We booked room 270. The window was large and open, offering a stunning sea view. Although the staff didn’t speak English, we communicated easily using a translation app — it wasn’t a problem at all. Everything was clean, and the room had smart features. There were convenient light and curtain controls right next to the bed, which made our stay even more comfortable. If you're planning a trip to the sea, this hotel has a truly luxurious view and a perfect location. It was both cozy and elegant. We're definitely ready to stay here again. Thank you!

The staff are helpful, they upgraded our rooms. They tried their best to help us. They guided us on how to get the train tickets the easiest way. The room is clean. It is close to the mrt station. Money value

-Excellent location. Hotel sits right on a busy avenue, across the street from the bus terminal, train station and many restaurants, stores etc -Very big and very nice rooms! -Front desk and cleaning staff not personable. Front desk ladies are particularly cold and distant. -Excellent low rates. Unbeatable! All in all a great hotel.... except front desk staff.

We come from Malaysia, stayed for 2 nights, thumbs up to our guide 小宇 for her exellent service and knowledge when we joined the 9.9 trip to Chengde resort. Hotel is modern and clean, staffs are very helpful. Location is good as it is near to shopping mall and some restaurant. 我们来自马来西亚，住宿2晚，参加了9.9元的避暑山庄讲解，导游小宇知识渊博，讲解的非常到位，还帮我们照相，非常感谢。酒店装修风格新颖别致，干净整洁 ，员工非常热心，酒店旁边有商场，吃饭很方便。

出差住宿的驚喜之選，體驗遠超預期！ 這次來石家莊出差選擇美樂居酒店，真的給了我很大的驚喜，必須給個全五星好評！ 地理位置優越：酒店位置很好找，交通便利，出門不遠就有公交站，去火車站和市中心都很方便。 服務温暖貼心：前台工作人員服務特別熱情，辦理入住迅速，看到我拿着行李還主動問候。晚上有點餓，打電話問前台附近有什麼夜宵，小姑娘非常耐心地給我推薦了好幾家，還細心地説了怎麼走。 房間舒適整潔：房間比想象中要大，裝修是簡約現代風，看起來很新也很乾凈。床墊軟硬適中，一夜安睡到天亮。衞浴乾濕分離的設計很合理，熱水出得也快，洗澡很舒服。值得一提的是房間的隔音效果不錯，晚上很安靜。 這次入住體驗完全超出了這個價位酒店的預期，無論是商務出差還是休閑旅行，這裏都是非常值得推薦的選擇，下次來石家莊一定還會住這裏！

Es un cliente ordinario o el tipo de orden que se ordena cada día según el precio normal...Entra en el hall del hotel, no hay una hermosa linterna de agua, no hay espacio para elegir exageradamente, pero el ambiente cálido y brillante se encuentra en el punto de vista. Los empleados de la recepción han sido capacitados y reconocidos rápidamente por mi reunión de honorarios, y han sido eficientes en las formalidades de estancia.

酒店的周邊交通很便利，除了地鐵站和公交站，還有很多共享單車，房間裏的飲用水是免費提供的。酒店的服務人員都很熱情，不管是門口的保安、客房的服務員還是前台的小姐姐，見面都會主動打招呼

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived in the morning. We are allowed to check into our room early despite the check in time is 12pm, and we received free movie tickets too. There is a range of Chinese tea to choose from for the afternoon tea. The breakfast is yummy, and the service is fantastic, the lady manager arrange to send us to the train station when we leave . I Will definitely recommend This hotel to all my friends.

感覺非常滿意 出差以來住過最舒服的一家酒店 真的像回到家一樣 阿姨每天都會過來打掃 設施齊全 價格非常的合理 尤其是他家的服務 我白天出去跑業務 晚上回來洗個澡躺下休息 當時房間裏的水不太熱我給小姐姐打了個電話 很快就有維修師傅上來了 小姐姐還很熱情耐心的告訴我如果水還是不熱記得聯繫她 真的是非常暖心
