Stayed at this hotel in a narrow alley. Unfortunately, it was not well-maintained. Breakfast options were limited, and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. Not a clean or relaxing stay.

I chose this hotel because of its aesthetic and Santorini vibes! Every corner is beautifully designed and perfect for OOTD photos. 📸✨ The hotel was exceptionally clean and truly excellent service.I will definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung!

Nice, clean and good location. Near many eateries, convenient store and liquor store. Friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel was at a good location, close to Bandung station as well as the main Braga street. However, cleanliness was subpar. The towels were dirty and when we requested for a change, the “new” towels were mouldy as well.

Breakfast served is sooo good! There is also Indomaret next to the hotel. The staffs are so helpful and they help and assist you once you arrived there. The lobby is nice but you need to be patience a bit because it’s quite noisy during morning as people going to work and plus the hotel is located near the main road Overall will repeat here thank you!!

Well this time the FO service is very dissapointed. I book via OTA and i provide my cc info too there. During checkout i already asked regarding my payment settlement, not only once but twice...just to make sure. And they said settled and done. After i leave the hotel, around 1 hour or so, the hotel without introducing whom i am talking to, suddenly text me to settle my bill. And I was shocked. Tot all settled, and asked me to qr. Hello...what kind of service is that? Extremely disspointed with the way the asked payment...just via Whatsapp without identifying themself.

Este hotel es decente, excepto para unas pocas cuestiones importantes. La piscina era demasiado fría para pasar todo el tiempo. El hotel debe estar rodeado de moscas, porque una vez que la llamada a la oración comienza en las primeras horas, no podrá dormir por ella. Suena como si tuvieras 4 ó 5 moscas que hacen la llamada a la oración en tu habitación. Añadir a eso, una de las noches parecía que algunos individuos también estaban emocionando su recitación de algunos tomes religiosos, fue el más repetitivo dilema, lejos de la belleza de la llamada a la oración y continuó durante una hora. Entiendo que es una nación musulmana, pero esto no fue más bien un resultado para dormir una noche decente.

Old hotel with mall in the same building and also walking distance to mall nearby. Room was spacious, clean, with good amenities but room got cigarette smells. Sink was leaking but their technician settled it the same night. Exhaust fan in the toilet also not functioning. Reported to receptionist the next morning and everything was ok before afternoon. Service at the restaurant was superb with friendly and helpful staffs.

had a good time while staying here, the hospitality is 10/10 the staff are so friendly & very responsible. the room is very clean we love it! also we got few discounts vouchers from the staff! thank you
