Desde Glasgow hasta Liverpool, el hotel estaba impecable y quedamos muy satisfechos. Durante nuestro viaje de 16 días por el Reino Unido, cada hotel fue muy cómodo. Este en Liverpool, además, es muy conveniente por su ubicación; justo abajo está la entrada del metro y se puede llegar al puerto en unos 10 minutos. Se puede ir a New Brighton. Enfrente hay un restaurante occidental con una excelente relación calidad-precio (no recuerdo el nombre), pero siempre está lleno, así que hay que ir temprano.

Great stay at the Knowsley. The staff were friendly and there is parking which is a bonus. The rooms were generally clean but the dining area could have been cleaner - some crockery needed re-cleaning. The fire alarm went off mid way through the night but was quickly dealt with. The breakfast was OK - a good selection of food but the ingredients were of low quality and quite greasy. I'd stay here again however but would go elsewhere for breakfast.

Reservé una habitación con cama doble para 2 días, pero antes de llegar el primer día, vendieron la habitación para el segundo día a otra persona... Finalmente, después de que se negaron a reembolsarme, me dieron una cama individual. ¡Qué desastre!

Estaba limpio y ordenado, y la televisión tenía una gran selección. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. Nos pusieron en la quinta planta y tuvimos que coger dos ascensores para llegar a nuestra habitación. No era muy accesible, era como un laberinto. No había menaje para preparar té/café ni hervidor de agua. El agua caliente no funcionaba y cobraban 2 libras por las bebidas calientes. Fue muy práctico tener un Greggs al lado. El cabecero se cayó de la pared; no me quejé, pero la tabla de madera con clavos podría habernos hecho daño. Casi nos cayó en la cabeza mientras veíamos la televisión. Agradeceríamos que nos regalaran algo o nos dieran un descuento en la próxima estancia.

The hotel was ideally situated where we didn't have to walk far to the venues which were approx 6-10 minutes walk. The hotel has a large underground car park that kept our car safe and secure, not many hotels have a bar and seating for guests which we thought was convenient, the room was modern, very clean and loved the high pressure shower that is adjustable, breakfast was lovely we prefer a full English with all the trimmings, though there is the continental option and as it was a buffet we ate as much as we pleased. Lots of things to do and see in Liverpool and a large shopping centre that we discovered on our way back from the Cavern club and eateries on the dock side All in all a brilliant first stay in this hotel and 2nd time in Liverpool...oh and a shout out to the receptionist who helped me with our parking, very patient. We are planning our next stay at this hotel for the near future.

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en este albergue, pero esta vez me alojé en una habitación de 4 camas. El personal es agradable y siempre tienen que llevarme a la habitación, ya que no me dieron una tarjeta con llave para entrar. Hay un armario en la cama donde se puede poner un equipaje pequeño. Puedes llevar un candado para cerrar el armario. El agua entra bastante y la cama es buena para dormir, pero la calidad del sueño depende de cómo duerman tus vecinos. No puedo quejarme por este precio. Muy buena ubicación, ya que hay muchos restaurantes, bares y la estación Liverpool Lime cerca.

La habitación de la habitación es muy buena. la limpieza fue la primera noche, el desayuno fue abundante, la matrícula en la habitación era en realidad una de las matrículas más cómodas del hotel que he permanecido en y pensé que nos daría una linda noche de descanso antes de nuestro festival pero en el mal La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil. No se detiene, puedes oír todo el coche, cada camión, cada moto, cada cuerno cada motor zoomando toda la noche! apenas dormimos un pico!! Se nos rompió el día siguiente. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. They know this is a issue and have been trying to get something implemented from the company to solve this issue as it's not just us who have complained about this .. Y desgraciadamente no me quedaría aquí hasta que se resuelva el problema y tuvieron las ventanas triples para reducir el ruido de lo contrario preferiría reservar otro hotel sin los problemas de ruido para poder descansar una buena noche ..

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

El apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de tren a 4 minutos a pie. El interior es luminoso, limpio y cómodo muy adecuado para la reunión familiar y amigo. Altamente recomendado!!
