En dos días, ordenamos dos habitaciones diferentes y fue la segunda. El primer día tuvimos una buena impresión. Fue limpio y había todas las comodidades. Reservamos habitaciones diferentes debido a la vista al mar. Pero esta habitación no tiene vista al mar. También se abrió la mitad de la botella de agua en nuestra habitación de personas anteriores y sólo había 2 toallas de baño para 4 de nosotros. No se comunican en inglés, por lo que no nos quejamos. Esa fue la segunda experiencia del día. La ubicación es conveniente si planea pasar su día cerca del mar Bohai.

Only stayed one night. It's an alright place, it's by a mall I believe didn't really explore the mall, whatever part I went to it was empty. This building is shared by 3 different hotels. Recipients were nice, however they clearly never had to check in a guest that is not a local before.

We come from Malaysia, stayed for 2 nights, thumbs up to our guide 小宇 for her exellent service and knowledge when we joined the 9.9 trip to Chengde resort. Hotel is modern and clean, staffs are very helpful. Location is good as it is near to shopping mall and some restaurant.

It's been a while since I last stayed in a hotel of this category: mammoth-sized with hundreds of rooms, endless amenities and army of staff. While this category of hotels considers itself mid-range, from my perspective they are almost always overpriced. Not this one! I found it more than affordable and I would definitely stay longer or would come again when the chance comes. I enjoyed the feel of anonimity granted by the size of the establishment, the size of my room and bed, as well as the location. It was clean, especially for China, and well equipped with amenities. I had a great rest there.

The hotel is next to shopping malls and lots of restaurants around.
Room - big and clean a
Buffet breakfast - served local breakfast as well as breads, enjoyed the Tangshan local noodle Da Lu Mian ( 打卤面）and Chao Xian Mian (朝鲜面). The friendly staff and chef taught me the local way of eating the noodle, taste was great!
Special thanks to Snow Wang, as I have problem getting the ticket to Nan Hu Light Festival. She helped me to booked the ticket and I have a great time enjoying the light Festival and the drone performance.
Will recommend to my friends and stay here again if I come Tangshan the next round.

Nice hotel...Very nice location, just in between the railway station and Tienyi mall, which is at 5 minutes walking distance. Their breakfast is not served in the hotel but outside on a public square and it is way below the average. It looks more like lunch, it is too greasy and unhealthy. They should exclude this unealthy breakfast from their price, i.e. decrease the price for 15 rmb, and make it optional. Whoever wants can pay these 15rmb and eat that garbage.

Very helpful front desk, especially Ms Sun who helped with our luggages as there is no lift connection between the ground floor reception and the first floor. Bathroom layout is not optimal as there is no space beside basin to put your stuffs. Overall very value for money stay.

Como hotel en una ciudad condita, el precio es realmente bueno, un poco más alto que el que vivi antes, pero la experiencia global es buena; llevar a los niños a la casa es también muy rico el desayuno, hay verduras y salsa muy buena (si no hay mejor comida) Esto realmente debe ser un gran elogio. Muchos hoteles tienen pocas comidas verdes y no son adecuadas para los niños. Volver a casa y besarla después, espero que puedas mantenerlo todo el tiempo

YYuyesanbuzhongInstalaciones: Cumplen con los estándares básicos. Este precio ya es muy rentable. Pagué 590 por tres noches. Fecha de mudanza 8 de septiembre de 2024.
Higiene: También estamos satisfechos
Entorno: Muy cerca del casco antiguo. Es conveniente ir a los alrededores para cenar y desayunar. Hay arroz frito, fideos, olla picante, mercado nocturno, KFC y panadería.
Tome un taxi (opte por hacer autostop) hasta la Gran Muralla de Jiaoshan, que está a unos 5 kilómetros y cuesta unos 11 yuanes. Sería difícil conseguir un taxi de regreso sin pagar extra, así que caminamos de regreso.
Ir a Laomatou es en la dirección opuesta a la Gran Muralla de Jiaoshan, por lo que este hotel probablemente se encuentre entre estas dos atracciones.

GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟

GGary Ong Wei Kiat¡Absolutamente me encanta este lugar! El ambiente es totalmente increíble y es un lugar agradable para relajarse con muchas actividades para hacer, aunque desafortunadamente solo pasamos una noche aquí ya que solo planeamos caminar por Jin Shan Ling, ¡pero definitivamente regresaremos para más en la próxima ronda!
El servicio y la hospitalidad son de primera categoría y estamos absolutamente agradecidos de tener un personal tan agradable que fue súper amable y cálido. El hotel estaba cerca de Jin Shan Ling (a unos 5 minutos en coche) e incluso se ofrecieron a conducir y recogernos de un lado a otro del hotel y de Jin Shan Ling. Dentro del hotel, les preocupaba que sintiéramos frío, así que nos transportaron a nuestra habitación, ya que nuestra habitación estaba a unos minutos a pie, y nos llevaron de nuestra habitación al vestíbulo cuando queríamos pasar el rato en sus áreas de descanso, lo que resultó en resulta realmente relajante.
Sirvieron comidas súper suntuosas, incluido un juego de olla caliente que era excelente para el invierno e incluso nos ofrecieron platos de cortesía como parte del solsticio de invierno.
¡Un miembro del personal llamado Henry Zhang nos dio un recorrido por su centro de exposiciones mostrando las diversas áreas escénicas en 四季山, 金山岭 y 北京城! Disfrutamos la experiencia compartida por él y la explicación de los distintos sitios de atracción, apreciamos el dulce gesto ya que en realidad no tenía que hacer eso, ¡pero lo hizo!
La habitación era absolutamente genial y espaciosa, extremadamente limpia y cómoda con calentadores dentro de los baños, lo cual fue súper agradable. Fue un buen descanso nocturno para nosotros.
El desayuno consistía en platos locales, que también eran geniales y muy abundantes (bollos, huevos, gachas, palitos de masa, platos fríos especiales).
En general, no tuvimos quejas desde el momento en que nos registramos, nos encantó la experiencia y definitivamente nos hace querer reservar otro viaje aquí pronto.

UUsuario invitadoReally nice! The decor was classy. The rooms were very clean and everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The bed was much more comfortable than at many Chinese hotels I've stayed at. I also like that they replenish the breakfast buffet throughout the operating time so you aren't left with crumbs if you don't arrive immediately. They have someone on site who will make fresh breakfast noodles or wontons for you.
The hotel isn't very close to any attractions, but it is just a few steps away from a subway station, so it's very easy to do things like go to the provincial museum. There are also good restaurants nearby. I went to the hotpot restaurant Happy Lamb, which near the intersection just to the west of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful even though I wanted a table for one.
If I would improve anything, I'd make clearer signage explaining how to get to the lobby. (It's on the fifth floor of the building.) That wasn't clearly explained in either Chinese or English, so both a local couple and I were worried we had gone to the wrong address.
No English was spoken when I went there, and the women at the desk told me I was the first foreign customer they'd had in three years. Still, they were very friendly and helpful. Just be aware if you're foreign you may need to learn some simple phrases in Chinese to communicate with them or have a translation program you can use.

El hotel se encuentra a aproximadamente un kilómetro de la estación de tren, a unos quince minutos a pie. Por suerte, hay servicio de transporte. El hotel es muy nuevo y el servicio es excepcionalmente atento. Sin duda, volveré a alojarme aquí.

Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.

UUsuario invitado酒店其實整體還挺好的，開始房間感覺床上用品特別潮，於是立刻給換了房間，好評，但是第二個房間洗手間返很嚴重的腥臭味道，雖然客房服務員給提供了除味兒噴霧和芳香劑後面解決了，但是這個感覺挺不好的，另外有個槽點是房間到處是鏡子……不知道為什麼……

NNg CNewly opened hotel that looks like a luxury boutique hotel in a very quiet part of the old town yet just few hundred metres away from the core tourist area. Our room are very big and tastefully decorated with high quality furnitures with a side door that opens to the court ward where you can sit down and relax or have drink. Waklong around the surrounding of the property can actually be one of the sightseeing sights. Staff are friendly and always ready to help, we have some nice foods upon their recommendations for our 2 nights stay here. Definitely will be our choice of stay if we are back here . Worth spending at least 2 nights here not only to visit the Great wall here but also enjoying and relaxing at the hotel. 九门口 Great wall worth a visit despite the distance and less popular.
