We were very happy with the service of this hotel. sanjar helped us with taxi bookings. He stayed up late to welcome us and got up early to see us off. The place is charming and interesting with the collections of vintage paraphernalia. Place is east to get to most attractions. Take his advice on restaurants, we had great meals all the time. Try the samsos which are en route to the Registan and enjoy the birds in the courtyard.

Изначально была удивлена тому что номер смешанный, но тем не менее быстро адаптировалась. Соседи приятные, не шумные,никто не мешал друг другу. Хозяева приятные, при случае могут помочь. До всех достопримечательностей совсем не далеко.

El albergue se encuentra en una tranquila calle del casco antiguo, a unos 10 minutos a pie de cualquier estación de autobús o tranvía, pero es fácil de encontrar. Todas las habitaciones dan al interior, por lo que es un lugar tranquilo y apacible. La habitación (y la cama) son amplias y el aire acondicionado es potente. El baño privado es pequeño, pero funciona, con ducha de agua caliente y secador de pelo. El desayuno es bueno y hay agua potable disponible para rellenar. El personal de recepción, el gerente y el resto del personal son amables y serviciales con las recomendaciones de restaurantes y lugares de interés.

Very spacious room with nice breakfast! The staff were super kind and understanding. Located in a quiet street end, it does become quite dark during nighttime, but I didn’t feel threatened at all. The keys are hard to master, though, so I advise people to pay attention to the instructions, I cannot count how many times I was helped by the staff… Overall, this was a great stay near the Registan Square, and I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a good night’s sleep near Registan.

The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff at the Sangzor were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to Samarkand.

Absolutely amazing experience at this place! So clean, great location and nice hosts! The best place we’ve ever stayed in Uzbekistan. My wife and I are very happy with choosing this guest house. You can’t say much about it. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Samarqand!!

The level of service of this hotel is way above the usual, thanks to its people. The personnel is always trying to make your stay as good as possible. I would attribute them more than 5 if I could.
