A decent guesthouse. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hot water works perfectly. The breakfasts are good. Overall, nothing but positive impressions. It’s a bit far from the city centre, but with taxis available, that’s not a problem.

My three-night visit was absolutely delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was consistently clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and returning each evening felt like coming home. It was the perfect base for my long weekend, offering both relaxation and convenience. I will definitely be returning.

Este hotel es absolutamente increíble en la zona. La comida es deliciosa, la privacidad y la seguridad son excelentes, las habitaciones están muy limpias, hay estacionamiento disponible y un mirador donde puedes disfrutar de una cena o relajarte. Recomiendo ampliamente alojarse aquí si estás de paso por la ciudad.

We stayed at Urban Hotel Bishkek a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was exactly as described, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was straightforward and pleasant from the moment we arrived. It really felt like we got more than what we paid for. What truly stood out, however, was the team’s exceptional commitment to customer service. On our departure day, we had to leave about an hour before breakfast service normally began. We asked if it might be possible to have something small packed to take away with us. Instead of simply agreeing to that request, the staff went far beyond our expectations. They kindly offered to ask the cook to start preparing breakfast earlier just for us so that we could come down and enjoy a proper breakfast before leaving. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made us feel looked after. A huge thank you to the team at Urban Hotel Bishkek for their kindness and hospitality. It left a lasting impression on us and was a wonderful reflection of the warmth we experienced throughout this amazing country.

Extended my stay for an extra two nights and the staff has fixed the issue of the bidet not working the night before. The hostel staff were extremely kind and helpful qnd did not hesitate to assist or advice with any questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and I truly enjoyed my stay here!

Overall experience was good. Location is strategic Room is spacious. Good restaurants are all within walking distance. We checked out at 7am, Didn’t manage to take our breakfast but the hotel was very thoughtful in preparing a breakfast pack for us to take away.

Hola a todos! El hotel está situado en el sector privado, pero no lejos del centro. Todos los servicios están disponibles. De incómodo, escalera, especialmente en el tercer piso. Será difícil para las personas mayores.

Отличное расположение. Прекрасный персонал. Номер чистый, все есть. Завтраки хорошие, объемные.

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Приятный персонал. Тихо и спокойно. Чисто. Железная дорога не мешает. В прохладную погоду было тепло но немного душно.

La casa es nueva, aunque no es grande, pero la vivienda es muy cómoda, la comida es fresca, el jefe es muy entusiasta, sabe que estamos de China, preparamos una sola vez, la próxima vez tendremos la oportunidad de volver, y debemos ser la casa.
