The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was staff knocking three times to clean. If check out is at noon, please don’t knock to see if we are out and you can clean the room. Ask the front desk. That was very bothersome. Otherwise, it was a good stay and things felt clean and we felt safe in this location.

晚上到店已經八點多，前台一個老太太對於攜程的訂單似乎不信任網上全付款。研究半天遲遲不能安排，問這問那。這是頭一次碰到這種情況，浪費好多時間。網上價格比門市價格貴了不少。酒店很新，類似國內的快捷酒店，色彩明快現代。全封閉的窗户，但隔音一般，夜晚公路的車聲有些吵鬧。大堂全天有水和咖啡，休息區漂亮。在公路旁，適合臨時落腳。

La ubicación es en realidad en el extremo más alto de esta ciudad/pequeña ciudad, conduciendo a la ciudad de centro por unos diez minutos. La habitación es muy pequeña. El frigorífico es un microondas TV. Hay que tener todo. No debería haber nada. El desayuno con la etiqueta de Trip.com, en realidad, ofrece café, té, jabón de manzana y un bloque de energía similar a un arco de la arquitectura. Los huéspedes de la tienda pueden disfrutar de un descuento del 10% en el restaurante al lado. En general, la experiencia de la vivienda o la habitación es menos que un motel.

Pet friendly, full size refrigerator which was nice compared to the those little ones enjoy the large room. Will keep us coming back every time thanks for the great stay

This room was excellent. Well clean and maintained. The staff were nice and friendly.

The whole hotel have no carpets, the hallway and room. The sound insulation is not good either can hear next room sneezing Tv sound. In the Hallway can hear people showering. The Hotel doesn't provide slippers! The front desk said a lot of people ask for the slippers.

We knew what we were booking when we chose this hotel so my review is based on realistic expectations for this level of budget-conscious accommodation.  1) Shuttle service was EXCELLENT - since the hotel is so close we got picked up within 10 minutes of arriving at the designated  island in the parking structure for courtesy pickups. Bottles of water were offered to us free of charge by the gracious driver which was a nice touch. Going back to the airport was equally simple! Highly recommend tipping these gentleman for their customer-focused service. 2) Receptionist and check-in was efficient and polite, but not overly enthusiastic, again, which was fine since we knew we weren’t staying at the Hilton.  3) Common areas were as expected: older, a bit run down, but elevator was working fine. Recommend asking for a 1st floor room (which is on the 2nd floor above the lobby) in case you’re in a rush so you can use the stairs if necessary. 3) Room furnishings were renovated/refreshed which we were very thankful for, however the carpet was not — it was sticky and worn, so SOCKS are suggested, or cheap inside slip-ons. 4) In-room amenities are sparse, but provided everything needed for short stays. They even had single-serve coffee packs which we really appreciated.  Hangers on the closet were FEW - we requested additional ones but were told they didn’t have any. If we were staying longer we would’ve invested in a set of 10 from Target to dry laundry on (we just brought some Woolite from home and hand-washed small batches in the sink as needed).  5) Nothing to do with the property, but just wanted to alert travelers that UBER and LYFT prices are RIDICULOUS here!  We chose not to rent a car because we’re from Japan and drive on the opposite side of the street there, but WOW, in 3 days we spent over $200 in ride share costs just to go out each night to places within 30 minutes of the hotel. YIKES! Overall, for the cost, convenience and little courtesies we received here at the RRI, we would recommend staying here as long as you set your expectations properly.   For what

El hotel es un hotel más antiguo.Pero las habitaciones son limpias. Nuevos aire acondicionados.que funcionan muy bien.Nuestro cuarto tenía piso de vinilo , que me encantó.Baño completo tubo/douche.goid presión de agua .nuevo pantalla plana TV.frigo y microondas funcionaron great.It was nice and quiet here.the staff are very nice and Ayudante.Los administradores en la tarea son maravillosos y super ayudantes. Ofrecieron un agradable desayuno continental.Bars frescos de mamíferos, café, cacao caliente, té, comida de ovejas, cereales, fruta,Mi marido ama las nueces, así que estaba allí todos los días. Es nuestra primera visita a Wenache y nos gustaba.Reservamos una causa de noche extra, hay mucho que hacer.Seguramente volveremos.Fue nuestro 29o aniversario y tuvimos un buen tiempo.Así que si usted está en Wenache y quiere una limpia, Hotel asequible, asegúrese de que se le ha dado una vista de atrás. :)
