The customer service was initially great upon check in. Since I have been driving cross country I didn’t really have time to check the details about the parking. When arrived I was told parking was booked and I told I could Park in the side street between the convenient store and the hotel. My car got broken into that night or early morning. Now the staff was good at that moment letting me use the room a little longer to figure out what to do and make sure the police report was good a ect. They had a camera on that street facing my car. This is were the customer service falls. Its been over a week of me ask and calling to request the video footage of the incident and I keep getting pushed to the side. Apparently no one know the situation with me getting the footage but the manager and the so called security team thats in charge with the videos footage. I have sent an email requesting it and have not received nothing. No call back in regards to the video footage. This is highly unprofessional when a customer had their vehicle broken into when staying on their property. I should have gotten the footage at least a day or two after the incident but a full week is crazy and i have to wait for a manager to be on site on Tuesday to get my situation resolved! Unprofessional and unacceptable.

The entrance is really hard to find. GPS tries to take you down some unpaved roads in a neighborhood.

Great walkable location to the Plaza and many other locations that Santa Fe offers. Eclectic, charming property with friendly staff. The included breakfast is a great perk that we took advantage of each day and it was delicious! We were a little disappointed in our King Studio room - it was plain/lackluster compared to the pictures shown online, the thermostat options for AC temps were very limited, and the specific location of our unit was quite noisy. But overall it worked fine for us since we didn't spend much time there during our trip. One other minor complaint is that housekeeping was supposed to come every other day for a 3+ day stay but we were there for 4 days and they never came.

Breakfast was incredible! Loved the choices: eggs, sausage, salsas, pancakes, toast, 100% juices (not watered down), yogurt, etc. Breakfast room felt like a B&B:  cozy, warm, fireplace going, clean. Really started our day right. Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Bed frame must have been too small for mattress because when you sat on end of bed, the mattress wanted to flip up at the top. TV remote was a bit wonky (had to point at mirror or corner of room to make it work). Parking lot lighting was OK, wish it had been a bit brighter. DID NOT LIKE the pet policy enforced AFTER you get there to check in. Policy  states pet fee is $20 but they don’t tell you it’s $20 PER dog and that you CAN’T leave the premises if you have a pet in your room. We had plans to go downtown that evening but unfortunately weren’t able to go. Feel they should state their whole pet policy on website so there are no surprises when you get there.

We have stayed at Best Western Discovery Inn twice now within a months time and we have been extremely pleased with our stays. I particularly love the convenience of the 'old' motel style where you have your own individual entry door. This convenience far outweighs dragging your luggage through the lobby and down the endless hallway. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and varied. But the breakfast area was spotless, so well taken care of by the staff. I'm sorry that I didn't get the woman's name that seemed in charge because she obviously took pride in presenting a clean and well stocked amenity for her customers! Lastly, the price was so fair and reasonable. We will remember this hotel for future trips. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

Hard to navigate and find at night. Minimal instructions communicated upon booking as to how to get your key and where your room is. Not good or no signage for property, parking, check in etc. the owner answered when I called right away and was kind. I loved the setting, layout and idyllic spot. The stars at night are beautiful and the location is close driving to all you’d need. The room was super cute. Nice decor and layout. The fireplace is the biggest win. It was a cozy, quaint and quiet place to stay. It was in need of vacuuming. Bed and sheets clean and had all you needed to stay. It was a thoughtful set up with ceiling fan, heat, coffee, glassware, fridge and ice available. If there was a hot tub we may come back, but will check other areas next time.

La habitación es limpia, el aire acondicionado es bueno, el ruido está en una gama aceptable. El estacionamiento es muy conveniente. El desayuno es más rico que el motel general. Hay un restaurante chino cercano, a cinco minutos a pie. El hotel está cerca del Parque Nacional de Pesha, a sólo 15 minutos en coche. Hay una base aérea cercana que puede visitar, pero no está abierta el fin de semana,

El hotel está bien, es una unidad más vieja en una parte cruda de la ciudad.La basura fuera y dentro de mi habitación,el camino y la entrada trasera no se vacía diariamente.El coche en el estacionamiento trasero fue vandalizado mientras estaba allí, no mi coche, La habitación era limpia y la habitación era limpia. Tenía un mal problema con la puerta de la habitación abierto desde fuera, soy bastante fuerte, pero tuve que hip-chequear la puerta cada vez que entraba en mi , es tan obvio que el personal de limpieza debe haber informado que era tan difícil de abrir, Estoy fácil de ir, pero necesita ser informado y reparado.

I really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

Nos reservamos una habitación de rey, pagamos por ella y recibimos confirmación. Cuando mi marido fue a cambiar de habitación, una persona en la mesa dijo que los reyes estaban reservados y la otra persona en la mesa dijo que había un modelo y no había camas de rey. Nos han ayudado en absoluto y ya que ya habíamos descargado todos nuestros equipajes quedamos allí de todos modos.
