Booked this hotel as it was situated just off the main dual carriageway and had good road links to Cesena and Forli for trains and good links back to Florence and Pisa for the airport. The hotel is located in the heart of the town and the entrance isn’t visible from the road. It has its own carpark for €6 per night but there are lots of parking spaces around the town, white lined spaces are Free!! Blue lined space you have to pay for, so check the lines! Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and informative. The room was spacious and clean, there were two plugs one either side of the bed so being an adapter and extension cable for extra plug space, little mini bar that was reasonably priced and cupboard space with a little safe in. The swimming pool was warm and the roof opens in the summer. The attendant was knowledgeable and excited to explain that the pool is warmed by the natural springs and that smell of sulphur was from these springs and good for the skin. Pool was long enough to swim in and had bubble jets and falling water. There is also a bigger thermal spa available but we didn’t have time to make use of that. Breakfast was a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, pastries and cakes etc, no hot option though. The only negative for breakfast was, staff served all the food, this was challenging with the language barrier and meant you had to ask for anything you wanted…. Town was lovely, lots of little shops and a few restaurants and bars. Towns folk were friendly and helpful and the little market was nice for local products. Lots of walking and cycling routes in the area too

Great Value Stay with Character – Some Fixes Needed!! 8/10 ! This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes. Pros: • Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna. • Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs. • Impressive decor and spacious common areas. • Plenty of parking space. Cons: • Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated. • Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing. • Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets! • No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool. • Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket… Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

What an absolutely amazing hotel. Modern clean rooms serviced extremely well every day. Fantastic and varied breakfast buffet. Front desk speak perfect English and nothing is too much trouble. Good location opposite the beach with bus stop outside the hotel. Liked this place and would be happy to return

Mi experiencia fue muy buena, el servicio muy bueno, el desayuno excelente muy satisfecho, la habitación moderna impecablemente limpia y la cama estupendamente cómoda. Las diferentes áreas comunes muy agradables, cómodas y limpias. Gracias a recepción que nos ayudaba con algunos imprevistos naturales (nos prestaron paraguas cuando llovía) y resolvían muy bien nuestras peticiones. Muy contento y satisfecho de haber estado en UNAhotels 👏🫶

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Prestige! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and friendly service. Everyone was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, and the hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the beach, public transportation, and nearby attractions. What truly made our stay special was the excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and their recommendations were very helpful. Está relativamente cerca de la estación de tren, pero cuando llegué, tomé la salida equivocada y terminé dando vueltas durante 20 minutos antes de llegar al hotel. Las calles de los alrededores son muy caóticas e inseguras, con una gran población negra. No lo recomendaría para una mujer que viaje sola. Sin embargo, las instalaciones del hotel son agradables, como un estudio de estudiante. Hay un restaurante italiano de una cadena llamado Mic Ramen al otro lado de la calle; ¡definitivamente no coman el arroz de allí! Mi pareja y yo comimos allí durante tres días porque nos pareció delicioso, y después de comer el arroz, cada uno tuvo diarrea durante dos días seguidos. Yo tuve diarrea hasta las 2:30 de la madrugada, y él comió aún más, así que fue peor: vomitó y tuvo diarrea siete u ocho veces. ¡Al día siguiente, tuvo que agacharse para caminar! Compramos medicamentos y tardó varios días en recuperarse.

Отель удобно расположен, в пешей доступности от ж/д Римини 12-15 минут. 10-12 минут от остановки автобуса до Сан-Марино. Пляж до воды 3-5 минут. Персонал вежливый, завтрак хороший. В номере 12 м2, комфортно остановится на несколько дней одному, в 2-м тоже можно на короткое время, если на длительный срок, то скорее всего будет тесновато и номер лучше присмотреть побольше. Убирают каждый день и приносят воды.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en este hotel. Ubicado a pocos pasos de la estación, a unos 2 o 3 minutos a pie, era muy conveniente para llegar a Parma en tren. Sin embargo, la zona que rodeaba el hotel nos pareció un poco dudosa en ocasiones, pero claro, el centro histórico está a un corto paseo. El desayuno buffet era abundante y nos dio energía para empezar el día, y el servicio fue muy atento. No pudimos probar las demás instalaciones, ya que pensábamos que la piscina estaría cerrada por ser invierno. En general, tuvimos una estancia agradable en el Novotel y sin duda volveríamos.

Service is great and receptionist spoke great English. Room is fine except that ventilation needs improvement. Location is great with the hotel located near the main streets and of course the beach itself.
