Good Hotel actually but located in a quite small narrow road access to get there, breakfast menu not many variations, taste is also standard, room size is good enough, overall is considered fine with the price offered

I chose this hotel because of its aesthetic and Santorini vibes! Every corner is beautifully designed and perfect for OOTD photos. 📸✨ The hotel was exceptionally clean and truly excellent service.I will definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung!

Strategic hotel if you want to go shopping at Pasar Baru Market. Just 10 minutes walk. Clean & good services. Suitable for a family stay.

When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. Breakfast served is sooo good! There is also Indomaret next to the hotel. The staffs are so helpful and they help and assist you once you arrived there. The lobby is nice but you need to be patience a bit because it’s quite noisy during morning as people going to work and plus the hotel is located near the main road Overall will repeat here thank you!!

Ibis es uno de nuestros alojamientos preferidos cuando viajamos. Adoramos la comodidad del hotel, la limpieza, la gran atmósfera, así como un buen desayuno diseminado adecuado para niños y padres. Lo que amo de permanecer en este hotel particular: 1. Situado estratégicamente junto al centro comercial Trans Studio, no sólo está cerca de un centro comercial, sino también junto al parque temático y la mezquita Trans Studio Bandung. 2. Las habitaciones son limpias y confortables. 3. La distribución del desayuno tiene muchas opciones con una agradable gama de opciones tanto indonesias como occidentales. 4. Más punto: tienen una habitación especial para niños para desayuno durante los fines de semana que cuenta con dos consolas de videojuegos, un slide y los niños pueden hacer su propio bento. Bajo: 1. El baño es un poco pequeño, pero puedo vivir con eso.

This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues. We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles. Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room. Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour. I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep.

The hotel is clean and staff are all so nice and helpful. The location is strategic, it is close to the train station and braga street. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy access to pasar baru mall. Will highly recommended to stay here if you are on a short visit to Bandung!

Bersih bgt, minimalis & newman bgt, pelayanan noc. Minta refyll air mineral ga nyampe 10 menit langsung dtg mantap lah. Recommended
