Para la recogida en el aeropuerto, puedes enviar un mensaje por Whatsapp después de tu llegada, así no tuve que preocuparme por llamar en inglés. Pronto llegará una respuesta. El lugar de recogida está un poco alejado del vuelo internacional. Si haces una reserva, podrás conseguir transporte al aeropuerto al día siguiente, así que no te preocupes. La habitación era cómoda y el desayuno tenía una buena variedad de opciones. Parecía que se podía comer desde muy temprano. El personal de recepción fue educado y agradable. Me gustaría volver a utilizarlos si tengo la oportunidad de volver allí.

Este hotel es bastante estándar y relativamente nuevo. Hay muchas habitaciones, pero es un poco difícil encontrarlas. Hay muchos dispensadores de agua en el pasillo. Había contactado con un conductor para que me recogiera, pero no pude comunicarme con él por WhatsApp, así que llamé a un servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto.

Located on the outskirts at South Tangerang. But also connected to small town nearby. For travellers driving/riding, there is a basement carpark but you have to ask the counter for the rates. When you enter, there is a gantry guarded by two security guys. Front desk staff are very polite. Room was clean. Towels could use the extra softener scent, otherwise it is sanitised. Toilets are clean enough and functional. The shower head is standard 3-mode. They come with complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste. Soap is provided. You got two 600ml of complimentary bottled water. They do offer snacks and 1.5L bottled water. You have to pay to want to consume them. Its labelled on them. There is a TV box with LAN provided. You can browse your favorite shows. Youtube is available too. I suggest you bring your own Portable Hotspot for wifi. Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft. Really like the matress. Not too hard, just nice. You got a desk facing the window. Aircon works really well. IF YOU SMOKE, PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF TO ARRANGE A DIFFERENT ROOM. ＜- All caps for importance thx :)

The check-in process was very fast, taking only a few minutes, and the receptionist was very friendly. I had complained that the air conditioner in my room wasn’t cold, and the technician quickly came to check and fix it. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, but the bedsheet had some stains, which made it look less clean.

A 10 min del aeropuerto con transporte gratuito al aeropuerto. Mini gel de ducha y champú. Cepillo de dientes + pasta de dientes. Café, té. Personal agradable y servicial. Una pena que las sábanas tenían manchas, la funda de la almohada estaba rota y parecía que había chinches. A las paredes también les vendría bien un poco de pintura.

I recently stayed at the Ibis hotel, and while I appreciate that it’s an older property—age isn’t an issue if maintenance is up to par—the cleanliness fell short of expectations. As evident from the attached photos, areas like the bathroom and bedding showed noticeable dust, stains, and general neglect, which made the experience uncomfortable.

The morning breakfast offers a good variety of options to start the day right, and the ample parking space is a big plus for those traveling by car. While the location is not right in the city center, it’s still conveniently close, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Highly recommended for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort and convenience!
