Our stay at Yuexi Hotel was convenient, especially for railway travel as it’s very close to the station. The room had a great view, a comfortable bed, and a big screen to watch movies, which we really enjoyed. However, the room could have been cleaned better as there was quite a lot of dust. We were also disappointed with the reception service — the staff downstairs were not very friendly, and two of them were on their phones when we arrived. We did not feel very welcome and believe the professionalism and attitude at reception could definitely be improved.

A lovely place to spend one night with plenty of shops nearby. Close to the train station and the ferry port. Three beautiful cats that hang out at reception and a well-stocked convenience shop. Receptionists were very friendly and the whole place was clean. Would recommend getting proper bath towels. Also, I think someone was eating durian as it absolutely stank during the night and in the morning. Perhaps signs stating durian is not allowed would be helpful. It would also be good if guests had more control over air-conditioning in the bedrooms as it was quite hot.

Very niceeee stay, near 韩乐坊 , which is pretty decent ! You can walk like 3 mins to wallace too! Very convenient ; here's a picture of the nearby park!

A big sized room. But generally not pleased. The beds are hard and uncomfortable leaving me with pain from muscle strain in my neck and upper back. The towels given were sheets which barely dried your body after a shower. As we stayed for 2 nights we expected the cleaner to make our beds but she only took our rubbish and didn’t really even tidy up some of the rubbish left around. Generally not satisfied and would not recommend this accommodation

This hotel is a budget hotel, in a fairly good location... two blocks from the sea. The furnishings are simple; the beds rather hard, but the linens and towels are good. We stayed two nights. The front-desk staff are warm and helpful. I must say, though, that I was surprised that our beds were not made when the maid cleaned the room. Towels and toiletries Were replaced, and the room was cleaned, but the beds were left unmade. I booked this hotel because it offered an included breakfast. Every hotel I have booked through Trip.com, which included breakfast, had a buffet in a room of the hotel. This hotel, strangely, only had someone bring some steamed buns and soy milk to our room. This, and the cleaning-lack are the only two complaints I have. Otherwise the hotel was fine and fairly good value for the money.
