I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavitor Hotel, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience that I would gladly recommend to other travelers. From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The place is clean, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the staff service is good and explain well, the breakfast is good and has a variety of choices.

We stayed at Urban Hotel Bishkek a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exactly as described, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was straightforward and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It really felt like we got more than what we paid for. What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations. They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after. A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.

Отличный отель, чистый современный аккуратный. Приятный вежливый персонал. Из особенностей с чем ранее не сталкивался - завтраки и клининг в комнате нужно обращаться на стойку регистрации. Приехал сюда еще.

Отдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

Extended my stay for an extra two nights and the staff has fixed the issue of the bidet not working the night before. The hostel staff were extremely kind and helpful qnd did not hesitate to assist or advice with any questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and I truly enjoyed my stay here!

雖然臨街，但是很清靜，房間收拾的也乾淨，國內二線城市快捷酒店的價格，但是是風格偏旅館，設施一般，一個亮點，早餐不錯，附近還有一家不錯的當地飯店

El hotel es aparentemente nuevo. Está en las afueras de la ciudad. Algunos chinos, muy fumadores. Por eso, no pude descansar normalmente el primer día. Todo el tiempo, mi cabeza estaba enfermo debido al olor a cigarrillos, para una persona que no fuma es tortura. Después, el fumar se volvió menos, no sé si mis quejas se vieron afectadas o detenidas. El desayuno es delicioso 👍 para aquellos que le gustan la cocina china, le gustará.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

The hotel’s location is great, with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area very convenient. However, the service was disappointing. The staff were not helpful and often pretended not to understand English when we asked for assistance. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am, but even at 7:15am it was still not ready. We also requested bottled water for the room, but it was never delivered. Overall, while the location is a strong point, I would not recommend this hotel if good service and hospitality are important to you.
