The property is very conveniently located near Gatwick Airport, making it an excellent choice for red-eye arrivals or early morning departures. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment to rest before or after a flight. On the downside, the room was quite cold, and there didn’t seem to be an obvious way to adjust the temperature, which affected overall comfort.

La mejor opción para pasar la noche antes de un vuelo temprano. La entrada del hotel está literalmente dentro del aeropuerto, justo al lado del check-in y la entrega de equipaje de EasyJet. Es precioso, limpio, cómodo y la cama era increíble. El desayuno es excelente y el personal es muy amable. También hay una agradable sala de estar y un bar abierto hasta tarde.

Corridors all over, like a rabbit warren. Comfortable room and bed, stained carpet, bath was high for stepping into for showering and paintwork was chipped / grubby. Nice bar, restaurant and courtyard, didn't eat there although breakfast looked great and reasonable. Plenty of free parking.

Visitando desde EE.UU. Ubicación perfecta cerca de Windsor y de las tiendas. Habitación sencilla, camas cómodas y excelentes duchas con agua caliente. El personal a su llegada fue extremadamente amable y servicial. Estancia de 2 noches aquí y lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

El desayuno debería haber sido servido hasta las 10.00 horas. En el restaurante 9.15, apenas quedaba nada, una boca de huevos abrasados que tuve que recoger de alrededor del pan para mi marido - ninguno para mí, ningún bacon, ningún salsa, ningún hash marrón o tomate. ¡Nos han pedido y esperado un poco de bacon y algunas salchichas que eran tan duras que no podíamos cortarlas! El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. La casa de baño es muy agradable, pero el agua se llevó a cabo por todo el piso. ¡No estoy seguro de que hable inglés!

I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need. There were some things I thought were a bit strange however. The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap. The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too. Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine. Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good. Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

What a great find! The room was better than we expected, so clean and a massive bed. We paid more for a river view and were so happy we did as we had a cute balcony and could open the window doors and stand there and look out at the river. The breakfast was amazing and we were asked whatever type of egg we wanted and it was made fresh. We spoke to a great member of staff called Magda and she was so friendly and polite and would do anything for us. We will definitely come back again.

We stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, Orchid Epsom is a great choice for anyone visiting the area — a peaceful stay with exceptional staff and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay here again.

I was staying at the hotel due to an important business meeting the next day, unfortunately my sleep was broken at 2am with a fire alarm going off due to other hotel guests, I was expecting some kind of kind refund or a discount off my next stay as I have used this hotel to stay for business many times before but nothing was offered and the interruption in my sleep affected my business meeting the next day, very disappointed in the way this was handled.
