Let's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo) You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker. Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up. On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean. For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice.

En general, fue un buen hotel para alojarse. Lo único que no me gustó fue la limpieza, porque encontré algo de polvo en el escritorio y el lavabo. En cuanto al personal, todos fueron muy serviciales y amables. El desayuno es un poco caro, pero vale la pena pagar 49 zlotys porque toda la comida era fresca y deliciosa. Es bueno desayunar temprano por la mañana si tienes prisa, como para coger un avión o un tren. Además, la ubicación es muy conveniente. Hay un autobús directo a la mina de sal de Wieliszka, que está bastante lejos del centro de la ciudad, y Stare Miasto (el nombre del centro en polaco) también está cerca debido a que hay muchos tranvías que conectan con el hotel. 😆😆 Y personalmente, tengo en cuenta si hay escaleras incluso en la entrada debido a una maleta pesada. No hay escaleras en la entrada principal y hay 2 ascensores que funcionan muy bien, por lo que no es necesario preocuparse por llevar la tarjeta llave de la habitación. 😁 Además, la contraseña que te dan es fácil de recordar y cómoda para acceder a la habitación, lo que puede ayudarte a viajar ligero. Por eso, me gustaría recomendar encarecidamente alojarse aquí debido a los muchos beneficios que ofrece viajar a Cracovia.

Check in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.

The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.

Was there for one week .very small hostel and very bad service . I was staying there for 7days which never fulling booked and my bed was up and I asked can they change for me .I waited two night get changed and I went to out when I get back the reception asked me to change my own bed sheet I was shocked but don't want to argue because I know I cannot get my money back.if I didn't booked for 7days I will just walked out. One girl checked I talked here about it. She said her bed was dirty and before she live she take of the pillow cover and bed cover she said she want to make sure when next one come can have clean one.hopefully out side of the reception steps never been cleaned very dirty .. The cleaner tell people don't work around when she cleans quite funny to be honest.she is cleaning for few mins and stop go eat.if u only stay one night u will not noticed for that . Only two good points one is kitchen breakfast was good. Location is very good too .

La habitación es barata, 6-bed habitación, una casa que se divide en un albergue. La recepción de piso no siempre está disponible. Estaba bastante llena. Pero el precio es lo suficientemente barato para perdonar Hay una tienda de conveniencia junto a ella, caminando hacia la ciudad por 20 minutos. Las toallas están divididas por las escaleras y por encima.

Hace poco me alojé en el Next Door Apartment de Cracovia, Polonia, durante 5 noches. La ubicación es excelente, cerca del parque y a 15 minutos en tranvía del casco antiguo. La habitación estaba impecable y limpia, tal como se veía en las fotos. El personal fue muy amable. Sin embargo, por alguna razón, me cobraron dos veces por la habitación, que según me dijeron me reembolsarían en dos días. Aunque la habitación era un apartamento, no había tazas, platos ni utensilios de cocina. Había microondas y nevera, pero no secador de pelo, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante.

Uno de los albergues con mejor relación calidad-precio de la zona. Me alojé en una habitación privada que era muy espaciosa. También incluía un balcón pequeño pero bonito que fue una agradable sorpresa. La cama era muy cómoda y el baño también estaba limpio. Los dos únicos puntos negativos son que está a unos 25 minutos a pie del centro, por lo que tienes que comprometerte si vas a pasar el día, pero es un gran problema si te gusta caminar. En segundo lugar, las paredes eran un poco delgadas y mi habitación estaba ubicada al lado del baño compartido, por lo que a veces me despertaba por la mañana con el sonido de la gente en el baño. Además de eso, en general fue un buen albergue.

【Ubicación】 A poco más de 10 minutos de la Estación Central de Cracovia y a menos de 10 minutos de la Puerta de San Florián. La zona es tranquila. ZABKA está cerca. 【Habitación】 Era bastante espaciosa. No tuve problemas para usar el baño. Se pueden alquilar o comprar toallas por un precio adicional. Para evitarlo, es recomendable traer las tuyas. 【Personal】 El personal no siempre está presente. Recibí un correo electrónico con un código PIN unos 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrada y me dirigí al hostal. Intenté introducir el código para entrar, pero se produjo un error y no pude acceder. Mi tarjeta SIM era solo de datos, así que tuve problemas porque no podía hacer llamadas, pero me di cuenta de que podía usar WhatsApp y logré contactar con el personal. El empleado que estaba dentro del hostal en ese momento me dijo que ”el código a veces cambia”. ¿Cuál era el código que recibí 30 minutos antes? Por estos motivos, tengo que calificar al personal por debajo de otros albergues.

La habitación de la habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. No debería culpar al albergue, por supuesto, porque no confirmé que cuando me ingresé. Así que esto es un consejo para los futuros clientes que si quieres una sala de género única, asegúrese de pedir una en el momento de ingresar. De lo contrario, puedes encontrar una habitación huelega después de despertar. En general, es un lugar agradable. Está a una distancia caminable a todas las atracciones (para mí).
