Hoteles de 3 estrellas en Cataluña, España

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

Excelente el hotel y el personal muy atento y amable, todo sin complicaciones ni nada. Habitación muy limpia, silenciosa y agradable, excelente vista desde el balcón cerca del tren. El metro y comercios. Única observación que no había gavetero donde guardar las prendas pequeñas... Para las grandes había un perchero que pudiera ser algo mejor.

La ubicación es excelente y el metro es muy conveniente para los lugares de interés, pero el hotel no ofrece demasiados equipos como agua potable y tostadoras de dientes, por ejemplo, y espero que se mencionan antes de quedarse.

Sorpresa agradable en el corazón de Barcelona Valoración: 4/5 estrellas Fecha de la estancia: agosto de 2024 --- Resumen: Tuvimos una breve estancia en Barcelona esta semana y buscábamos una habitación limpia y bien ubicada, y eso es exactamente lo que conseguimos. El Park Hotel fue una agradable sorpresa y definitivamente no se debe juzgar por su fachada: quedamos realmente impresionados. Habitación: Nuestra habitación en el sexto piso era espaciosa para un hotel de ciudad y tenía todas las comodidades que cabría esperar. La cama era especialmente cómoda y las almohadas eran firmes y brindaban apoyo, ninguna de esas blandas y demasiado blandas que se encuentran a menudo en los hoteles. El baño estaba bien equipado, aunque puede que fuera un poco estrecho para los huéspedes más grandes. Limpieza: La habitación se limpiaba con regularidad y todas las solicitudes que teníamos se atendían rápidamente. El área de la piscina también estaba bien cuidada y el baño con ducha disponible el día de nuestra partida estaba impecable, lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más cómoda. Servicio: En general, el servicio fue razonable. El personal se encargó de varias tareas a la vez y, aunque a veces parecían un poco estresados, siempre fueron puntuales, educados y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos durante toda nuestra estancia. Ubicación: La ubicación es perfecta para explorar Barcelona. Está a poca distancia a pie de la Barceloneta, Port Vell y el barrio de El Born. Además, el hotel está justo enfrente de la estación de tren, lo que hizo que nuestra excursión de un día a Sitges fuera increíblemente cómoda. Instalaciones: La piscina en la azotea del hotel es una característica agradable, con unas 14 sillas disponibles para tomar el sol. La zona se llena a media tarde, especialmente cuando el sol de verano está en su apogeo. La piscina en sí tiene el tamaño perfecto para refrescarse rápidamente después de explorar la ciudad. Comida y bebida: Teníamos el desayuno incluido en nuestra reserva, que ofrecía todos los elementos básicos que se esperan de un desayuno de hotel. Fue una buena manera de empezar el día y proporcionó suficiente variedad para recargar energías antes de salir. Relación calidad-precio: El Park Hotel ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio, dada su ubicación, comodidad y servicios. Consejos/recomendaciones: Este hotel es ideal si te gusta la escena gastronómica y de cócteles de moda combinada con el animado ambiente de playa. Es una base ideal para explorar lo mejor que Barcelona tiene para ofrecer. Sin duda volveríamos al Park Hotel en nuestra próxima visita a Barcelona.

Excelente ubicación desde el puerto de cruceros; se requiere taxi. Todo el personal de recepción fue increíble. Habitaciones muy bonitas. Incluyen té y café de cortesía y una botella grande de agua todos los días. El desayuno vale la pena; ¡hay una buena selección, incluso opciones sin gluten disponibles!

Si buscas un buen hotel en el centro, lo has encontrado. Excelente ubicación cerca de Plaza Cataluña y de La Rambla. El personal es estupendo y nos sentimos muy bienvenidos. La habitación es bastante grande, especialmente para ser Barcelona. El hotel es histórico, no lujoso, pero está bien. Hay aperitivos y bebidas gratis las 24 horas, lo cual es una opción excelente.

This is our 1st time having such a bad experience stay. We were asked via WhatsApp to provide our personal passport info and to pay hotel tax via a payment link in the WhatsApp, it was received well in advance before our check-in. We found this way is very unusual, and due to uncertainty whether the message was from the property , we declined to pay the tax upfront. Then the so-called property staff claimed we disrespect them. I found absurd as we have fully paid our accommodation and told them will fully pay the tax upon check-in, of which it was a small amount as compared to the total 3 nights stay rate. After checked in, we found only one toilet roll is given without any tissue. So we requested for an extra, and becoz the weather was warm, we asked for a thin bedsheet instead of a given duvet. The property staff said need to charge us £50 simply for a thin pc of bedsheet!! We found this is ridiculous and giving us an extra toilet roll, they were unhappy. What is the cost of a toilet roll as compared to the high rate stay of this property as compared to nearby accommodation? They gave us an under expectation unit, with no view (see photo) , which is so much difference from the advertised photo. They objected to change room for us even though we told them the safe deposit box is spoilt on the day after checking in. Goodness was that they wanted us to clear the trash bins to bring it to ground floor on our last day ! I havn’t encountered this at all even in dome AirBnB units. We asked for Trash bags as their bin has not bag, the property staff said they provide no trash bags! So how are we supposed to help them to clear the trash if no bags provided? U expect us to buy trash bag and help them to clean? Totally ridiculous! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED as the unit is small , odd room layout

La habitacion que me tocó era muy ruidosa. Podrían poner cortinas para mas privacidad. Las ventanas en invierno no se podian abrir y empieza a haber olor. A la cocina le faltan ciertas cosas como una sarten o cucharas. En lo demas, un buen lugar para quedarse

El hotel está situado en el centro de Barcelona, a 5 minutos del paso de la carretera. No hay nevera, abrigos y pantalones en la habitación. El número es cómodo. Grande desayuno desde 7.00 a 10.30. En la terraza (15 pisos) hay piscina y bar (trabajo en la parte superior del año).
