The pool is very awkward walking through the gym in costume and through the halls after changing in a random room. Not what i would. Expect from a hotel of this rating. Ruined the stay a bit.

Hola. Mi vacación en uno de los hoteles de su cadena fue maravilloso, como siempre. Lo único que he podido hacer es no poder disfrutar del estado de la inmejoración en la piscina el día de mi partida; el agua en la piscina me pareció un poco fría y terminé mis procedimientos de agua muy rápidamente. Como siempre, me gustan los maravillosos desayunos y entrenamientos en el gimnasio moderno.

El hotel es bueno, el invierno es caliente y el verano es bueno, no necesita aire acondicionado (y no hay aire acondicionado), la temperatura es muy diferente por la mañana y por la noche, la atención a la caída de la ropa, la ciudad es caliente y temprana, es que el tren a Londres es demasiado caro

The location of the Langstone is very good as were all of the staff and the breakfast, the only let down was the lack of cleanliness of our room. Coffee mugs and glasses in the room were dirty, the horizontal surfaces dusty, the high and low corners of the room cobwebbed. The mirrors and windows unclean . The bathroom fittings etc were very tired and the bath bottom uninviting. The  view of a fig tree was OK but the area around it unkempt. The beds, twin, though we had anticipated a double we’re clean and comfortable. The light above the mirror was not working. We did ask for the room to be serviced after our first night, unfortunately only the beds were remade and the waste bin emptied. No cleaning attempted nor towels changed. I do feel that there may be a lack of pride in the job from some of the staff but the cobwebs and dust were long standing. Would we stay again , possibly, as on checking out we made the above comments and received apologies and a note for an upgrade for any next visit.  We had spent the previous night in a Premier Inn in Salisbury and the cleanliness there was was very good.

El hotel está situado junto a la autopista, con estilo sencillo como un hotel de automóviles, alrededor de McDonald's, café y supermercado pequeño, y todas las instalaciones de vida están completas. Aunque no tiene sentido de lujo, es limpio y cómodo, lo suficiente como para satisfacer las necesidades de dormir una noche. Para los visitantes de viaje, es una opción de alojamiento conveniente y práctica.

Excellent hotel in a good place for our requirements. We ate there in the evening and the food was good for the price we paid. The breakfast in the morning was excellent a good range of items to choose from. Very pleased with the hotel in general. The staff were very helpful too.

Nunca pensé que me darían una habitación para personas con necesidades especiales. No hay bañera con un área abierta. Nunca la elijas si no es necesario. No hay camas para dormir, ni cepillo de dientes, ni...

I stayed here for work purposes and it was perfect for all I needed. Will be staying here again. Great to have breakfast included and free parking too.

Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds. Feels like you're well outside Southampton but are only 15 mins away. (Daughter in Uni there) Room was nice, we had exec but this isn't worth it to me. It only gives you a better coffee machine and we weren't in the room enough to use it. Save the £20. No lifts so cases up to the third floor was a bit of a pain. If you're waiting for a ferry and have lots of cases then this could be an issue. We saw a few people struggle with this. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly. We didn't eat there in the evening, burgers and chips sort of menu but the nearby pub, Chilworth Arms was really good. The pool is great, small (16m) but very nice with jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Towels provided. Staff very friendly. Pool surrounding has quite slippery tiles though. Leisure facility is a bit away from the hotel, only 300 hundred meters from the hotel front but enough to need an umbrella if raining. All in all, a good value pleasant hotel. Much cheaper than Leonardo's in Soton and still close to Uni etc.
