I have been staying here for more than 7 years. Whenever I come to Bandung, I always choose Favehotel Cihampelas because I already feel comfortable here. All the staff are very friendly and always respond quickly as well. The only suggestion I have is regarding the breakfast. Please consider upgrading or adding more variety to the menu, because for almost 5 years the breakfast selection has remained the same without many changes. Thank you

The place was nice but the window was right up against a wall and some motorcyclist were racing all night so it was difficult to find quiet in order to sleep. Everything else was fine and service was good so was the location but those motorcyclists riding around and revving the engines were not what I needed after a long day. At least on Sunday the area was apart of the no motorised vehicles day.

La habitación es muy húmeda. Finalmente me ha mejorado a una sala ejecutiva. que es muy cómoda. Mejor elige la sala ejecutiva si quieres quedarse aquí.

The unit provided was different from what was ordered. In terms of cleanliness, it was fairly clean; however, the amenities were very minimal. There were no towels, shampoo, or soap provided, and there was not even any drinking water. The hot water did not work properly, although the air conditioning was cold and the TV worked well. Even at that price, it is expected that the unit matches what is advertised.

Photos in the app does not reflect the actual location. I would consider a grave misrepresentation of service. Beverages offered on the rooftop restsurant is insufficiently restocked since day 1 till we left on day 3. Operator need improvement.to stay in highly recommended accommodation status.

Todo está bien .. personal amigable .. sólo desde el primer inicio de check-in, pregunte por un mat hasta que el check-out no llegó 😥 .. tal vez pueda ser reparado de nuevo en el futuro sí

En general, el servicio era bueno, pero el WiFi era muy mal, en las habitaciones, difícil de obtener conexión Wi-Fi
