I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lavitor Hotel, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience that I would gladly recommend to other travelers. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. La ubicación es buena, ¡muy cerca del mercado de Osh! La habitación está limpia. No hay papel higiénico después de limpiar, por lo que puede que necesite llevarlo. Kirguistán no tiene papel higiénico básico.

The staff were so nice. They welcomed us well. Our room was very much clean and the location was good. We also enjoyed breakfast buffet. So, thank you so much for everything urban hotel!!

Отдыхаем здесь уже не первый раз, руководство отеля молодцы уровень сервиса и качество отеля повышают и делают наш отдых приятным) видно что отель не стоит на месте а развивается. Номера чистые, полотенца, халаты, тапочки все необходимое в номере есть. Термальные источники, хамам, сауна, русская парная на дровах, холодная купель и большой бассейн все необходимое для отличного отдыха присутствует. Оборудовали сил зону с баром теперь можно заказывать еду и напитки не отходя от бассейна. Вообщем есть все для комфортного отдыха.

Extended my stay for an extra two nights and the staff has fixed the issue of the bidet not working the night before. The hostel staff were extremely kind and helpful qnd did not hesitate to assist or advice with any questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and I truly enjoyed my stay here!

The hotel is located in between the Alatoo square and the Osh bazaar so it’s not too bad. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. However my experience with the hotel should be noted by travelers and the hotel owner. Upon arrival, I was given a key to a room. When I opened the room, another guest was sleeping inside the room. I was shocked. Then I went back to the reception and was assigned another room. This time the room was not properly prepared. A vacuum cleaner was still inside the room and the bed was not made. My concern with security (as in anyone can easily enter your room with a key while you are sleeping) made the whole stay unpleasant.

El dueño del hotel es chino, muy entusiasta y puede ayudar a resolver muchos problemas en los viajes cortos de Bishkeck. El hotel también es un estándar nacional, una nueva decoración y una higiene limpia. El hotel también ofrece comida china en la sala de comedor, muy amable para las personas que no se adaptan a las comidas chinas.

El hotel es nuevo con habitaciones limpias y confortables. Se encuentra en la ciudad a poca distancia a las tiendas y restaurantes. El personal fue amigable y útil aunque la comunicación en inglés no fue la más fácil. En general, una buena estancia en Bishkek.

My three-night visit was absolutely delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was consistently clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and returning each evening felt like coming home. It was the perfect base for my long weekend, offering both relaxation and convenience. I will definitely be returning.

el anfitrión podría haber actualizado sus videos de la ubicación, etc, yo estaba teniendo un tiempo tan difícil tratando de buscar la ubicación, en lugar de los videos que deberían haber dado el marcador cerca del edificio, bc los videos fueron obsoletos, la estructura que estaba fuera del edificio ya no me causa tanta pregunta. Pero la ubicación sabia que era conveniente, hay mini mercado en el interior, cerca de las comidas, etc., Las instalaciones también son completas y realmente aprecio las instalaciones, pero el host fue ligeramente no a mi gusto.
