I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

Overall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

Fue una reserva de última hora. Llegamos a la propiedad a las 8:00 p. m. después de un largo viaje, y menos mal que todavía hay habitaciones disponibles. Los recepcionistas (Kuya y Ate), que creo que son el dueño o el conserje, son muy amables y atentos. Responden a todas nuestras preguntas e incluso nos dan consejos sobre dónde reservar en línea y detalles sobre cuándo abrieron el lugar, etc. El lugar es muy nuevo y las habitaciones están muy limpias y nuevas. El precio es de solo 700 pesos por noche para dos personas. Sin embargo, no tienen perchero dentro del baño, pero sí un armario para colgar la ropa y también se puede colgar la ropa mojada fuera de la habitación. ¡Cuánto nos hubiera gustado ver este lugar primero! El que reservamos antes también pagó 700 pesos, pero no tiene piscina. La habitación es muy pequeña, con una cama doble, y no tiene televisión ni baño privado. Al igual que Kuya, también ofrecen servicios de catering y la posibilidad de celebrar eventos privados en sus instalaciones. Además, tienen café y agua gratis en su mini despensa justo frente a la piscina. También ofrecen desayuno si se reserva con desayuno. Everything was perfect during my stay. As a solo traveler, I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely well taken care of. The staff were attentive, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, and I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet.

La habitación que teníamos era la mejor hasta ahora. Me gusta que tiene salón con TV y sofá, cocina, aseo y baño separados, además de dormitorio. Cuando estábamos a punto de cocinar, descubrimos que había un problema con el drenaje. Sorprendentemente, solucionaron rápidamente el problema. ¡Vale la pena volver!

¡Genial! La ubicación es muy cercana, lo que lo hace ideal para comer, beber y divertirse. El servicio de recepción fue amable y atento. Como mis planes cambiaron, tuve que irme primero, pero sin duda volveré a visitar esta tienda la próxima vez.

La relación calidad-precio es comparable. La habitación tiene una nevera pequeña, un televisor y una cama grande. Un armario pequeño estaría bien. La ubicación del hotel no es ideal; da directamente a una calle donde suelen aparcar triciclos cerca, y suele ser difícil salir del aparcamiento interno en coche. Pero en general, vale la pena como punto de transporte o como alojamiento económico.

Работники отеля отзывчивые всегда решают вопросы, помогают и идут навстречу чтобы сделать твой отдых максимально приятным. Место удивительное. Вероятно это заповедник, так как не разрешается подъезд для катеров. Как только постороннй катер приплыл сразу же прибыла полиция и попросили их убраться. Очень приятно лежать на террасе на диванчиках и смотреть на море. Рядом плавают черепахи. В море присутствует живые кораллы. Есть анемоны с грибами клоунами, несколько синих звёзд и белых. Море чистое так как побережье не песчаное. Поэтому необходимы коралки. На побережье видно и рассвет и закат) На диванчиках на террасе сменные чехлы, соответственно чистые. Бухта огорожена буйками, видно что буйки проходят как раз в том месте начинается глубина. Вероятно там течение. Мы там были 5 дней. За это время были дожди, но они совсем не мешали, так как терраса крытая, а волн в бухте не было. Также есть уголок где сделаны качели. Отель бесплатно предоставляет каноэ. Пляж рядом общественный но люди приезжают только в выходные. На буднях тихо и хорошо. Далековато до ближайшей деревни и развлечений, ну нам это не нужно было. Завтраки у нас были включены. Завтрак хороший, можно выбрать европейский или филиппинский. На европейский завтрак блины омлет фрукты и кофе или чай. Рекомендую местный и чайный напиток каламанси. На ужин тоже можно что-либо подобрать. Очень большие порции. Там порции рассчитаны на нескольких человек. Для двоих очень много. Но в целом тоже выходит недорого. Мы брали пол порции для двоих и это всё равно было много. Пиво в отеле 80 песо. Мы отдыхали и даже не заморачивались куда-либо ходить или ездить. Конечно если у вас с собой транспорт то было бы интересно обследовать остров. Из минусов как уже говорилось выше шумновато рядом на пляже в выходные. И как-то слабовато с питанием- не всё есть что есть меню. Грустно на рыбу мы так и не дождались. А в конце закончилось пиво. Ну отель оставил очень приятное впечатление.
