I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

I've stayed here multiple times, and the biggest highlight is the breakfast buffet - there are plenty of options and they taste really good. After all, in the Philippines, it's hard to find anything other than Jollibee breakfast. I'll definitely stay here again next time I travel. I'd suggest providing slippers - otherwise, you end up walking barefoot into the bedroom with dirty feet after taking a shower, or you should bring your own slippers when staying here. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff are both very friendly and attentive

We are a couple traveling Cebu, and regretfully we only stayed at AOSMEC for one night. We wish we could have explored the area more. Pros: This hotel was very clean and new. The pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable and the AC cooled the room well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was Philippine style and amazing. I had pork, rice, egg, and coffee. My wife had fried chicken, rice, egg, and water. We did not swim in the short time we were at AOSMEC, but there was a pool. Cons: The shower did not have hot water, which I did not mind. But my wife had a little trouble as she is more accustomed to a warmer shower. We would stay at AOSMEC again.

El hotel está muy bien para una escala de una noche antes de ir a las playas del sur. Ubicado justo al lado del Mercado nocturno Sugbo, donde se come bárbaro. Tiene un 7eleven en la puerta. El personal es muy atento y resuelve rápido cualquier inconveniente. La habitación es cómoda y estaba relativamente limpia. Nos arreglaron el traslado del aeropuerto. Llegamos a la noche, luego de un muy largo viaje de todo el día, pero nuestra habitación claramente no estaba preparada, o al menos revisada. No andaba la TV ni la caja de seguridad. Debimos bajar a pedir que lo arreglen. Luego de esperar a que intenten arreglarlo, y como no lo lograron, nos cambiaron de habitación. La nueva habitación tenía una tv que funcionaba, pero no la caja de seguridad. Nos rendimos y conformamos, era demasiado tarde ya. Te hacen dejar un depósito en efectivo al entrar y revisan la habitación antes de devolverlo.

I like how the hotel receptionist are warm and welcoming. The room is also clean and spacious. A suggestion is that there should be a slipper and towel for guest. And bell should be alert whenever there are guest arriving specially if they have many and heavy things because when we arrive for check in it was just us ladies who pushed the cart and mind you it has stairs to enter the front desk. A little kindness won’t hurt. Overall place was nice just put effort on customer service. That would really help.

Rooms were pretty big! Only issue was with pests coming out. I had a talk with their housekeeping team about what to do so that the issue will be resolved. Hopefully they take action.

Al llegar, nos sorprendió ver la zona llena de motocicletas HPG (Grupo de patrulla de autopistas); se demostró que también estaban allí debido a un evento de la ASEAN en Lapu-Lapu, que hizo que la zona fuera muy ocupada. Cuando entramos, la recepción estaba inconsciente por un momento, y cuando alguien nos ayudó, parecían apresurados y difíciles de comunicar con. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los mejores lugares de interés de la ciudad. La presión de la ducha era ligeramente mejor que la de nuestro alojamiento anterior, pero no estabamos completamente satisfechos y terminamos usando el buque y el dipper para el baño. La experiencia de la zona de comedor en el check-out fue bastante caótica. La escena se extiende rápidamente con el personal gritando entre sí: ”¿Dónde está la orden?” y ”¿Qué orden?”, creando un ambiente muy confuso y desagradable.

Прекрасное место чтобы побыть наедине с природой. В отеле чисто, комната просторная. Холодильник кондиционер работают, душ хорошо. Работники отеля отзывчивые всегда решают вопросы, помогают и идут навстречу чтобы сделать твой отдых максимально приятным. Место удивительное. Вероятно это заповедник, так как не разрешается подъезд для катеров. Как только постороннй катер приплыл сразу же прибыла полиция и попросили их убраться. Очень приятно лежать на террасе на диванчиках и смотреть на море. Рядом плавают черепахи. В море присутствует живые кораллы. Есть анемоны с грибами клоунами, несколько синих звёзд и белых. Море чистое так как побережье не песчаное. Поэтому необходимы коралки. На побережье видно и рассвет и закат) На диванчиках на террасе сменные чехлы, соответственно чистые. Бухта огорожена буйками, видно что буйки проходят как раз в том месте начинается глубина. Вероятно там течение. Мы там были 5 дней. За это время были дожди, но они совсем не мешали, так как терраса крытая, а волн в бухте не было. Также есть уголок где сделаны качели. Отель бесплатно предоставляет каноэ. Пляж рядом общественный но люди приезжают только в выходные. На буднях тихо и хорошо. Далековато до ближайшей деревни и развлечений, ну нам это не нужно было. Завтраки у нас были включены. Завтрак хороший, можно выбрать европейский или филиппинский. На европейский завтрак блины омлет фрукты и кофе или чай. Рекомендую местный и чайный напиток каламанси. На ужин тоже можно что-либо подобрать. Очень большие порции. Там порции рассчитаны на нескольких человек. Для двоих очень много. Но в целом тоже выходит недорого. Мы брали пол порции для двоих и это всё равно было много. Пиво в отеле 80 песо. Мы отдыхали и даже не заморачивались куда-либо ходить или ездить. Конечно если у вас с собой транспорт то было бы интересно обследовать остров. Из минусов как уже говорилось выше шумновато рядом на пляже в выходные. И как-то слабовато с питанием- не всё есть что есть меню. Грустно на рыбу мы так и не дождались. А в конце закончилось пиво. Ну отель оставил очень приятное впечатление.
