Parking is competitive - we have to park at the carpark opposite JR Kochi for our first night but managed to snag a spot the second night. Staff is helpful and friendly. Location is good especially if you are travelling by JR but is quite a walking distance to the attractions eg, Hirome Market, Kochi Castle etc. There are convenience stores nearby where we bought snacks and enjoy the free coffee at the hotel lounge. We are glad breakfast is provided too as it can be a little difficult to find eateries nearby, and it is delicious. Room is clean and size is acceptable by Japan standard.

El hotel está situado en una zona de 2 estrellas, donde se encuentran 2 estrellas. 1) Las ventanas pueden abrirse completamente para permitir grandes cantidades de viento (no las pequeñas aberturas habituales). 2) El personal del hotel es tan generoso y amable, nos permitieron entrar pronto y salir tarde sin cargo alguno. 3) El hotel está situado en el corazón de todos los bares (hay cabinas de trabajadores que se quedan alrededor de la zona en la noche y se encuentra muy animado) 4) Es un hotel agradable sin frijoles (por lo tanto, trae su propio champú y condicionador si estás loco por él). Para gestionar sus expectativas, observe lo siguiente: 1) Es un antiguo establecimiento, por lo que no espere que todo sea nuevo o encajado. 2) Debido a la ubicación, puede oír mucho ruido de calle si abre las ventanas a la noche. En general, un hotel muy bonito y encantador, gestionado por personas que tienen los intereses de sus huéspedes.

The room is very clean and space is very good in Japan standard. The front desk staff are super helpful. I wanted to open a bottle of wine and didn't have a wine opener. When I asked the front desk staff. He tried his best to help and unfortunately there was not a wine opener and I borrowed a beer opener instead. Just a few minutes later, I managed to open the wine using the beer opener and I went down to the front desk to return the opener. When lift door opened, I saw the front staff wanted to get into the lift with a screwdriver and 2 screws in his hand. I was really so touched when I saw him not giving up and still wanted to help me. I am totally zero to Japanese, and I can't remember the gentleman's name unfortunately. I really want to say a big thank you to the gentleman who tried his best to help me. The location of the hotel is good with a supermarket and a convenient shop next door. There a massage chair in the room for guests to use at FOC. I you drive, there is car park on-site and it's free.

El hotel es limpio e higiénico, y las habitaciones son amplias para este precio. El servicio de recepción fue amable y una camarera se esforzó por comunicarse en chino. ¡Muchas gracias! Está ubicado justo en la plaza de la estación, a pocos pasos de la estación JR y de la estación de autobuses exprés. Las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas, pero no perjudicaron nuestra estancia. El desayuno era un poco simple, pero quedé muy satisfecho con mi estancia.

La habitación es bastante pequeña. La cama está bien, pero la cocina es demasiado pequeña y no está cómoda. El arbusto es, por supuesto, la atracción. La habitación es menos. Kochi es un excelente lugar para las delicacias locales.

The situated area of the hotel is good. Front desk service was smooth and efficient. The room was spacious. Went down for the bath and it was clean and nice.

The location is good & easy access to key spots. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff were overall professional & helpful. But check out at 10am is too early & not a good point & the company’s app wasn’t easy for foreigners — to enjoy the 11am check out. A disappointing part. Breakfast place is smaller and can get very crowded and too compact. Overall it’s average & without other facilities — other choices may seem more attractive.

Clean hotel with great staff and service. The best thing is definitely the location which steps out into the main arcade. Family mart down below and affiliated parking available for reasonable price (although car park is 4min walk from hotel). The only thing was that their coin laundry within the hotel absolutely does not work. Ran drying 3 times and clothes still came out wet. Just go to another external laundry service if needed.
