Our stay at Yuexi Hotel was convenient, especially for railway travel as it’s very close to the station. The room had a great view, a comfortable bed, and a big screen to watch movies, which we really enjoyed. However, the room could have been cleaned better as there was quite a lot of dust. We were also disappointed with the reception service — the staff downstairs were not very friendly, and two of them were on their phones when we arrived. We did not feel very welcome and believe the professionalism and attitude at reception could definitely be improved.

From the spotless bathroom and fresh linens to the tidy kitchenette and living area, it was clear that housekeeping takes great pride in their work. This cleanliness created a very welcoming and relaxing environment. For a stay that is convenient, well-maintained, and backed by a genuinely pleasant team, Tuyuan Holiday Apartments is an excellent choice.

We stay in the tatami room and the bed was very comfortable, one of the best I have had in a Chinese hotel. The staff were very friendly. The location was great, lots to do in the area. Free parking off the street. Very reasonable price. However, you do get what you pay for. The room was old and a little cold. The bathroom was old, although clean. We had to run the airconditioner to heat up the room, which did work well, but then it was quite dry. Overall, it was fine and what we expected the for price.

This hotel is a budget hotel, in a fairly good location... two blocks from the sea. The furnishings are simple; the beds rather hard, but the linens and towels are good. We stayed two nights. The front-desk staff are warm and helpful. I must say, though, that I was surprised that our beds were not made when the maid cleaned the room. Every hotel I have booked through Trip.com, which included breakfast, had a buffet in a room of the hotel. This hotel, strangely, only had someone bring some steamed buns and soy milk to our room. This, and the cleaning-lack are the only two complaints I have. Otherwise the hotel was fine and fairly good value for the money.
