The service at this hotel is amazing, everyone made me feel very welcome every day. The breakfast was very good, and as someone who stayed here for 2 weeks there was enough variety each day that I didn’t get very bored by the end. Housekeeping was great and provided ample amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only downside of this hotel is its location in the CBD, which is not a safe area and experiences heavy traffic almost every day, especially during rush hour. However, the hotel itself is very safe, in the sense that I was not worried that any harm would come to me once I was inside the building. Additionally, there were often glitches with the WiFi, but unfortunately that is the case in most places in Zambia and the connectivity was usually stable enough to do video calls.

Просторная зелёная территория с бассейном - романтичное место для завтраков, работы или просто ничегонеделания. Гостевые номера не самые выдающиеся, но с набором всего необходимого в наше время, правда, без туалетных принадлежностей. Два рулона бумаги - максимальное украшение ванной комнаты. Зато есть холодильник, телевизор, шкаф, стол, тумбочка. Живи и наслаждайся, если тебя не пугают периодические отключения света, воды, интернета (непродолжительные, как правило). Но на то она и Африка.

트윈룸예약했는데 예약할때본 사진과는 다른룸을 받았습니다 근무하는 직원들과 로지의 오너는 친절하였지만 침대옆이나 주변에 콘센트가 없어서 화장실 입구의 하나뿐인 콘센트를 사용해야했고 에어콘, 냉장고가 있었지만 작동하지는 않았습니다 그래서 더운데 멀리있는 콘센트에 선풍기 틀고자야만했습니다 그리고 조식포함이고 룸서비스로 해준다고해 기대했는데, 9시에 가져다주는 조식이 블랙티하나에 쨈이나 버터하나 안바른 마른빵안에 후라이드에 한조각이 다였습니다ㅋㅋ

Didn’t realise before booking that this is a Chinese-operated hotel aimed I would imagine at hosting the local Chinese workforce. All TV channels were in Chinese, breakfast was Chinese food, coffee machine instructions were in Chinese. However, the staff were all Zambian and extremely helpful. Supposed to be a no-smoking hotel but it smelled strongly of cigarettes in our corridor. Bathroom kept smelling like a ‘wet dog’. No facilities in the hotel but luckily a great bar and restaurant next door.

El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El Wi-Fi debe ser trabajado como una cuestión de urgencia. ¡Estar fuera de la ciudad es la comunicación clave para los viajeros. No podíamos conectar @ todo! Por favor, ordene esto FAST! Sin embargo, ¡muy buena ubicación y vibe!

Localización perfecta y hotel limpio. El hotel está muy bien, pero el café de Zambia está disponible a petición. Un poco ruidoso día @ lobby/restaurante, ya que es el lugar donde la mayoría de los miembros del personal del hotel permanecen para ver TV 😀😃😄 . La piscina estaba limpia. Recomendado lugar para un estancia familiar.

Las siguientes son las fotos y videos reales que tomé cuando me registré en el hotel ese día. Me alojé en la habitación 12 ese día. Ubicación del hotel: Lusaka tiene un transporte conveniente. Instalaciones del hotel: Mire las fotos usted mismo, que fueron tomadas cuando me registré ese día. Mire las fotos de la ropa de cama y las sábanas, la cama es bastante cómoda. Decoración del hotel: Mire las fotos usted mismo. Baño: El albergue juvenil es público, pero tenemos dos habitaciones y un baño. Desayuno: Mire las fotos usted mismo. Personal de servicio del hotel: Personalmente creo que son muy serviciales y fueron bastante amables durante mi estancia. Las fotos del hotel coinciden con las fotos de la habitación en la que realmente me alojé.
