We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. A chill hotel located in the city center with spacious rooms and free breakfast buffet for all. Budget-friendly prices with higher than expected level of comfort. I recommend it

Very good location, clean, complete with kitchen so i can make something to eat as i want. Near bus stop, supermarket, restaurant and shooping place. Propiedad bien ubicada en Reykjavik, habitaciones y baño grandes y limpios, parquet en el piso. Se están realizando obras de renovación para mejorar el entorno. Desayuno aceptable, personal de comedor muy amable y servicial.

Well-located hotel at an affordable price in Reykjavik. There is plenty of free parking available in front of the hotel. The rooms are simple, but they have everything you need for one night. The view of the street from the ground floor felt a bit strange. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good, although the room was a little too small considering how crowded it was.

Reservé este hostal porque me pareció un diseño interesante. El salón, la cocina, las habitaciones, los baños y el spa estaban impecables. Quizás sea porque está en un destino turístico caro, pero la atención al cliente y la limpieza son, con diferencia, las mejores de cualquier hostal en el que me haya alojado. En los baños hay champú, gel de ducha, loción para manos y cuerpo, gel de ducha y secador de pelo. En el salón hay bebidas y aperitivos por un suplemento. La nevera también es de uso gratuito y me pareció bien equipada con cajas de plástico y etiquetas para los nombres. El desayuno es sencillo: el que encontrarías en un supermercado: skyr, manzanas, zumo de verduras, pan, frutos secos, mermelada y chocolate. Puede resultar aburrido porque es lo mismo todos los días, pero teniendo en cuenta que incluso la comida de supermercado es bastante cara en Islandia, creo que merece la pena incluir el desayuno. Hay toallas disponibles bajo petición. El spa al aire libre de la tercera planta también estaba muy limpio y era excelente. Me calentó. La ubicación también es muy buena. La parada de autobús número 6 está a menos de 10 minutos. En cuanto a qué llevar, recomiendo productos para el cuidado de la piel, sandalias de playa (para el hotel, el spa y las duchas) y un traje de baño (para el spa). Se pueden comprar sandalias de playa en el hotel, pero probablemente sean un poco caras. Sin duda, las volveré a usar cuando vaya a Islandia.

Un buen albergue pequeño con un personal de recepción muy amable. Este albergue no está en la estación de autobuses BSI, que es donde llegan y salen los traslados al aeropuerto en autobús. Está a 15 minutos a pie de la estación de autobuses BSI, pero hay muchos autobuses turísticos que paran aquí. La cocina y los baños siempre estaban muy limpios y siempre se podía ver a alguien fregando o limpiando. La habitación era muy calurosa, así que lleva pijamas ligeros. Además, ¡no hay dormitorios solo para mujeres! Pensé que estaba reservando un dormitorio solo para mujeres, pero también había hombres. Un hombre había reservado un dormitorio solo para hombres, pero obviamente tampoco lo tienen. El sitio web y las descripciones de trip.com claramente necesitan una actualización.

Overall a good place. It was close to walk to the downtown area, and also close to many great food places and Bonus. Wish the hair dryer was different, was not as strong as I’m used to. The staff were nice and friendly too!

La higiene es muy buena, el baño y el aseo están muy limpios, no hay ningún olor, ¡mejor que en otros hoteles! El pequeño jardín que hay fuera de la puerta también es muy agradable. 🌺🌹 Me gusta mucho la cocina y la sala común; todos pueden tener un lugar para cocinar y comunicarse con gente de todo el mundo. 🤗 Hay nevera, cocina eléctrica y microondas. Al hacer el check-in, hay que pulsar ”recepción” fuera de la puerta para contactar con la persona encargada. Sin embargo, no sé por qué cambian la contraseña de mi habitación todos los días, lo que me preocupa un poco.

Świetnie położony hotel w samym centrum Reykjaviku.Czysta pościel no i pokój wyłącznie dla mnie. Na plus też kawa i herbata dostępne na dole. Jest też mikrofalówka. Budynek dość stary, ale jeśli potrzebujecie się przespać w przyzwoitej cenie i nie lubicie wieloosobowych sal to polecam. Na minus to było to, że w niedzielę rano pomieszczenie z kawą i herbatą zostało zamknięte. Mieliśmy też alarm pożarowy o 2 w nocy, ale okazało się że nic się nie stało.
