Alles tip top. Die Zimmer sind neu und alles ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das einzige Problem was für einen Besucher als störend empfunden werden könnte ist, dass es sehr hellhörig ist, das heißt, man hört wirklich sehr gut wenn der Nachbar z.B Fernsehen guckt, oder sich unterhält. Das kann unter Umständen störend sein. Aber abgesehen davon ist eigentlich alles total gut. Vor dem Hotel findet täglich ein Markt von 6-13 Uhr statt - das sollte man wissen. D.h. zwischen 6 Uhr und 13 Uhr kann dann dort kein Auto fahren oder Auto parken und alles ist gesperrt. Glücklicherweise befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel ein großes Parkhaus in dem man wunderbar sein Auto 24/7 parken kann. Es ist dort sicher abgestellt und das Parkhaus kostet pro Nacht 12 Euro (Stand Juli 2025). Fazit: Wer ein solides, minimalistisches und einfaches Hotelzimmer sucht, in guter Lage und zu einem fairen Preis, der ist hier genau richtig.👍

Algo fabuloso. Bungalows justo en la playa. Un amanecer maravilloso. Hermosa vista del Etna. Limpio ordenado. Un empleado muy agradable, una gran persona. El desayuno era modesto pero el café estaba delicioso. 12 minutos al aeropuerto. Abierto 24 horas. Estoy muy satisfecho. Este lugar probablemente se beneficie en verano, durante la temporada. Bonita infraestructura. Casas rurales en zona boscosa, playa de arena, parking, servicio 24 horas. Apenas llegué.

La estructura es muy limpia, bien organizada y curada, con la zona de piscina y bañera Jacuzzi que es realmente una joya con una vista maravillosa de Palermo. Amplia, luminosa y limpia. Servicio profesional y siempre cuidado con los detalles. El restaurante es de excelente calidad y variedad de elección. Podrían, en mi opinión, explotar la zona de piscina incluso la noche, teniendo en cuenta el espacio y la presencia del bar chiosco, con música de fondo, y luces sufocadas para un aperitivo o cocktail borda piscina con vistas panorámicas. Crear una situación tranquila, relajada, donde interactuar con los demás huéspedes, simple pero eficaz. La posición, un poco fuera de mano, te obliga a tomar el coche o una naveta y ir a Palermo. Un consejo, el restaurante es un poco caro, sobre todo en relación a la cantidad de las porciones, aunque la calidad es alta. La pizza es en la media general. Puede que le pida a más invitados quedarse a cenar, aunque luego tengas que crear algo, como se ha dicho antes, para que la hermosa estructura viva incluso en las horas de la noche. Sólo una nota dolorosa, por lo tanto, después de la salida de las 11:00, tienes que irte. I am having a hard time writing this review as we actually enjoyed our stay at La chiusa, location, staff and food was good. However, I suffered a severe bug bite attack at night and the management of the hotel is turning all responsibility away from them. My whole body, face, legs, arms, neck are full with red marks from the bites, the itch is unbearable! I kindly asked for a statement and refund for the situation but at first I got “it looks like mosquito bites” and then they kept explaining their cleaning procedures and gave us the responsibility for the situation that we would have brought them with us. Also they did not see any reason to pay any compensation for the situation. Nothings for time spent at doctors, creams or refund for the room. NOTHING. Just the situation for us to deal with the itchy bites. I am 100% sure that the bugs have been there before we came, I even saw one before going to sleep (not knowing it is a bed bug) thinking that it is a remote location and it can happen that a bug enters the room. When checking the next morning for the bites I realized that it was a bed bug what I have seen and the marks over my body show enough evidence.
