Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

Great Value Stay with Character – Some Fixes Needed!! 8/10 ! This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes. Pros: • Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna. • Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs. • Impressive decor and spacious common areas. • Plenty of parking space. Cons: • Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated. • Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing. • Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets! • No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool. • Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket… Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

Mi experiencia fue muy buena, el servicio muy bueno, el desayuno excelente muy satisfecho, la habitación moderna impecablemente limpia y la cama estupendamente cómoda. Las diferentes áreas comunes muy agradables, cómodas y limpias. Gracias a recepción que nos ayudaba con algunos imprevistos naturales (nos prestaron paraguas cuando llovía) y resolvían muy bien nuestras peticiones. Muy contento y satisfecho de haber estado en UNAhotels 👏🫶

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Prestige! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly service. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, and the hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, public transportation, and nearby attractions. What truly made our stay special was the excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their recommendations were very helpful. El hotel tiene un estilo industrial y hay muchos espacios públicos donde sent****, trabajar, charlar y tomar un café, tanto al aire libre como en el interior. La habitación es bastante grande, y se pueden extender dos maletas grandes sin ningún problema. El desayuno está bien, un desayuno occidental decente. La desventaja es que el lavabo de la habitación es demasiado pequeño y resulta incómodo lav**** la cara. Para el transporte, tome la salida norte de la estación central de Bolonia y camine hasta el hotel más cercano, lo que tardará entre 5 y 6 minutos. Cuando llegamos no sabíamos que habíamos caminado mucho.

Clean, comfortable rooms in a fantastic location just steps from shopping mall. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

La habitación es limpia y cómoda. Buen servicio y agradable desayuno. Situación conveniente, a sólo alrededor de 15-minute a pie de la estación de tren y la playa. El único nigger fue poco ruido de la habitación a la puerta, pero no un gran problema. Por el precio, estaba satisfecho y aún me gustaría quedarme aquí en mi próxima visita.

A small, cozy hotel in the vicinity of the sea. Very friendly and good staff, and a very pleasant and friendly hostess who will solve any of your questions, there is a supermarket and a blue restaurant serving excellent pizza in 10 minutes. There is also a bus stop number 9, which goes from the airport. Within walking distance of the city center, which is about 15-20 minutes away. I also recommend renting a bicycle at the hotel. It costs only one euro per day and you can explore the surrounding area. The hotel is equipped with surveillance cameras and there is always someone at the reception, so you don't have to worry about security.

We had a comfortable time at this hotel. Located just down the road from the station about a 2-3minute walk away, it was very convenient to get to coming into Parma by train. The area surrounding the hotel however felt just a little bit questionable at times, but then again the historic town centre is but a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill you up to start the day, and service there was quite attentive. We didn’t get to try the other facilities, though, since we thought the pool would be closed considering it was winter. Overall, we had a nice stay at Novotel, and would definitely stay again.
