I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does. Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay. What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de Lawang Sewu, un centro comercial y una estación de autobuses. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. En general, un gran servicio y una agradable estancia

Perfectly located hotel in the central of Solo attractions with very affordable price. Very close to Batik museum, Sriwedari Park, Radya Pustaka museum dan Tumurun museum. The hotel is very old, provide minimum amenities., but room and hotel is very clea. However there was very strong bad odour on the corridor along the way to our room. Upon notify the staff about this, they took action straight away and tried to get rid of the smell. Well done to very responsive and cooperative team. I also like the breakfast spread provided. Lots of local food like soto ayam, bubur ayam, kari ayam dsn bubur ketan hitam. What a delight to start the day with delicious breakfast. Definitely will stay here again if I visit Solo.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately the room(s) which were shown were not great. The layout of the rooms was fairly standard with semicomfy beds and a nice bathroom, even if a little dated. However the first room we saw had stains on the bedsheets and was full of dust, then we moved to another room which had nicer (not stained) bedsheets but the pillowcases were yellow and smelled a little funny. The hotel also had a bug problem with ants in the bedroom and a huge amount of mosquitos which congregated around the water dispensers in the corridors and snuck into the room when you opened the door. We also had a gecko one night in the bathroom and saw a mouse on the third floor. The floor was also seemingly uncleaned and there was a lot of dirt/dust, cobwebs in the bathroom, and general dirt around the corners of the room. Also there was centrally controlled music in the corridor which started at 6am and the doors made a non-stop beeping sound when left open which was seemingly often as we heard it a lot, meaning that we woke up early. The stay was passable at the hotel and the price was good but unfortunately we were never comfy in the room given that it could have used a thorough clean.

Reservé este hotel IXO porque me gustan los hoteles nuevos. Está a un corto y fácil paseo de la estación de tren de Semarang Poncol. Me gusta mucho su colorida decoración. Buena agua caliente para ducharse. El pequeño lavabo no es un problema, pero tienen una pequeña repisa encima, debajo del espejo, para colocar los 2 juegos de pasta de dientes, y es difícil cepillarme los dientes. Es difícil apuntar con la boca por encima de la repisa y no salpicar agua sobre ella. Excelente personal. Decoración moderna. Tienen snacks y comida instantánea a la venta en el vestíbulo. Los huéspedes pueden obtener agua hirviendo y fría de la máquina que hay allí. El suelo de la habitación 105 está muy limpio, pero la ducha necesita un cepillo con líquido limpiador. Toallas viejas. Buena ropa de cama. Mi habitación está a unos pasos de la recepción, así que no usé el ascensor. La habitación tiene 2 botellas de agua, 2 juegos de cepillos de dientes y una botella de gel de ducha montada en la pared. Se pueden pedir tazas prestadas en recepción para preparar nuestro propio té. No ofrecen té ni café en la habitación. Solo hay 2 enchufes para cargar los teléfonos: en la repisa de la cabecera de la cama y debajo del gancho para colgar la ropa. Lograron tener un televisor y un espejo en la habitación, en un lugar muy bien equipado. Un buen diseño para aprovechar cada rincón de una habitación pequeña. Las ventanas se pueden abrir.
