Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin beds in the room, so that’s the correct room. They in the end asked us to request for room change the next day if we don’t ‘like’ it. We waited the manager until late morning next day and explained the issue which was more than a room change request. The manager admitted there are only a few rooms that actually look like the picture on their website. They finally gave us the room that we actually booked after a long argument, and compensated us on the first night issue. Beware of what you booked. They mixed a lot of different rooms into one room category and charge the same price point. The room amenities were basic also.

Rooms were big and clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was alright too! No complaints. They have a gym with some outdated workout equipment, not amazing but it’ll be enough to keep you going. Location is around 15-20 mins walk to the old town. But there is a coffee shop nearby and other restaurants not too far away.

Se entregará a la habitación cada mañana y hay pocas opciones para elegir. Hakim es muy amable, útil y atento. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. Muy recomendado para todos los tipos de viajeros, especialmente los viajeros solos femeninos 🫶🏻

Hoteles muy limpios, habitaciones amplias, balcón muy grande y servicio bueno. El desayuno es bueno, hay muchas especies. Una pequeña distancia de la antigua ciudad, caminando por unos 15 minutos. En general, vale la pena quedarse en el lugar.

Останавливался на две ночи. При выборе значительную роль сыграл размер отеля, номера и наличие балкона. Больших претензий к проживанию нет. Достаточно приличный завтрак. Номер большой, балкон присутствовал. Тем не менее, номер какой-то непродуманный и не слишком уютный, как-будто под отель переделали помещение, исходно предназначенное для чего-то другого. Мебель скромная. До основных достопримечательностей придется пройтись по не самым живописным улочкам - никакого удовольствия, особенно ночью ) Конечно, всегда можно вызвать недорогое такси. В общем, кмк цена в 100 долларов за ночь за данный отель сильно завышена, особенно по меркам Узбекистана.

El hotel de la lista de herencias de la Alexia Suite Unesco es un hotel de 3 noches. Muy cómodo y en el interior de la antigua ciudad, pero no demasiado cerca del área ocupada tan tranquilo. El joven de la recepción es muy sonriente y útil. La terraza es muy apreciable donde se puede leer y disfrutar de la frescura de la mañana o la noche. Nuestra habitación 102 junto al ascensor (no ruidoso) es realmente espacial con camas gemelas y sofá, el baño es espacial y está equipado con ducha y bañera (no hay comodidades, ya que es un hotel eco-responsable sin uso de plástico).

Отель расположен на удалении от центра, доехать на такси примерно 100 рублей. Номера просторные, обслуживание на уровне. Завтраки европейские, на выбор несколько блюд, вкусно. Есть спортзал, (пожелание: добавить гантели менее 14 кг) Есть сауна и хамам. Бассейн маленький примерно 2 на 2. В целом всё понравилось.

Un buen hotel, situado con éxito, puede caminar al centro, pero es más fácil llegar a un taxi, es barato y la aplicación Yandexgou funciona. El desayuno no le gustaba mucho. El personal es amable y habla ruso. El primer día el agua en la piscina abierta fue de 33 grados, fue fría, luego el agua se congeló y se hizo imposible de usar. En la noche de la salida durante el limpieza, los cojines del hotel desaparecieron del armario, no entendíamos por qué era al menos subir al armario y por qué sacar de allí los cojines que estaban bien cubiertos en el armario y es visible que No los usaban? Notaron accidentalmente que iban a ir al spa y querían usarlo. Declarados en el respiratorio, para que no se necesitan con nosotros más tarde. El personal del bar de registro ofreció una transferencia a la estación, pero su precio está aumentando.

The hotel was very clean and had great access to the main attractions. Also staff Mr Jahan speaks English and was very kind and helpful to give me advices about the area. Thank you very much. I had wonderful stay.
