Mi primera visita a Wijayawada.. 3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excelente servicio, limpio, excelente hospitalidad.. fácil de mover en el centro de la ciudad. Apreciado a todo el personal muy fácil de comunicar y útil El escritorio frontal ***ager.. Sr. Pritam y personal, El restaurante ***ager Sr. Sanjib n Personal.. Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu y Kalyania.. muy útil y amigable ...Seguridad Supervisor Sr. Sunil y personal Sivashanker.. ha hecho un gran trabajo .. El teléfono ZFold casi perdió, pero ellos ***age para conseguir.. Kudos a ViVanta.. próxima visita el abril 24..meet Entonces todos.. Gracias..

Esta experiencia de esta estadía es muy satisfactoria, el entorno del hotel es limpio y limpio, el espacio es amplio y cómodo, la cama es suave, el efecto de aislamiento del sonido también es muy bueno, y el descanso es especialmente tranquilo. This hotel boasts a truly excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff was consistently good and very helpful throughout our stay. We found the general ambiance to be quite pleasant and welcoming. However, it is worth noting that an update to the air-conditioning systems in the rooms would greatly enhance future guest comfort. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider returning.

Covered parking needs to improve. Can't have bird droppings over my car due to open air parking. The hand soap, shampoo dispensing system needs to change from the” squeeze” to something better. I'm Not satisfied with the towels (clean but probably are not being replaced with brand new towels for quite a long while). Expected the experience to be much better from a Marriott bonvoy group hotel. The reception , cleaning staff were attentive and responsive.

The amenities of the property are good, staff is friendly and courteous and well trained. However, swimming pool is still under construction so on the facilities front, it's desirable. The gym is average and need to be made lively by adding some music, tv for a good vibe.

Location: good stay: the rooms ac didn't work. We had to persuade them to change the room. The beadsheat has holes in them and torn at the seam. Bathroom drains are cleaned only after complaining of water logging in the shower areas. Service: poor at best. Morning breakfast: fly's rampant and everywhere. Overall: the other non branded hotel is about the same price but offers better service and rooms are better (we stayed there last time and will do the next time)

Excellent stay,very clean hotel and washroom. We had a peaceful sleep after a long journey . Friendly and helpful staffs. Ideal for family and couples visiting Thirupathi temple.
