Good for the price. A little worn in places, but well equipped. Appreciated the room had a microwave. The staff at the front desk were all very helpful and are probably the best thing about this hotel. I did have a package delivered to the front desk prior to my arrival. Unfortunately, it seemed to have gone missing. Potentially taken by someone or given away in error. Not a huge issue, and I don't expect them to take responsibility, but the young lady who helped me was very apologetic.

I’ve stayed here dozens of times. This stay we had no heat in our room. At checkout I told the front desk he should have maintenance check our room heater. I had a picture of the thermostat and showed him the air temp in the room was a chilly 62 degrees. He responded by saying they had turned off the boilers yesterday because it was warm outside. I told him that was ridiculous and wondered why they were not turned on again for the night. When I told him we woke in the middle of the night and we were cold, he simply stated we should have called the front desk and they would have brought us a space heater. I told him that’s ridiculous and 62-63 degrees is unacceptable. He offered no other solution, apology, or a credit of any sort. This is very disappointing as most of my other stays here were just fine.

La instalación era tranquila y cómoda. Tenía un buen precio. Sin problemas. El edificio aparecido había sido adquirido recientemente por nuevos propietarios. El rociador del césped se rompió y se roció en el mismo lugar del suelo durante toda la noche. El marco de la puerta del ascensor parecía haber sido pintado con la habilidad de un niño de 5 años. Espero que sigan arreglando estos pequeños detalles.

Very nice stay, fromt desk very friendly, rooms were very clean, good location to many types of food.

アーリーチェックインが9:00からだったので朝早くの飛行機到着には大変良かった。 ダウンタウンの中心地だったのでNBAの会場も歩けるので良かった。 朝食付ではあったが、日本のバイキングを想像すると品数は少ない。 しかしパンも焼けるグリルがあるし、フルーツもあったので良かった。 部屋も広くてTVも2台あったので良かった。 1つ残念な事は、泊まった日は、子供たちのスポーツ関係の宿泊が多かったからなのか、周りの部屋のはしゃぐ足音が来こえてたので夜は気になった。

Muy bueno para cualquier persona que utilice las clínicas Mayo ...nice, grandes habitaciones, cómodas camas, microondas y pequeñas neveras para amplias necesidades de estancia. Muy bueno desayuno. Sólo negativo fue el super baja WC.

Cuando me retiré de la habitación el 8 de mayo de 2025, encontré a un empleado de recepción que no respetaba mucho. Pregunté educadamente si podía guardar el equipaje, que no sólo se despertó, sino que también me negó y me reíba cuando me fui. Pero luego lo vi, y ayudó a los demás a guardar sus maletas. Como viajero de negocios internacional, fue mi séptimo viaje a Estados Unidos y mi tercer viaje a Minnesota, y fue mi primera vez que experimenté esta hostilidad pública. Tras mi reclamación formal, la administración del hotel respondió a la aceptación de los problemas y se registraron en los documentos de los empleados, y dijo que mejoraría la formación y la supervisión interna. El hotel también prometió darme los puntos de Hilton Honors como compensación, pero todavía no he recibido los puntos. Aunque no podía pagar los gastos de vivienda, no lo había hecho para pagarlos, espero que se haga hincapié en ello y que no se vuelva a tratar a otros huéspedes de manera similar. He confiado en la marca Hilton y espero que la tienda pueda cumplir realmente sus promesas de ”inclusión y respeto”.

La ubicación es buena, el otro lado es grande, hay restaurante chino y el sabor es bueno. Está en CVS durante ocho minutos, hay microondas de nevera en la habitación, el desayuno puede limpiar agua caliente, muy conveniente. Lavavajillas son un poco pequeñas, la decoración es un poco vieja.
