Para ser una habitación individual con cama doble, la relación calidad-precio fue excelente: cómoda, limpia y nada agobiante. Esta habitación tenía vistas al pintoresco castillo. El servicio fue amable y atento. Para ser un hotel de tres estrellas con decoración y arquitectura vintage, estaba bien iluminado y no era ni lúgubre ni oscuro. Una ubicación muy conveniente, a solo unos minutos a pie del castillo, los restaurantes y otros servicios. Sin duda, volveré a reservar aquí.

The Lincoln Private House Hotel experience has been fantastic. We have a private bathroom, and our room is cleaned daily. Breakfast is the highlight, featuring a menu and an unlimited selection of drinks. The staff are amazing!

No fue muy bueno, principalmente porque había taxistas tocando la bocina a todas horas de la noche. Gente peleando y gritando fuera del hotel. Además, la alarma de incendios sonó sobre las 22:40. Tuve que salir a las 4:50 para coger un tren y no pude dormir hasta las 2:30. Sin embargo, este hotel está justo al lado de la Estación Central de Cardiff, así que es perfecto para viajar en tren. Por eso reservé aquí. Después de explicar mi estancia en recepción, pedí una botella de agua para el viaje y me la dieron de cortesía, lo cual agradecí mucho. El personal del hotel fue amable y acogedor, y la habitación estaba bastante limpia. Sin embargo, la televisión no funcionaba, lo cual es una pena.

很滿意的一次入住。 酒店位置很好，離火車站和巴士總站步行衹要五分鐘，走到卡迪夫城堡也在十五分鐘以內。附近有好幾個超市和餐館，非常便利。雖然攜程上點評不多，但是我入住的時候看到酒店生意很好，住店的外國遊客很多。 酒店房間很寬敞，足夠攤開兩個拉桿箱，床也很大，足夠兩個人睡。雖然酒店位置靠近街道和火車軌道，但是房間裏很安靜：走廊裏鋪了地毯避免響聲，窗户和牆壁隔音也很棒，入住兩晚，沒有聽到任何火車或者街道上的噪音。房間窗户望出去視野很好，可以看到卡迪夫灣。屋子裡有空調，製冷制熱都可以。房間沒有飲用水，但是可以到酒店一層免費接檸檬水喝。 幫我辦理入住的前台很熱情友善，主動介紹了卡迪夫城堡當天舉行的活動，並講解了過去的路線。很遺憾我忘記他的名字了，衹記得是一位年輕的白人男性，不戴眼鏡。我這次在英國好幾個城市旅行，住過的幾家酒店裡，這家酒店前台絕對是最熱情的。 美中不足的是，酒店一層每次衹有兩個員工同時在，而一層又有酒店入住，又有餐館、酒吧，還有自動售貨機和行李寄存，感覺員工們很忙很忙，無論是餐館點單、結賬或者入住、拿行李，都要等三五分鐘，他們才能過來。員工們很友好很盡責，但確實很忙，酒店如果能多安排一些員工在一層就好了。

Tuve una estancia encantadora aquí. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era de buen tamaño; con espacio suficiente para una persona o una pareja, estaría bien. El personal fue muy atento y amable, y el desayuno, el típico desayuno básico de hotel, me dejó satisfecho. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la bahía de Cardiff, que es donde quería estar, pero a la vez apartado y tranquilo. No había ruido de ningún sitio, así que dormí muy bien. Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo si estoy por la zona.

¡Estaba en una hermosa habitación! No tenía su propio baño que no esperaba, pero creo que no es lo que leo realmente la lista! La persona que me inspeccionó era hermosa y la habitación estaba caliente y decorada. Gracias!

En general, fue una buena experiencia. El personal de recepción fue un poco rudo. El servicio de habitaciones no fue satisfactorio. Se superaba. El AC no funcionaba y no había ventilación.

Esta es mi segunda estancia en Gav, quiero quedarme en la zona del Golfo, así que me alegro de poder quedarme aquí ☺︎ el servicio es muy sencillo, pero el personal es muy amigable. Mantenerse limpio es una buena cosa. Es muy conveniente porque está a menos de 30 minutos a pie de la estación central. ¡Yo lo usaré cuando viva en Gav!
