A great hotel for one night, 5-10 minutes from the airport. + The main advantages are the free shuttles to and from the airport every hour. +The inclusion of breakfast. + The hotel grounds are lovely, with plenty of seating in the courtyard. + There's also a restaurant where you can order lunch or dinner. + The room is basic, with tea and coffee available. Cons: – We didn't get our breakfast, even though we arrived at the appointed time. We waited 25 minutes for breakfast to be brought out for guests in other rooms who were traveling to the airport later than us. Ultimately, we were given packed lunches. – We had a family room. Tthere's no door between the rooms, and the bathroom door is a folding door, which lets in all the noise and makes a lot of noise. – The bed was sagging on one side. – While taking a shower, the hot water went out for a couple of minutes, but then it came back on.

Positives: Hotel is close to the Airport, within walking distance. Rooms are fairly clean, good for a layover stay Negatives: We checked-in around 2am due to a late flight and was encountered by one of the rudest receptionist in all our travels. Examples include: - No greetings when we arrive - Throughout the check-in process, barely said a word (with exception of last point) - Unable to find our booking because she used the wrong check-in date, but did not apologise - When she passed us 2 keys, we assumed the check-in process were completed for 2 rooms and moved towards the room. In her words, she said “Friend, where do you think you guys are going? We are not done yet”

Excellent service, and very peaceful, there are no heaters however well they do give you like a fan but it's not the best

The staff was exceptionally friendly and very accommodating. The ladies and the gentleman absolutely hospitable. The total stay was great . Could do with a revamp as the bathrooms are a bit old .which the exceptional service made up for. Overall great stay

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly .The room was spacious and they provided clean towels .The shower was great and the breakfast is was fresh.

En primer lugar, el personal fue excepcionalmente amable, profesional y me hizo sentir muy bien recibida. Es sorprendente la rapidez con la que el personal resuelve cualquier problema que surja. Esta fue mi primera visita a Sudáfrica y realmente disfruté de mi estadía en Airport Inn and Suites. Sí, si vuelvo a Sudáfrica, este será mi primer lugar y mi lugar preferido para hospedarme. El único problema fue que la alfombra del dormitorio y la sala de estar necesitaba urgentemente una limpieza con vapor o un reemplazo. Sí, el personal de limpieza barrió la alfombra cuando limpiaron, pero barrer la alfombra con una escoba en realidad no limpia la alfombra. La alfombra estaba muy desgastada y me picaban los pies cuando caminaba sobre ella descalza. Pero lo resolví rápidamente al tener siempre puestas mis pantuflas. En general, este lugar está muy limpio, bien cuidado y el personal conoce el verdadero significado de la atención al cliente. Las acciones siempre hablan más que las palabras. I recently stayed at this hotel which left me disappointed due to their shuttle service limitations. While the overall experience was average, the lack of a 24-hour shuttle service proved to be a significant inconvenience, particularly for early morning flights. One of the key reasons I chose this hotel was because of its location and a shuttle service to the airport. However, upon checking in, I was informed that the shuttle operated only from 7 am onwards. This was highly inconvenient as my flight departure time was earlier. I approached the receptionist to inquire about alternative options, hoping for some flexibility or assistance, but was met with an unhelpful suggestion to order an Uber instead. Having previously stayed at other hotels near airports, I had come to expect a 24-hour shuttle service as the norm. It was disappointing to find that this particular hotel did not offer the same level of convenience. Given the additional cost associated with using ride-hailing services like Uber, this unforeseen expense was an unwelcome surprise. In conclusion, if you have early morning flights or rely on a reliable 24-hour shuttle service, I would caution against choosing this particular hotel. I would recommend exploring other nearby options that prioritize customer convenience and provide a more accommodating shuttle service.

Buen hotel, la habitación estaba limpia y la cama era cómoda. Muy cerca de los centros comerciales de Sandton. El personal era amable y servicial. Buen desayuno.
