Fantastic location with breathtaking views all around, even pictures don't give them justice, you have to see this in person! Host was very accommodating and helped us a lot during our stay. Restaurant in this cottage was also wonderful, food was very good and had the home made vibe, and the views in the restaurant were also fantastic of course. This is the best place to just relax and enjoy the nature as it's located at the edge of the town near the mountains and it takes some time to walk there, but it's absolutely worth it! You can do some cow/horsewatching at your own pace. Everything is quiet other than birds signing every now and then, it's just so peaceful in general. Beds were comfy and all amenities were working and clean. Overall I'd highly recommend this place if you want to run away from the city and forget its problems 🦅🌸⛰

5日間の滞在。 日本で流行っている「おこもりステイ」のような雰囲気で、誰からも邪魔されずゆっくり過ごすことができた。ホテルを予約すると朝食に加えて、一日一度の貸し切りスパ&サウナがついてくる。また、夕食はレストランとして利用もでき、近くで運営されているシャトームフラニのワインに合わせたジョージア料理を楽しむことができる。 ★ロケーションについて トビリシからタクシーで40分（40ラリ程度)ほどで到着。 タクシーの運転手が村で見るところがないというが、牛がそこら辺を歩いていて飾らないジョージアの姿をみることができる。また、周りの住人も親切で人懐こいジョージア人の気質を感じる人ばかりだった。 ホテルから10分くらい歩くとシャトームフラニがあり、ジョージアワインのワイナリーを見学することもできる。(要予約) 希望する場合は到着時にレセプションに予約をお願いすることもできる。 タクシーを使えばムツヘタを観光することもできる。(30ラリ程度) ★サービスについて レセプションは非常に親切で、どのような要望も回答してくれる。また、掃除も丁寧に行われており館内やテラスがいつも綺麗に整備されている。 夕食時のレストランも利用したが、洗礼された味でシャトームフラニのワインとよく合う味付けにされていて是非一度利用するのがおすすめ。 サウナは、フィンランド式で自分でロウリュして室温を上げる事ができて気持ちが良い。スパは風呂と水風呂が準備されておりサウナに入ったあとに利用すると良い。 おすすめとして、早目の時間にチェックインを済ませること。ぜひスパやレストラン、そしてシャトームフラニのワインを楽しんで贅沢なお泊りにしてほしい。

The room was spacious enough, and the facilities met my needs. The owner was very warm and hospitable. The hotel is just steps from the city center, where there are restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, which is very convenient. If there's any drawback, it's that the table space in the room is a bit limited. There's only a small coffee table with two cups, a teapot, and hotel information on it, leaving almost no space for anything else. Actually, if one of the two sofas were moved, there would be enough room for a large table.

Aunque una cabaña es una opción, lo primero que considero es la seguridad: después de todo, cuando estás lejos de casa, la seguridad de tu vida y tu propiedad es lo más importante. Finalmente elegí un hotel familiar, que es un edificio de tres pisos con unas 8-10 habitaciones en el segundo y tercer piso, de las cuales unas 6 tienen vistas a la montaña. Las habitaciones son el mejor hotel del pueblo. Si tienes dinero, por supuesto elige Habitaciones directamente. El precio de este restaurante en invierno es de 280 yuanes, lo que supone entre 1.000 y 1.200 yuanes menos que la habitación más barata en Rooms durante el mismo período. Este dinero se puede ahorrar para disfrutar de una cena en Rooms. Reservé esta habitación con vista a la montaña para evitar posibles pasos en el piso de arriba. Pero había pocos invitados y no había mucho ruido. La habitación es espaciosa y limpia, las sábanas son buenas y es cómodo vivir en ella. El calentador está muy caliente. La habitación da a la iglesia y al monte Kazbek, y si tienes suerte podrás sacar una fotografía de la montaña dorada bajo el sol. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, se puede llegar a un supermercado en pocos minutos a pie. La tienda ofrece un desayuno por 25 yuanes (moneda local). Empaqué el pan y la comida de la noche anterior y los calenté en la cocina del primer piso. Como no tenemos pensado hacer senderismo en invierno, con pasar una noche en este pueblo es suficiente. Este hotel es una opción muy económica. (Las figuras 7-10 son habitaciones) Espero que esto te ayude.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a unos 15 minutos a pie. El personal era agradable y amable. La disponibilidad del desayuno está disponible sólo en verano, por lo que no podíamos disponer del desayuno. La habitación era suficientemente espaciosa para la familia de tres, sin embargo, nuestro baño en el baño hizo un ruido cada vez que nos ahogaba. ... y no hay suficientes luces en la habitación así que cuando se dibuja el cortina, es un poco oscuro y tener un bebé de 12 meses no es lo suficientemente bueno para ver cosas en medio de la noche

Очень позитивно и радушно принял нас, заселил, подсказал очень вкусное место для ужина. На территории гамаки, качельки, приятная музыка, атмосфера восхитительная. Изначально думали про отель Rooms, но ни разу не пожалели о своем выборе. В румс просто сходили после выезда кофе попили. Завтракали у себя в отеле. Этот отель оставил самое теплое впечатление о поездке в Грузию!

Прекрасный отель. Очень гостеприимная хозяйка. В дорогу положила нам пирог. Вкусный завтрак, несколько фото приложила. Номер на 2 взрослых и ребенка 8 лет с завтраком вышел 3700. Есть парковка для машины. Еще безумно вкусно пахло постельное белье. Очень довольна и очень советую!

We booked 2 cabins and they were gorgeous. A few things were missing like towels but they were brought after which were fine. Would be great if they could provide extra toilet roll, kitchen towels and floor mat. The bathroom floor was wet as there was no shower curtain. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our stay and wished it was better weather. The surrounding was peaceful and beautiful.

The place has a lovely lounge and dining area. Quaint design. Room is spacious and has a big front yard which has a view of the Gergeti church and Mount Kazbek. Very friendly service from the front staff or owner.

Although the checking in process was delayed by quite a while due to the previous guest not leaving on time, the room is perfect for a single traveller or maybe couples.Its only about ten minutes walk to the Bin lift and rentals shops are everywhere, its also right above Spar where you get basically any groceries you need for your stay.
