Tuve el placer de hospedarme en el Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton del 30 de diciembre de 2024 al 3 de enero de 2025, y fue una experiencia muy agradable. Reservar a través de Trip.com fue la mejor decisión: fue muy sencillo y obtuve una excelente relación calidad-precio. La ubicación es increíblemente conveniente, especialmente para los viajeros, con fácil acceso al aeropuerto. A pesar de estar tan cerca, el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones era excelente, lo que garantizó una estancia tranquila y reparadora. La habitación era espaciosa, moderna e impecablemente limpia, con todas las comodidades necesarias para sentirme a gusto. La cama era especialmente cómoda, perfecta para relajarse después de largos días. El personal de limpieza hizo un trabajo fantástico manteniendo la habitación en óptimas condiciones. El desayuno, si bien ofrecía una calidad aceptable, podría tener más variedad. El menú era prácticamente el mismo todos los días, lo que se volvió repetitivo después de unos días. Añadir más opciones o rotar los platos mejoraría enormemente la experiencia gastronómica. El ambiente general del hotel era cálido y acogedor, gracias al personal amable y profesional. Se esforzaron al máximo para que mi estancia fuera placentera, ofreciéndome ayuda con una sonrisa siempre que la necesité. Las instalaciones, incluido el gimnasio, eran de primera categoría, y agradecí el wifi gratuito, que fue rápido y fiable durante toda mi estancia. Como estuve allí durante las fiestas de Año Nuevo, también me impresionó la eficiencia con la que el hotel gestionó el aumento de huéspedes sin que la calidad del servicio se viera afectada. Recomiendo el Hampton Hotel Airport by Hilton por su comodidad, conveniencia y excelente servicio, y me alegro de haber reservado a través de Trip.com para una experiencia sin complicaciones. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí en el futuro.

A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

Las instalaciones estaban limpias, el desayuno delicioso y la cama cómoda. No estaba muy lejos del centro, lo cual era genial, y había una gasolinera y una tienda justo enfrente, lo cual era muy práctico. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

El hotel está un poco alejado del centro de Cracovia; la parada de autobús más cercana se encuentra a 13 minutos a pie, por lo que es mejor ir en coche. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas, limpias y ordenadas, y el desayuno es abundante.

The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice. The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage. The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

PROS *Lovely spacious rooms with nicely refurbished bathrooms. *The breakfast area looks presentable with a fairly decent selection. *Bottled water is provided daily, you just have to make sure you hang the sign to request to clean the room. *Hotel is centrally located right by the square. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, donut/pastry shops & souvenir shops. CONS *The carpets “looked” dirty & old, not very pleasing to look at but they’re not - just gives that impression! *The main downside for me is the noise. Our room was facing the front which is where pedestrians walk through to the square. Earplugs were supplied by Hotel but they didn’t make a difference. There were loud revellers until 4:30am daily, then once that ends, the delivery trucks & refuse collectors pass through which were just as loud! Needless to say I didn’t get a full night sleep for 4 nights. Overall, it’s a clean & very reasonably priced hotel. May I also add we are a group that booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were in the quiet side but the other 2 were in the noisy part. Not all rooms are the same. However, if you can sleep through anything then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue as it was for me.

La ubicación del hotel es aceptable; la ventaja es que hay transporte justo enfrente, a solo unas paradas (5-10 minutos) del casco antiguo. Sin embargo, ¡no hay mucho que ver cerca! El hotel es cómodo, limpio y parece muy nuevo. El personal es muy amable y atento.

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

Stayed here recently, the location is fantastic, only a short walk to the old town, close to shops bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the room was very clean (which is a credit the the cleaning staff they do a wonderful job) the bathroom was very clean and a good size, hand soap and shower gel is provided.. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would happily return on future visits.
