I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. Un excelente lugar para alojarse si haces escala tarde en el aeropuerto. Está a poca distancia a pie y es fácil de encontrar. Además, es muy espacioso.

La mejor y más discreta ubicación si quieres visitar el 90% de Seattle. El registro fue amable y eficiente. El vestíbulo es genial. Ojalá lo hubiera usado un poco más. No comí ni bebí allí porque había quedado con amigos para cenar en la ciudad. Hay varios cafés en la zona que valen la pena. El check-out fue el proceso más fácil que he tenido. Las habitaciones parecen un poco ciberpunk/hotel cápsula, pero se duerme bien y tienes prácticamente todo lo necesario [a menos que necesites un escritorio para trabajar o algo así]. Algunos detalles a tener en cuenta: Las luces son un poco difíciles de atenuar, ya que el brillo varía. Habría sido genial dejar una luz encendida y atenuar el resto con la función de ahorro de energía [también para mantener la cortina de noche y bajar la de día, así no tengo que entrar en una habitación completamente oscura después de cenar]. ¿Por qué no 5 estrellas en todos los sentidos? La puerta de la ducha no cerraba del todo, así que usé las toallas para secar el suelo mojado del baño. Pedí toallas extra en el quiosco... nunca llegaron. Al menos el suelo se secó antes de irme. Quizás si hubiera pedido con el iPad, lo habría hecho. Este obstáculo hizo que mi estancia no fuera tan buena como podría haber sido, pero me las arreglé [hay baños adicionales en el sótano, por suerte].

Wonderful hotel. The only sadness being that I was only there for one night and arrived late at night. Very comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. I ate at the downstairs bar which has a fairly limited menu but was quite good pizza. Overall, it was very good value for the price and would definitely stay again.

Location was great, place was clean. Our originally booked room was not available at check in but staff provided complimentary breakfast to make up for the mix-up. Will book again if staying downtown.

Had a really great experience here at CitizenM. The place was unique, chique, and modern. With all the extra tools they provide like their mobile room controller you can personalize the room to your liking. The lobby is very interactive with accessible board games, lounge area and bar. Highly recommended!

The good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious. The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side. The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.

Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall. The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.
