Me gusta la vista, la seguridad, las instalaciones, las funciones de la televisión, puedo karaoke por mi cuenta usando TV YouTube hehe El baño es agradable. La cama de Kings es de calidad, y el lugar de vacaciones es muy agradable. Por supuesto, me quedaré aquí otra vez. Uno más, el desayuno es maravilloso.

The room was okay, but the service was a bit lacking because they didn’t clearly mention which Jazz Suite it was. That info is important, especially for first-time guests. Overall, the hotel was good just hope they can provide clearer details next time about which suite to go to.

The hotel has an old vintage charm, and you can tell it must have had a grand atmosphere during its prime. It mainly features older furnishings, so it’s suitable if you don’t mind that style. The cleanliness is highly commendable, as maintaining older items requires great care. The furniture is well-maintained, sturdy, and fully functional.

The location is good, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The air-conditioning and soundproofing are also good. However, the breakfast was rather average. The omelette and scrambled eggs were below average, and the food selection was quite limited. There were also many events being held in the hotel’s function hall during my stay, which made the lobby and dining area quite noisy. The hotel is also very strict about its check-out time. Late check-out beyond 12:30 PM was not allowed. It would be better if the hotel could offer an option to extend the check-out time by an additional hour or two, with an hourly payment option, especially for guests with later flights.Overall, considering the price, I would not recommend this hotel.

Overall Experience recently stayed at Hotel Abell Kuching and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers great value for money and sits in an excellent location. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was smooth, pleasant, and highly satisfying. The bedding was fresh, the towels were pristine, and the overall room environment felt very hygienic and comfortable to rest in after a long day of exploring.Staff & Front Desk Service, A huge highlight of our stay was the staff. The front desk team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greeted us with warm smiles and handled our check-in swiftly. Throughout our stay, they were always ready to assist with directions and local recommendations, making us feel right at home.Dining & Room Service. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious. There was a good variety of options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our mornings. Additionally, we ordered room service during our stay. The food arrived hot, the delivery was prompt, and the service was executed with a great, polite attitude.Minor Issue Swiftly Resolved. The only minor hiccup we encountered was a slight drain smell in the bathroom upon arrival. However, as soon as we notified the staff, they took immediate action. The maintenance team settled the issue completely and efficiently, showing just how attentive and responsive the hotel management is to guest comfort.

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien mantenido, muy cómodo y muy cómodo. La ubicación es un gran plusright en el centro de la ciudad, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para pasar por aquí, especialmente para viajes de negocios.

The room is clean & very spacious, It's a good deal. The location was near convenient shops & not far from the waterfront.

You can use this version: We had a pleasant stay at Roxy Hotel 3rd Mile Apartment. The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our group of 6 people. The location is very convenient, especially being close to Timberland Medical Centre, making it easy for us to go for our hospital check-ups. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely choose this apartment again.

Excellent experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The check-in procedure was exceptionally smooth and welcoming, thanks to Mr. Nasrul at the reception desk. He was incredibly helpful, professional and efficient, ensuring we felt valued from the moment we arrived. His warm hospitality and attention to detail set a wonderful tone for the rest of our stay. Stayed at Wiwo Hotel recently. Overall okay, but quite a few things can be improved. Cleanliness could be better, and the toilet had a bit of a smell. In the room, the TV couldn’t turn on, one of the bedside lamps wasn’t working, and we also couldn’t figure out how to switch on the light near the vanity mirror. Small things, but it did affect the stay a bit. Hopefully they can fix these issues for a better experience next time.
