality of the breakfast buffet here was outstanding. While it is smaller than those of large resort chains, it clearly follows the philosophy of quality over quantity, and nothing was missing. Many of the vegetables came from the hotel’s own garden, which made the experience feel even more authentic and fresh. The soup selection was excellent, and the beef soup was rich and generous—you could truly taste the passion and love the chef puts into their work. The surrounding area offers several attractions, although some are unfortunately closed during the winter season. I would recommend arriving by car so you can visit places like the nearby waterfall and other sights. My only small criticism would be that the hotel could offer more excursion options for guests without a car. That said, we really appreciated that on our first evening we were kindly driven to the nearby small town for dinner. The resort is also very family-friendly and offers a variety of activities for both adults and children, such as magnet crafting, fishing, and sports activities like yoga. A very thoughtful gesture was made at checkout, when we were given rice from the hotel’s own cultivation. This was something I truly appreciated and found very meaningful. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. My husband and I would love to return—next time in spring.
