Este lugar es un gran lugar para estar con la familia ....I recomenda a toda la familia que se quede en este resort y reserve la habitación familiar ...me y mis niños y mi amor familiar quedarse en este hotel

I had a really pleasant stay in the executive room at Verona Palace. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, although it’s a bit tucked inside a small alley. Some amenities were quite basic, slippers were only available upon request, there was shampoo but no conditioner, and no tissue in the toilet but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What I loved most was how spacious the room was, along with the view overlooking the futsal field and the Bandung sky. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung :)

I stayed for one night, just a short trip. I was looking for an affordable place and found this hotel, so I didn’t have high expectations since the price was very cheap for three people. Turns out, the room was very spacious, and we even got a free upgrade to a family room at no extra cost—amazing! The location is also very strategic, in Cihampelas. There’s a minimart right across the street, and plenty of food options, so you don’t have to worry about getting hungry at night. Affordable price, free upgrade, and breakfast included! It's not my first time stay here and still my top choice hotel when i visit Bandung. Affordable price, location is close to the train station which makes it very convenient. Room is clean and smells fresh, and the staff are very friendly. There’s an aesthetic cafe that’s perfect for having coffee, and enjoying some metime here.

It's a great hotel to stay with the family. The room is quiet, clean, and really cool. The hotel employees are also friendly and helpful with the information that you need about the route to the Great Asia Africa, Farm house etc. My kids are happy to swim till late even though the swimming pool is already closed. I will definitely visit this hotel on the next trip of adventure.

Waktu check in menunggu agak lama karena memang di jam 14.00 . Mungkin mesin self check in bisa dimaksimalkan agar tamu bisa check in mandiri. Untuk area kamar bersih, area toilet bersih tetapi area balkon masih ada abu rokok. Makanan dan minuman di cafe harga nya affordable dan rasanya lumayan enak.

Hotelnya bersih,rapi,kaya bangunan baru, cs nya ramah, TV smart, wifi kenceng, AC dingin , perlengkapan mandi lengkap, sudah pasti ini akan jadi hotel langganan saya kl ada tugas luar kota area Pasteur bandung, mantappppp....

En todas las habitaciones, las habitaciones están muy bien, las instalaciones están según el precio, sí, la ubicación no está lejos del centro de la ciudad, es sólo un poco lejos porque Bandung es una manera. La única pena es que cuando me entré y entré en la habitación, el olor al humo es muy oloroso, no puedo fumar una vez, así que mi cuerpo está enfermo porque no respiraba el humo. Por favor, vuelva a prestar atención a la habitación, Si alguien fuma en la habitación debe ser una advertencia porque perturbará a otros clientes que no pueden respirar cigarrillos. Y para los empleados, no fumen en el lobby de abajo porque es muy molesto para un cigarrillo sensible como yo.

Excellent location….connection to the mall. Also Grab station outside.  The breakfast was amazing given the vast amount of choice you had.  Room service was prompt and clean. Only areas where there is improvement needed is to use less aerosole spray in the room after cleaning. It’s too much.  And no need to ask if we have laundry at 8am in the morning.
