Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

La primera habitación (solo en el piso) era más agradable y parecía más limpia/newso, pro tip. “Balcón” no vale la pena porque se mira a una calle ocupada y tienes un pequeño ascensor para llegar a/del lobby y piscina, que están en el piso. El agua de piscina fue... cuestionable: no podía ver más de 10’ submarinos (con goggles)y no quería correr el riesgo de conseguir esa agua en mis ojos. (Todavía tenía divertido nadar con mi hija, sin embargo!) El tubo caliente no era caliente y no tenía jets de trabajo. El desayuno era tan bueno.

2nd time here. Great clean,safe hotel. Lots of security,good food and location. Lots of restaurants nearby . Casino a little too smokey for me and the hot tub wasn't working this time. Will return

El hotel era grande y relativamente limpio. En la ducha encontramos algunos cabello desgarrado y el baño mat era un poco viejo pero funcionó muy bien. El desayuno era bueno y el servicio era excelente. Todos eran amigables. Aquí hay un hockey local cercano y muchas familias con niños quedarán. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es un hotel muy bien.

Great location and the service by the front desk was exceptional

The Wenatchee Red Lion was an excellent budget choice. While a bit old, everything worked and the staff was very helpful and polite. The trains were a bit noisy at night, as ther train tracks are right behind the hotel. The pool and hot tub were both open and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was a decent buffet.

La habitación era muy buena. El personal que mandaba la mesa delantera apareció inmediatamente cuando se acercaba alguien. La comida de desayuno era buena y abundante. Estamos muy bien con la salsa y el queso en particular. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el personal está muy bien reparado.

Centrally located, convenient, clean and having the breakfast included makes it easy for family trips before heading out to do day trips. They don't disappoint.😍

Mi clave de tarjeta no funcionó toda la estancia. Algo estaba muy mal con el lector de claves, incluso la clave maestra del receptor no funcionó. Esto estaba realmente molesto solicitando constantemente una nueva. Debo haber pasado por 10 claves de tarjetas. La sala de gimnasio era pequeña pero agradable. Tenía un pelaton. El desayuno era bastante bueno también. La piscina estaba bajo la mañana. Nadie se levantó en el escritorio delantero cuando se llamó. Así que sólo en general muchos inconvenientes. Una noche subí y bajé como 4 veces, aún no funciona la llave de la tarjeta.
