Me alojé aquí anoche debido a la cancelación de un vuelo de última hora. Agradecí mucho encontrar una habitación tan cerca; el hotel está justo al lado de la terminal, lo que facilitó mucho todo, especialmente después de un día de viaje estresante. El proceso de registro fue sencillo, el personal fue muy atento y la habitación estaba limpia y tranquila a pesar de la ubicación del aeropuerto. No esperaba mucho, ya que fue una reserva tan repentina, pero me sorprendió gratamente lo práctica y cómoda que fue la estancia. Perfecto para pasar la noche o para retrasos inesperados. Sin duda, una excelente opción si necesitas alojarte cerca del aeropuerto.

The property has no elevator and we're in the third floor. Anyway, we managed to sleep well.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Gatwick, a 5 minutos en autobús de la ciudad y a 5 minutos en autobús de la ciudad. ¡Es un negocio familiar, y ellos se preocupan por sus clientes! El lugar muestra sus signos de edad y definitivamente se beneficiará de una renovación, pero de lo contrario todo lo demás era fantástico!

Booked 4 rooms over two night so business directors, told I could only have best western pounds for the room I stayed in regardless of booking and paying for them all, staff can only so no or I can’t, this filters down from the manager so be prepared for terrible service and frankly tired and grubby interiors

Perfetto per un transito a Gatwick, a poche fermate di bus dall'aeroporto con autobus di linea che si ferma proprio davanti alla porta, e passa a tutte le ore, anche al mattino prestissimo. Camera minimale ma pulita, letto comodo. Al piano terra c'è la zona colazione che è sempre aperta ed è comoda se si prende del cibo da asporto, anziché mangiare in camera. Rapporto qualità prezzo: ottimo!

Para el aparcamiento de pago (incluso para huéspedes del hotel), sólo hay dos opciones: 4 horas y 24 horas. Básicamente, todos los huéspedes que se alojen en el hotel necesitan la opción de 24 horas, y la tarifa de estacionamiento las 24 horas es de 14 libras. 3. Hay muchas personas en el hotel, todas ellas viajando desde el aeropuerto de Gatwick. 4. No hay restaurantes ni tiendas cercanas. Pero hay un bar abierto las 24 horas debajo del hotel. Es muy grande y tiene muchas opciones, que pueden satisfacer las necesidades de comidas o negociaciones comerciales. 5. El hotel mejora el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto de Gatwick (de pago).

I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need. There were some things I thought were a bit strange however. The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap. The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too. Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine. Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good. Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

I was staying at the hotel due to an important business meeting the next day, unfortunately my sleep was broken at 2am with a fire alarm going off due to other hotel guests, I was expecting some kind of kind refund or a discount off my next stay as I have used this hotel to stay for business many times before but nothing was offered and the interruption in my sleep affected my business meeting the next day, very disappointed in the way this was handled.

The hotel was very quiet and the young men covering the front desk and breakfast service were very helpful and friendly. They even helped us order food one night, one of them using his own phone to call for us. We certainly got the feel of staying in a historic place, the only complaint was the many stairs and no lift! Otherwise, we had a lovely visit.
