Premier Inn Liverpool City (Liverpool One)

Viajamos como un grupo de 7. Hoyle estaba muy limpio y las habitaciones eran bonitas y las camas eran cómodas. El personal fue muy amigable y servicial. Un problema menor fue que una de las habitaciones no estaba lista hasta después de las 6:00 p. m. para registr****. Esto fue un poco decepcionante. En general el hotel fue una buena experiencia

Este hotel está literalmente al otro lado de la calle del complejo comercial de Liverpool One y a pocos pasos de los muelles, Cavern Club y todos los principales pubs y restaurantes, una excelente ubicación. Nos recibieron con una copa de champán y bocadillos a la llegada, lo cual fue de lo más inesperado (pero muy bienvenido), lo cual fue un gran toque. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y tenían todo lo que necesitábamos, reservamos el desayuno, que tenía una muy buena relación calidad-precio para la cantidad de opciones que teníamos y la calidad de la comida era buena. Regresamos tarde una noche y fue agradable ver que había guardias de seguridad en la puerta para dejarnos entrar. Nos sentimos muy seguros. Gran hotel por el precio y la ubicación, definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Durante nuestra estadía se realizaron obras en el piso de arriba. Nos molestaron en varias ocasiones, sin embargo, en la última noche de nuestra estadía, nos despertaron en las primeras horas de la mañana con una perforación increíblemente fuerte en la habitación directamente encima de nosotros. Esto fue muy frustrante y decepcionante.

Great Premier Inn. We have stayed at a few Premier Inns in UK recently and really felt the chain had gone downhill. Begging to have rooms cleaned, food quality not as good but after staying at this premier inn we were delighted to see the quality was what we are used to. Clean comfortable hotel with lovely friendly staff. Food was good and we will definitely stay again when next in Liverpool.

Amazing stay!! Comfy beds, great shower, food in the evening very tasty and breakfast was excellent!! Staff very friendly and helpful, so so quite at night and in a very good location for exploring the city!! We travelled for a Liverpool game and we will definitely be returning, great value for money!

Perfectly clean, excellent and friendly welcome, shower amazing, dark room to sleep. Only issues were local parking was expensive and quite a walk and the bed says double or king but they have no king!!!! Overall exactly what you expect from a premier inn, we moved from the local travel lodge which was horrendous and this was a welcome clean relief

Premier Inn's vary according to location and amenities. Told reception that the air-con was not working twice & nothing which annoyingly affected my sleep. The chef uses too much oil when cooking certain parts of the breakfast.

Sad to write this review. Previously stayed here many times so thought it would be as great again. Every day there was a problem: Room key not working more than 3 times Breakfast service - no hot plates then had to wait approx. 5 mins for hash browns and fried eggs. Ordered porridge that did not arrrive.

Stayed here a couple of years back and was impressed with the location of the hotel so came back. Everything is on the doorstep from pubs restaurants attractions and just a £2 bus ride to anfield for a match
