Lovely hotel! Would definitely stay again. On the same street as all the shops. The staff are incredibly friendly. Room service is excellent. My son was poorly so ordered a lot to our room and came within 20 mins. Room was spotless. Cannot fault.

El hotel estaba limpio y bien ubicado. Había muchas opciones de comida y servicios. No había agua caliente por la mañana. Cuando se lo dije a la recepción al hacer el check out, me dijeron que no había nada que pudiéramos hacer al respecto.

I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need. There were some things I thought were a bit strange however. The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap. The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too. Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine. Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good. Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

Had a lovely stay for our 4th wedding anniversary. Well looked after by staff in spa, bar and restaurant. Thank you for helping us re-create our wedding photos :)

What a great find! The room was better than we expected, so clean and a massive bed. We paid more for a river view and were so happy we did as we had a cute balcony and could open the window doors and stand there and look out at the river. The breakfast was amazing and we were asked whatever type of egg we wanted and it was made fresh. We spoke to a great member of staff called Magda and she was so friendly and polite and would do anything for us. We will definitely come back again.

En el hotel Bush, el hotel está muy bien situado, con buena limpieza y comodidad. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. Aún así, una opción sólida si valora la tradición y un entorno pacífico, pero ten en cuenta que los interiores pueden no ser modernos.

We stayed at Orchid Epsom for 10 days and had a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is very well located with good accessibility to both local transport and nearby attractions, making it easy for us to get around during our trip. The property is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained — perfect for families looking for a calm place to return to after a busy day in London. What really stood out was the wonderful staff who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Akhil, Nikhil, Abhishek, Hava, Safa, Ali, Darshini, and Laura — each of them went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. Their friendly attitude, helpful suggestions, and warm hospitality made us feel at home. Overall, Orchid Epsom is a great choice for anyone visiting the area — a peaceful stay with exceptional staff and great service. Highly recommended, and we’d happily stay here again.

Great stay, the rooms are very well designed, warm and cosy, and right next to the Virginia Water park. The staff were great and there is plenty of parking. All I’ll say on the negative side is that the pastry on the apple tart was soggy… pastry should never be soggy! I even checked with the staff and were told “it’s supposed to be like that” …. But I won’t hold strange soggy pastry against what was a great stay.

La estancia fue muy cómoda, aunque las instalaciones no eran como las del Holiday Inn. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y limpias. La hospitalidad del personal fue excelente. En general, fue una estancia muy buena, ya que la zona del hipódromo de Epsom también es muy bonita. El único inconveniente es que las instalaciones, con mucha afluencia, no están muy cerca del hotel.

Muy cómoda habitación y gran ubicación ☺️
