酒店尚可，trip.com 這個平台不值得信任，為了賺取客户的房費，謊稱當天的訂單不能退也不能修改，理由是酒店不同意退改。可提前一天到達的我，問酒店前台能否調整日期提前一天入住？酒店方面非常肯定的答覆：平台同意調整日期即可；但本人在平台上無論如何也修改不了入往日期！提問所謂“專職客服”，永遠是機器人的回覆:不能退改！在一再追問下，回了一句“如果酒店同意退房，一週後退款”。明明我衹需要修改入住時間（提前一天），且酒店方明確表示在平台上修改入住時間即可馬上辦理入住手續，trip.com平台卻設定不能修改 。站在酒店前台的我對這種推三阻四的機器人回覆高度懷疑：平台是在千方百計找藉口來私吞客人預付款！為了不讓這種無良商家的陰謀得逞，咱衹好改變行程，在這家酒店連住兩晚！給平台多賺佣金的機會，但絕不允許平台有意坑客。如果讓平台經常嚐到這種設計坑客的回報率遠高於正常佣金的甜頭，社會風氣真會每況逾下。無論trip.com 這個平台的擁有者是香港人還是台灣或者大陸人，都將使我中華民族臉上無光。奉勸平台所有者誠信經營，否則會自食其果。

The hotel was good and the staff/concierge very nice, but the airport shuttle was disappointing. The driver was careless with luggage, rude when asked about terminal information, and muttered curses at passengers. Most concerning, he drove erratically, hitting 53 mph in a 25 mph construction zone during rain at 3:30 AM on 10/14

Experiencia excelente. El personal es muy bueno. Resort limpio. En el tubo de habitación se necesita más atención durante el limpieza. El desayuno es genial. El spa de piscina era muy bueno. La limpieza de la habitación necesita más atención.

整體環境比較老，牆上掛有很多汽車照片，餐廳門口那個精靈還是什麼有點creepy。交通滿便利的，離福特村很近，可惜這次我沒有很多時間去福特村

El hotel cuenta con un muy buen ambiente, ubicado en un campo de golf, con completas instalaciones, buenos productos de baño y de buena calidad. El desayuno debe pagarse por separado y se puede pedir según el gusto personal.

La ubicación es muy buena si no le importa el ruido de la autopista por la noche. Ha tenido una estadía muy agradable. El desayuno fue fantástico y vale la pena añadir a nuestra estadía.

For an older hotel the room was nice and clean. Two free bottles of water. For the price it was a good place to stay. The only thing that was bad was the low water pressure in the shower and no hair dryer. Breakfast was good.

우버로도 5분/13불정도의 거리라서 셔틀은 이용하지 않았고 여성 스태프들이 매우 친절했습니다. 건물은 오래됐지만 관리가 잘 되어 청결했고 벌레도 전혀 없었으며 방에 냉장고, 전자레인지가 있었어요. 에어컨, 환풍 시설 잘 작동하고 복도에 자판기에서 음료와 물을 1.5달러에 판매하는데 굉장히 저렴했습니다. 프론트에서도 시원한 물 판매합니다. 거의 필요한 모든 것이 있었어요. 샤워기 수압은 약하지 않은데 변기 수압이 약해서 물을 두번씩 내려야 했던 점 빼면 다 괜찮았습니다. 건물 주변이 가로등이 밤 내내 환하고 주변에 맥도날드 등 24시 시설이 있어 치안도 괜찮았습니다. 만족합니다.
