Buena ubicación y transporte conveniente, pero el entorno circundante es relativamente sucio. Está cerca de la estación de autobuses Greyhound y de la estación de trenes especiales del aeropuerto. La fachada del hotel es relativamente pequeña y debe ser revisada cuidadosamente. Gracias a un letrero separado en la entrada, de lo contrario, es fácil perderse

Bom hotel 30 minutos de carro do centro da Filadélfia. Bons restaurantes e lojas perto. Apenas tinham algumas baratinhas no banheiro e gavetas. De resto hotel seguro e amplo e funcional.

La habitación es buena, viví dos noches en agosto 21 y 22, pero cuando me fui a la tienda olvidé dos T-shirts y una camisa en la caja fuerte. En dos días 25, llegué a la recepción del hotel para preguntar si no se encontró o se había deshacido. No me sentía bien después de saber los resultados.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

The cost performance is quite good. For a budget hotel, safety is enough. We can't ask for too much.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn with our family for four nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding customer service. Tay was especially helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rest of the reception staff was also courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Also, the cleaning staff were very attentive. The complimentary breakfast was great every morning, with a good variety of options. We also appreciated the large parking lot, which made parking easy and convenient. We understood that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and it did not take away from our overall positive experience. The only areas that could use some improvement were around the pool and guest laundry. The restroom near the pool needs more attention to cleanliness, and the guest laundry washer had quite a bit of mold inside. Additionally, the coin slot on the washer was not working properly and I lost some coins inside the slot. :( Despite these minor issues, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again because of the excellent staff and overall hospitality.

This was my third time staying here, and it continues to feel like a home away from home. The warm atmosphere, peaceful setting, and welcoming environment are the main reasons I keep coming back. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, making it a very convenient place to stay. I also really appreciate the complimentary breakfast, which is a great way to start the day. Having access to laundry facilities is another big advantage, especially for longer stays. The nearby park adds to the charm of the property and provides a nice place to relax or take a walk. The only area that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi. During my stay, the internet connection was slow and unstable, with frequent fluctuations that made it difficult to browse the web or get work done. Improving the reliability and speed of the Wi-Fi would make the overall guest experience even better. Overall, I had another enjoyable stay and would gladly return in the future. Despite the Wi-Fi issue, this remains one of my favorite places to stay because of its comfort, convenience, and welcoming atmosphere.
