The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely with a great variety served 8.00-10.00. No shampoo or conditioner as well as no robes or in room safe as per description. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Close to the Bazaar and just a short walk from the main hustle of the city. Staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. Amazing mountain view in the distance.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Urban Hotel Bishkek. The location is incredibly strategic, right in the center of Bishkek, making it very convenient to get around the city. The rooms are highly comfortable and cozy, offering great value for money with their affordable rates. A big highlight for me was the breakfast. The menu is quite varied and provides the perfect, hearty fuel needed for a full day of physical activities. Special thanks to the receptionist, Абина! She was immensely helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. It was truly a pleasure meeting and chatting with her. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bishkek!

Отдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

La habitación era muy amplia y como se describe. La ubicación está cerca de la Osh Bazaar y, como por los locales, la zona es un poco insegura por la noche. La cocina fue útil.El patio es grande y espacioso y bueno para descansar si no quieres salir a ver cuando está caliente. El restaurante se encuentra en una sala de estar, y el restaurante está en una sala de estar. En general, bueno valor por precio.

The hotel is located in between the Alatoo square and the Osh bazaar so it’s not too bad. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. However my experience with the hotel should be noted by travelers and the hotel owner. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room. When I opened the room, another guest was sleeping inside the room. I was shocked. Then I went back to the reception and was assigned another room. This time the room was not properly prepared. A vacuum cleaner was still inside the room and the bed was not made. My concern with security (as in anyone can easily enter your room with a key while you are sleeping) made the whole stay unpleasant.

El hotel es aparentemente nuevo. Está en las afueras de la ciudad. Algunos chinos, muy fumadores. Por eso, no pude descansar normalmente el primer día. Todo el tiempo, mi cabeza estaba enfermo debido al olor a cigarrillos, para una persona que no fuma es tortura. Después, el fumar se volvió menos, no sé si mis quejas se vieron afectadas o detenidas. El desayuno es delicioso 👍 para aquellos que le gustan la cocina china, le gustará.

Really like this hotel that we chose back the same hotel when we return to bishkek after going out and about. Room is big, clean and comfortable. Aircon was working great. shower water pressure is powerful. Front desk was absolutely helpful, trying the best they can. breakfast was basic, but not an issue. Many other choices around the area and supermarts were plenty as well. Will choose there again. Easy to get yandex everywhere.

The hotel’s location is great, with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance, which made exploring the area very convenient. However, the service was disappointing. The staff were not helpful and often pretended not to understand English when we asked for assistance. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7am, but even at 7:15am it was still not ready. We also requested bottled water for the room, but it was never delivered. Overall, while the location is a strong point, I would not recommend this hotel if good service and hospitality are important to you.
